Speaker 1 (00:01):
Yo.
In the movie Purple Rain, prince, playing the role of the
kid, just got off stage.
I think he had performedDarling Nikki, I think, and the
owner of the club that they werespeaking at.
That mean that they wereperforming at said kids in rare

(00:24):
form tonight.
Rare form.
I remember when that movie cameout I was like eight years old
and that was a term that stoodout to me Rare form.
I always liked it, just the waythat it sounded.
I mean rare form, man.
It felt like I want to be inrare form.
I want that.

(00:44):
Let me tell you something I am,and so are you.
I want you listening right now.
I don't care where you are, Idon't care what you're going
through in life.
I don't care how old you are.
I don't care what your marriagesituation is.
I don't care what yourprofessional and career
situation is.

(01:04):
You are in rare form, woo, right now you are.
Listen, a couple of episodes agoI talked about this idea of us
being a one of one.
You're a rare piece of art.
Nobody else ever has beenthrough your unique experiences,

(01:28):
your unique circumstances.
Nobody has lived your life.
I mean you could have a twin,an identical twin, born at the
same time and you do not havethe same set of experiences and
you did not experience them theexact same way.
You are a one of one.
But I also want to assure youyou are in rare form right now,

(01:53):
even if, I mean, I know some ofus out there right now are
suffering.
You know we have sicknesses,illnesses.
There's some people who gotsome bad news recently.
You know there's some peoplewho are dealing with some
struggles.
But listen, I'm talking toespecially y'all right now.

(02:13):
I want you to hear me.
You are in rare form, rare form.
A couple of reasons why?
A couple of reasons why You'reon fire.
You are literally on fire.
Listen, our body, the humanbody.
There's nothing that separatesthis body that we have.

(02:37):
Look at your body right now.
I want you to look at your arms, look at your legs, think about
even the pains you have, thinkabout your hair, think about
your skin, your smile, your eyes.
That body, it doesn't lastforever.
The moment we were born, it wasalready dying.

(02:58):
Yeah, we regenerate as it'sdying, and then, when we get
older, we start regenerating alittle bit slower, but it's
dying, it's failing.
But even as it's failing, it'salmost like a fire, as it's

(03:20):
burning off embers and smoke, Ifyou see, like a fireplace, and
it's popping and burning and thethings that it's burning are
disintegrating, but the fire isgoing.
That's how we are.
There's nothing that separatesthis body from the earth, the
dust that we all will go back toone day.
There's nothing that separatesus right now.

(03:41):
If I go lay down on the ground, say I'm laying in the grass, my
body won't merge into the soil.
I can push it down, I can pushmy hands into it, but it won't
merge into the soil.
I can push it down, I can pushmy hands into it, but it won't
merge into the soil.
Yet one day after I pass away,it will.

(04:02):
So what's the difference?
Why won't it do it now?
Well, there's a spark inside ofus.
It's causing a fire.
It's causing a fire I mean, itis causing it's literally.
Your body is regulated ataround 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit.
That's actually really hot.

(04:25):
If you are in a city or you livein an area or region where the
weather, the climate right now,is 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit
Probably pretty hot, you'reprobably turning on an air
conditioner, you probably got afan going, or you're just
outside sweating.
That's hot, but there'ssomething in your body, fueling

(04:50):
a fire, maintaining thattemperature.
You don't have to do it, it'sdoing it for you, you don't have
to do it, it's doing it for you, you don't have to do it.
So think about that.
So what is this fire doing?
Well, it's not only regulatingmy temperature, but there's
probably about 2,000 miraclesgoing on in our body right now.
I mean, even if you'resuffering through some of the

(05:14):
most crushing illnesses rightnow, there's still as long as
you are alive.
There are still.
You are still full of miracles.
You are like spilling over withmiracles just to wake up in the
morning.
What it takes to take a humanbody from a sleep to awake takes

(05:36):
miracles that no AI, nomachinery, none of that can do
any of those things for us.
Only one thing can do it, andthat's the creator that created
us.
We don't know how he did it.
We can't do it.
We can't do it on our own, wejust have it in us.
We have it.

(05:56):
We can't do it.
We can't do it on our own, wejust have it in us, we have it.
So I want to tell you right nowlisten to me and listen to me.
You are, in rare form man, you're like Prince on stage.
Anna, anna, anna, you're likethe kid.

(06:17):
You're in rare form.
I want you to walk with thattoday, no matter where you are,
no matter what you're goingthrough.
Understand that you are in rareform.
I'm going to give you one morepiece.
Tell you the way life worksthis moment.

(06:38):
Right now, you're sitting herelistening to this podcast, the
On Everything Podcast.
Right now, you have never beenmore experienced, never been
smarter.
You have never been more wisethan you are right now.
Yes, and at the same time, youwill never be this young, never

(07:05):
be this youthful and naive andenergetic.
You will never have this kindof youth, ever again.
I don't care if you're 78 yearsold.
You still got youth that youare not going to have again.
You will never be this ageagain.
You are right now.
So that combination of right now, mixed with that fire that's

(07:28):
burning inside you at 98.6degrees, that's fueling
thousands of miracles in yourbody just to breathe, blink,
salivate, hear, see, move, think, feel those are all miracles,

(07:57):
thousands of them.
Each one of those things I justsaid is a complicated process
that's facilitated by thousandsof underlying miracles.
You are in rare form.
You are so.

(08:17):
We thank God for it.
I thank God for it.
Where I am, even the pains, theaches, the pains, the hurts,
the struggles, I thank God andappreciate the rare form that
I'm in Love.
Y'all.
Talk to you later.
