This week I meet up with Nate Salman of the band Waterstrider, at Tiny Telephone Studio in San Francisco. I first heard of Waterstrider on Alt 105.3's show Soundcheck hosted by Aaron Axelson. Nate and I cover a wide range of subjects at times displaying a little ADD, but that helped bring up some interesting subject matter. We talk about discovering who you are and the evolution of one's self, the ups and downs of being signed to a label, and what it is like getting that break to tour with a national act such as the Pixies. The Brothers Ortiz
The Brothers Ortiz is the story of two brothers–both successful, but in very different ways.
