Your heartbeat is a permission slip to be, not just do. This profound truth sits at the center of the exhausting tightrope we walk between purpose and pressure, particularly for those juggling motherhood, entrepreneurship, and personal dreams.

When was the last time you woke up feeling completely depleted yet faced a day demanding your full presence? That struggle—the quiet strength it takes to show up when you're stretched thin—is what we're diving into with radical honesty. The beautiful paradox many of us experience is feeling simultaneously lit up by purpose and utterly burnt out by its demands. This tension isn't a sign of failure; it's the natural consequence of living with passion in a world that rarely slows down.

For mothers, this tension becomes particularly poignant around Mother's Day—a celebration that can carry undertones of grief, exhaustion, and the complexity of nurturing others while trying not to neglect ourselves. As we build businesses, pursue multiple income streams, or launch ventures that align with our deepest values (like the wellness and wealth initiative Nueva), we're constantly navigating the fine line between inspired action and overwhelming pressure. The truth? You don't need to hustle harder. You need to connect deeper—to your truth, your why, and your authentic voice.

Remember these five essential truths: You are enough just as you are. Rest isn't something you earn; it's your fundamental right. You can create magic without sacrificing peace. Being present matters more than being perfect. And authenticity trumps performance every time. Whether today finds you tired, inspired, or somewhere in between, know that you're not behind or broken—you're becoming. Send me a DM if you're ready to align your wellness and wealth; I'd love to walk this journey with you. Your radiance isn't something you create—it's something you simply allow to shine through.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey, beautiful souls, welcome back to another episode
of Unleash your Inner Radiance.
This is your safe space to grow, glow and, unapologetically,
rise to your fullest self.
I'm your Catalyst, life andWellness Coach, lisa, and today
I want to have a realheart-to-heart conversation with
you.
Let me ask you something haveyou ever had one of those

(00:25):
mornings where you wake up andthink how am I supposed to pour
into everyone else when I feellike I'm running on empty?
If you're nodding your headright now, this episode is for
you.
This isn't really going to.
Episode is for you.

(00:49):
This isn't really going to.
It's not.
Let's just say this isn't goingto be a perfectly packaged
motivational pep talk, because Ijust started the sentence out
really messy, right?
That's not going to happenToday.
It's going to just be aboutreal truth.
It's about the quiet strengththat it takes to get up.
Show up when you're alreadystretched thin and I know a lot

(01:11):
of mamas out there feel that way.
A lot of people starting newbusinesses feel that way.
A lot of people doing podcastsfeel that way.
A lot of people who coach Imean, if you have your own
business I'm also in real estateit is tough when you need to
get up and show up and you haveno boss to tell you to get up

(01:31):
and show up, right?
It's about the beauty andsometimes the burnout that
happens, but in the beautythere's growth, in the burnout
there's also growth.
It's about being a woman whodoes it all, especially when you
feel called to do more and youthink I want to do this now, or

(01:57):
I want to add this because I'mthe type of person I like to
have several streams of incomeright.
My goal is seven streams ofincome, so I feel like I'm being
called to do more, andsometimes it's really hard to

(02:17):
get up and go.
Oh, I need to do these thingsright.
I need to keep doing thesesteps so that it produces this.
Because here's the thing we areall visionaries, we're creators
, we're caregivers, we're legacybuilders, but we are also human

(02:38):
and that matters.
So let's dive in.
Let's start with Mother's Day.
It just passed, it wasyesterday.
I hope all you moms had anamazing day, and while my heart
is still warm from the love andcelebration, there's a little

(02:59):
ache today, a little whisper ofgrief, a wave of gratitude,
though, and like a tinge ofexhaustion, you know, for those
of us moms, or those of us whoare moms, mother's Day can be
beautiful and bittersweet.

(03:21):
Maybe you felt seen yesterday, you felt loved, you felt
appreciated.
Maybe you smiled through pain, kind of like I did, because
you're missing someone, like I'mmissing my mom.
Every Mother's Day it's hard.
Every birthday of mine it'shard, you know, it's just it's.

(03:46):
You know, I don't know.
I really really, truly miss mymom on Mother's Day, and you
know, and today it's Monday andeverything is back on our
shoulders.
So yesterday I had an amazingday with my daughters.

(04:07):
We got pedicures, we had lunch,we played games.
It was the best day.
But still in the back of mymind was that little red
cardinal that showed up in themorning.
You know that's my mom, right?
You know that's my mom right, watching out for my angel, right

(04:29):
?
You know whether you're jugglingkids or schedules or jobs or
responsibilities, maybe abusiness or a dream, you are
trying so hard to keep alivebetween loads of laundry and
somewhere in all that chaoswe're supposed to remember who
we are.
It's a lot.

