Unique Peace with Special Guest Chris Coulter

As a Reiki Master Teacher, helping others find peace is important to me. It’s part of who I am and how I give back to others, locally and globally. My passion and purpose in this lifetime are to aide others in their healing process. This week I’m joined by Chris Coulter. Chris is a father of three, business owner, mental health advocate and author of, WAKEUP YOU COULD LOSE YOUR TEEN TO SUICIDE: A Father’s Guide to Dealing with Teenage Depression & Anxiety. I’m excited to learn how he finds peace and what advice he’ll share with us about bringing more of into our own lives.

But losing my daughter, Maddie, changed my perspective on everything.
