A mom of two, Lauren: provides therapy in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida; facilitates groups and workshops to empower women; and contributes thought leadership on topics like maternal wellness, perimenopause, gender equity, and working parenthood. A former lawyer, she feels privileged to counsel women through life transitions when they most need and deserve support.