(04:49):
And here's something that I'vecome really deeply to believe
you can be lit up by yourpurpose and still feel
completely burnt out.
Let me repeat that you can belit up by your purpose and still

(05:16):
feel completely burnt out.
Now, lately, I've been in thelaunch energy of something that
truly excites me, which is Nueva, of something that truly

(05:39):
excites me, which is Nueva.
So this is a new wellness andwealth venture which I am so
excited about and it just trulylights me up from the inside.
The mission is so aligned, theheart is there and I know it is
going to change lives, includingmind, including my mind, my

(06:02):
life, my mind, everything ischanging.
It's just simply amazing.
But can I be honest, there arestill moments I feel so
incredibly overwhelmed and Ithink, oh my gosh, can I do one
more thing that is so big?

(06:23):
But I'm building somethingbeautiful and I'm learning to
hold space for my humanity.
I'm learning to hold space formy humanity.
So, if you've ever felt thetension between purpose and

(06:45):
pressure, you're not alone.
Side hustles can be soulcrushers If we are not being
intentional crushers.
If we are not being intentional, things just kind of can go
sideways and dreams can feellike burdens.
But they start to feel likethat and they can, especially if

(07:06):
we forget to rest and thatbrings me to motherhood, it can
be the most sacred calling andstretch you to your limit.
So I want to share a fewreminders from my heart to yours
.
One you are enough.

(07:27):
You are exactly how you'resupposed to be, who you're
supposed to be, who you'resupposed to be.
You are enough, just as you are.
Even on your worst day, evenwhen you're behind, even when
you feel like you're failing, you are enough.
Number two you are allowed torest without guilt.

(07:51):
You are allowed to rest withoutguilt.
You don't need to earn yourdowntime.
Rest is not a reward, it is aright.
Now I really struggle with thisone because I'm like oh, I can
write five more letters before Ido this, or I can do this
before I do this, or I shouldn'tgo downstairs and do what I

(08:11):
want to do, because I reallyshould write letters, because
that's income, or I reallyshould post, or I really should
do this.
Right, I even need to work on.
I'm allowed to rest.
It's okay to have a day where Ijust rest.
Number three you are capable ofcreating magic, but not at the

(08:36):
cost of your peace.
I want you to let alignmentlead you, not urgency.
If you are aligned withsomething, your magic that you
can create will just be there.
It will be so amazing.
Four I want you to be presentwith your kids, whether they are

(09:01):
young or growing.
Be present with yourself, too.
Self-neglect is not noble, it'snot, and your needs matter too.
But put down the phone, bepresent, be in the conversation,
be in the now.
Don't be in your head thinkingabout whatever else you need to

(09:21):
do.
The grocery shopping can waitand you don't need to think
about your list.
Be present with your kids, whether they're kids or adults.
Be present.
And five stop trying to beeverything for everyone.
Be real, be grounded and be you.
That's who your people, yourkids, your audience, your

(09:45):
community.
That's who they really need isyou to be authentic.
And if you're buildingsomething on the side right now
a podcast, a brand, a coachingbusiness, a community like Nueva
know this you don't need tohustle harder.

(10:07):
You need to connect deeper.
You need to build relationshipsto your truth, to your why, to
your voice, because when youlead from that space, everything

(10:28):
will change.
Everything changes.
So, before we close, I wantedyou to place a hand on your
heart right now.
Even if you're walking,multitasking, driving, I don't
care, you can put one hand onyour heart and I want you to

(10:48):
pause for a moment.
I want you to breathe.
Do you feel your heartbeat?
That's your power, that's yourpurpose, that's your permission
slip to be, not just do.

(11:09):
That is your permission slip, your heart.
You don't need to earnworthiness through your work.
Self-worth is internal and youdon't need to prove anything by
being everything.
You're already radiant, alreadypowerful, already enough.

(11:30):
If today you feel tired, begentle.
If today you feel inspired, take a step.
If today you feel both, you'reexactly where you're meant to be
.
I believe in your ability torest and rise, to slow down and

(11:52):
shine, to create wealth andwell-being.
So, whether you're showing upin motherhood, entrepreneurship,
healing or just getting throughyour Monday, know this you are
not behind, you are not broken, you are becoming.

(12:14):
And if you think that you're tooold to try something, think
again, because you are never tooold to rebrand yourself and to
start over and to start abusiness.
Never, and I promise you, theworld needs exactly what you can

(12:36):
bring to the table.
It's there, it's for you, soyou just have to do it.
That little thing in your gutthat has been your vision since
you were a child and you werelike that's what I want to do.
Bring it to the table and do it.

(12:59):
I want to thank you for joiningme today and thank you for being
a part of this radiantcommunity of women who are
rewriting what is absolutelypossible for them.
Oh my goodness.
If today's episode touched yourheart, share it with a friend
who needs this reminder.

(13:23):
conversation going.

you're curious about Nueva orready to align your wellness and
your wealth, send me a DM.
I would love to walk on thisjourney with you.
Until next time, take care ofyou.

(13:45):
