You don't have to be an overbearing diva; there are plenty of ways to go about being assertive without being too aggressive.
If you've ever been told - or wanted to tell someone else - "Just do it!" then congratulations, you already get the importance of being assertive. But don't let your knowledge stop there! Being assertive can go a long way in helping you achieve success in life: from advocating for yourself, standing up for what you believe in, and even just navigating relationships with other people. In this episode, I'll cover why being assertive is important, how to be more assertive, and give a couple examples of each so that by the end of this episode, you feel a little more confident owning the power within yourself to handle whatever life throws at you!
