When everything about you – voice, style, energy, mannerisms, purpose, shadows, and gifts – sings in harmony, you achieve a powerful congruence that transforms how you move through the world.

another radiant episode ofUnleash your Inner Radiance.
I'm your host, lisa, yourcatalyst, life, wellness and
transformation coach and realestate agent in the state of
Minnesota.
And today, oh my goodness, weare diving deep into a question
that has probably beenwhispering to you in the quiet

moments of your life who am Ireally to you in the quiet
moments of your life?
Who am I really?
Now?
I know that we lose ourselveswhen we're raising children and
when we're married and when weare just in life.
We lose ourselves, right.
But let's be honest.
We live in a world that'sconstantly trying to define us,

a world that's constantly tryingto define us, constantly trying
to define who we are, what wedo, what we look like, what
we've accomplished or maybe whatwe haven't accomplished yet.
But the potency of your life isthe true electricity of your
being and not the checking theboxes.

(01:32):
It's in your voice, yourauthenticity, your quirks, your
shadows, your light, yourpresence.
It's in being so fully you thatyou light up the room when you
walk in them.
Do you know people like that?
I do, and today we are going toexplore what potency really

(01:54):
means and how to align yourinner world with the outer life
that you're creating.
So I want to begin, because thequestion of potency is this who
am I really?
It's not about the volume orthe hustle, it's all about

(02:16):
congruence of your inner andyour outer right.
They need to be in completealignment.
So your inner essence and yourouter expression need to be
congruent.
Your voice, your style, yourenergy, your mannerisms, your
purpose, your shadows and yourgifts all need to be congruent.

(02:40):
And when they all sing inharmony, people feel you before
you even speak.
So think about a musician speak.
So think about a musician.
If even one string on theirinstrument is out of tune, the

(03:00):
whole performance feels off.
That's what happens when welive out of alignment with who
we really are.
Our lives start to sound alittle like a dissident right to
sound a little like a dissidentright.
Potency when everything sings,when everything.

(03:22):
Just think of it as a string,when every string is so
congruent that our gifts, ourshadows, our quirks are tuned
together to create our uniquesound in the world.
That is you.

(03:45):
So why do we hide our potency?
You know, people do it toshrink their voice, to be more
palatable, right?
They hide their quirks becausesomebody maybe shamed them.

(04:07):
They ignore their shadowsinstead of integrating them.
A lot of us do that, or a lotof us play small so that others
don't feel uncomfortable.
They feel uncomfortable aboutyour energy that's on them.
But our potency isn't meant tobe hidden.

(04:29):
It is meant to be embodied.
Your quirks, your laugh, theway you use your hands when you
speak and if you could see meusing my hands right now, you
would just laugh.
The fact that you cry whenyou're passionate this is what
makes you magnetic.
So show it more, be congruent,be your energy, be in your

(04:56):
energy.
Let's talk a little bit aboutforgiveness as a portal to your
potency.
Here's the truth One of thebiggest things that blocks us
from potency is unforgiveness.

(05:16):
When we are holding on toresentment, shame, guilt or
anger, it creates static in ourenergy and it muffles our voice.
So I just need to pause rightnow because I want to take a

(05:39):
moment to really appreciate theincredible, incredible,
incredible women that I get tocoach.
Watching them transform throughforgiveness is truly inspiring.
It's like watching someone havetheir light turned on or have

(06:02):
their light turned back onbecause they had it.
We all had a light when we wereyoung.
At some point we lost it right.
Maybe we lost it in our teenyears, maybe we lost it in our
marriage.
Maybe we lost it in our teenyears, maybe we lost it in our
marriage.
But it's when forgivenessenters the picture.

(06:27):
Potency gets unlocked.
Your voice will get stronger,your energy will flow and you
will literally radiate from theinside out.
And I'm not talking necessarilyforgiving someone else, but the
biggest gift you can giveyourself is to not only forgive
someone else, but also forgiveyourself for whatever.

(06:51):
We all have things that we needto forgive ourselves for, and
the journey of forgiveness is soincredibly liberating.
So I want to ask you guys aquestion what is one step you're

(07:17):
taking this week towards yourpersonal growth?
No-transcript, I want you guysto journal it or say it out loud
, because I want you guys toclaim your potency.
That's what we're going to do.
I want to walk you through alittle practice.
One I want you to ask yourselfand you can journal on this who

am I really without the roles,the labels and expectations?
Number two identify yourpotency.
What part of you feels mostalive when you're fully yourself
?
Fully yourself?

Three explore congruence.
Do my words, actions, energyand message align.
And four I'm going to give youguys an affirmation for practice
, and I want you guys to repeatthese words out loud.
Here's the affirmation I ampotent because I am fully me.
Every part of me light andshadow, gift and quirk is worthy

of expression, and I will dropthat in the comment section too.
