Before delving into tough discussions and recognizing patterns, I had to embrace the unique beauty of my scars. To fall in love with the lesson and move past the teacher took deliberate effort. Sometimes, dismantling self-created memorials against another is necessary for breaking patterns.
This episode will explore how unchecked patterns can create subconscious connections with our emotions, leading to inappropriate actions. It’s true! Unaddressed, they can lead to scars that resemble unhealed wounds of the soul originating from unacknowledged trust issues.
More than a repetitive action, it’s a mind-shift! So C’MON in the ROOM and be pervicacious towards a shift from treading to walking!
