The quiet power of your authentic presence is already changing lives around you, whether you can see it or not. After last week's episode on showing up consistently, many of you shared how much you needed that reminder that your presence matters. Today, we're taking it a step further by exploring how to intentionally expand that impact without losing yourself along the way.

So many of us dim our light out of fear—fear of judgment, standing out, or failing. I've been there too, practically whispering my first podcast episodes into the microphone, afraid to be fully seen. But here's the truth: you can create change in the shadows, but you can't inspire change there. Owning your light doesn't mean having everything figured out or being the loudest in the room—it simply means showing up fully as you are and trusting that's enough.

Your ripple effect starts with you. When you nurture yourself through self-care, healthy boundaries, and personal healing, you naturally pour out energy that uplifts others. We examine where you might be playing small—holding back your story, shrinking your goals, or believing someone else is more qualified—and why that pattern serves no one. Every time you choose authenticity over fear, you expand your ripple and silently give others permission to do the same. I share six practical ways to intentionally grow your impact: sharing your story even when it feels scary, showing up consistently, encouraging others, practicing self-care, and celebrating small victories. Most importantly, I remind you that most of your ripple effect you'll never see—and that's actually freeing.

Ready to stop hiding and fully own your light? If letting go of unforgiveness is part of your journey, check out my forgiveness course in the show notes. Your consistent, authentic presence is enough to change lives—because you're already doing it.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey there, radiant Souls, welcome back to another
episode of Unleash your InnerRadiance.
Last week, we talked about thepower of showing up, giving your
best and trusting the rippleeffect you are creating, even
when you can't see it.
And, oh my goodness, themessages sent me after that

(00:23):
episode.
They were incredible.
So many of you shared how muchyou needed that reminder that
your quiet, consistency, yourauthentic presence is changing
lives, whether you realize it ornot.
So today we're going to take ita step further.

(00:46):
This episode is about owningyour light and learning how to
expand your ripple withintention.
Because here's the thing Onceyou start recognizing the quiet
power you already have, you canlean into it, nurture it and use
it to create even deeper impact, without burning yourself out

(01:11):
or losing yourself along the way.
Owning your light, becausewouldn't you like to be that
person that just walks into aroom and lights it up?
Here's the truth.
So many of us dim our lightbecause we're afraid, afraid of

(01:32):
judgment, afraid of standing out, afraid of failing.
I know this because I've beenthere when I first started
podcasting and coaching.
When I first started podcastingand coaching, I almost
whispered my episodes into themic, like if I kept myself small

(01:53):
enough.
Maybe no one would notice me.
And then I couldn't fail.
And, to be even more honestabout that, I record podcast
episodes to this day when noone's home.
Why?
Because I don't want to havethem hear me talking, right?

(02:16):
So I'm still struggling withsome of that.
But here's the thing you cancreate change in the shadows.
You can't inspire change in theshadows.
You can't inspire others byhiding your light.

(02:53):
Owning your light doesn't meanbeing the loudest in the room or
suddenly having it it allfigured out, because none of us
do.
It simply means showing upfully as you are your voice,
your story, your heart andtrusting.

(03:15):
That's enough, because it isyour ripple literally starts
with you.
Your ripple literally startswith you.
So before you expand yourimpact, you have to start with

(03:35):
the source you.
Your ripple reflects whatyou're putting into yourself
your energy, your mindset, yourbelief in your own worth.
If you're consistently runningon empty or tearing yourself
down with negative self-talkwhich I know we all do the
ripples you create will feelsmall and shattered and they're

(04:00):
just kind of like scatteredthoughts, right?
So just think I look back attwo years ago when I started my
podcast.
If I go back and listen tothose episodes.
Yeah, I know I was holdingmyself back, I know I was
muffling myself and I know for afact I wasn't putting out the

(04:24):
energy that I do now.
But when you nurture yourselfthrough self-care, the healthy
boundaries, through forgivenessand healing, you pour out energy
that inspires and upliftsothers out energy that inspires

(04:48):
and uplifts others.
The truth is, you can't createpowerful ripples from a place of
depletion.
Your transformation fuels yourimpact.
So what does your transformationlook like right now?
I know what mine looks like andI am on quite the journey.
Maybe that's why I've got moreconfidence to show up, more

(05:16):
self-worth to share, or I justdecided to stop playing small.
So let's get real for a minute.
When in your life are you where?
Where in your life are youplaying small?
Not when, oh, maybe when inyour life did you play small?

