So many times we forget how much abundance lives within us and all around us.
By meditating on gratitude, we connect with the divinty within ourselves and the world around us.
Gratitude lifts our vibration our energy and can be felt by others it moves us away from our ego identity of entitlement and moves us to appreciation.
Gratitude takes the focus off our oursleves and gives us the opportunity to be more present, more kind, more gentle true appreciation.
Plus it fels good to apprecaite all the blessings in our life. What an amazing thing to share with ourselves and the ones we love.