(05:38):
But where in your life are youplaying small?
Maybe you're holding back fromsharing your story because
you're worried about what peoplewill think.
Maybe you're shrinking yourgoals because you don't want to
want too much.
Maybe you've convinced yourselfthat someone else out there is

(06:00):
better equipped, more qualified,more worthy.
Now I've struggled with all ofthose things.
I, to this day, kind of holdback my story for fear of what
other people will say Maybefamily, but I still kind of hold

(06:25):
back a little bit.
But here's the reality.
Playing small doesn't serveanyone.
It doesn't serve me, it doesn'tserve you and definitely not
the people who need to hear yourvoice, your story, your unique

(06:46):
magic.
Every time you choose to stepinto your authenticity, you
expand your ripple in ways youcan't even measure.
So be brave with your impact.
Expanding your ripple takescourage, especially if you're

(07:11):
doing it intentionally becauseyou didn't realize how big of a
ripple you were creating in thefirst place.
Because you didn't realize howbig of a ripple you were
creating in the first place.
It means sharing the thingsthat scare you, saying yes to
the opportunity that you reallydon't feel ready for, starting

(07:36):
that conversation that you'vebeen avoiding.
Because bravery isn't about theabsence of fear, it's about
choosing to act in spite of it.
And every time you choosebravery, you give someone else
permission to be brave too, andI hope I'm giving someone else

(07:57):
permission to be brave today.
Your courage helps become theircourage.
And that is just the beauty ofthe ripple effect, because it
multiplies and multiplies andmultiplies and multiplies, just
like when you throw that rock inthe pond.

(08:22):
But then we also have the ripplethat you'll never see.
So here's something I'velearned on this journey Most of
your ripple you'll never, eversee.
You'll never, ever see theimpact of that ripple.
You'll never know the fullscope of the lives that you've

(08:45):
touched and the hope that you'vesparked.
The quiet encouragement of yourwords or actions may have given
somebody, and that's okay, because your role isn't to
measure the outcome.
It's to show up consistentlyand trust that what you're doing

(09:06):
matters.
One of the greatest gifts ofembracing this truth is freedom.
Freedom from needing constantvalidation, freedom from
comparison, freedom from thepressure to prove your worth.

(09:28):
Your worth isn't in the numbers.
It's in the quiet, authenticways that you're showing up
every single day, and that'ssomething that we all need to
work on and that's something weall need to remember.
So I'm going to give you sixpractical ways to expand your

(09:50):
ripple.
Doesn't that kind of soundexciting and just kind of sexy?
So here are a few simple waysto intentionally grow your
ripple without feelingoverwhelmed.
One share your story feelingoverwhelmed.

(10:14):
One share your story Even whenit feels scary.
Tell the truth of your journey.
You never know who needs tohear it.
Family yourself.
Show up for yourself.
Consistency builds trust.
Three encourage someone else.

(10:36):
A simple message, a kind wordor a quick I believe in you can
change the trajectory ofsomeone's day or even sometimes
their life.
Four practice self-care.
When you care for yourself, youamplify the energy you have to

(11:00):
give to others.
Five celebrate small ripples.
Every act of courage, everykind gesture, every moment of
alignment matters not only foryou, but for everybody else

(11:21):
watching.
So beautiful souls.
Here's what I want you to takeaway from today's episode.
Your ripple is powerful.
Your light, your courage, yourauthenticity.
They are already shaping theworld around you in ways that

(11:45):
you can't even begin to imagine.
I want you to stop hiding, stopshrinking.
I want you to own your light, nurture your soul and trust that
your consistent, authenticpresence is enough to change

(12:06):
lives, because it is.
And if part of owning yourripple means letting go of the
weight of unforgiveness towardothers or even yourself, or even

(12:29):
yourself, I want to invite youto join my forgiveness course.
This program is designed tohelp you release what's holding
you back, so that you can fullystep into your light, into your
peace and into the life that youare meant to live you can find
the link in the show notes andI'd love to walk that journey

Thank you so much for sharingthis time with me today.

(12:53):

trusting that your ripplematters, because it does.
