week.
Right, you know, this past weekto say this lightly is not this
past week for me, has beenpacked with big, huge energy,
has been packed with big, hugeenergy.
New beginnings, freshopportunities, new visions are

It has actually beenunbelievable.
Have you had a week like thatwhere all the momentum can
really feel truly overwhelming,right?
Maybe you're wondering, like Ihave been wondering can really

ready for this next level, orcan I actually be the person I'm
dreaming of becoming?
Those are two really bigquestions that I think I asked
myself a couple of times thispast week.

But here's the truth.
Bomb that I think will change alot of things.
You don't need to become ready.
You know, I've learned that inthis podcast.
You don't need to become ready,right.
You decide you are ready andthe becoming happens along the

way, right, that's kind of howthis last year and a few months
has gone.
Right, I just became ready andthe becoming is just happening.
So that's how you need to dothings.
Just, you know, hey, I want todo this.
I'll figure it out later.

Do it messy.
Who cares?
That's part of the excitement.
That's part of the becomingthat happens along the way.
You don't have to be perfect,you don't have to be a
perfectionist, you just have todo it messy, right?
So I want to give you a littlebit of research.

Science, people who act withconfidence, even before they
truly feel confident, activateparts of the brain that create
resilience, motivation andperseverance.

Just act like you're all thatright.
In other words, you take actionfirst and with that, confidence
follows, because you build theconfidence that you need.
So you don't need to feel ready, you just need to move and the

You just literally you'redreaming of that, one thing that
you want to do.
Just make the first step todoing it.

So here's your mindset for todayI want you to stop waiting for
the perfect time.
Stop waiting for perfect timing.
That's a perfectionist thingand we don't want to do that.
Stop waiting for the perfectversion of you, because, let me

tell you, you start and theversion of you is going to
change and evolve and becomemore energetic and bigger, more
confident, more resilient,because your radiance isn't
earned, it's truly unleashed.
So let's do that.
And your dreams that you have,the dreams that you have, aren't
random, they're a calling.
They truly are a calling.

You know that pit you get inyour stomach when you think of
that dream that you had.
It might have been when youwere 18.
It might have been when youwere 24.
It might have been when youwere 36.
But that thing that you wantedto start, that pit.
I want you to know that it'snot a random dream.
It's a calling and guess what?

It is your time to answer it.
So now I'm going to tell you Onthat.
While you are thinking aboutthat, I want to give you three
steps to a brighter, moreradiant week.
So that you can act on that,right, I want you to speak it

into existence, talk about it,speak it to yourself, write it
down, do a brain dump about it,right, or each morning this week
, I want you to say out loudhere's what I want you to say
Today I choose to show up as thewoman who already has what she

My energy leads the way.

Two take tiny, brave actions.

Pick one thing every day thatfeels a little scary and do it
anyway and, trust me, yourcourage will compound.
So, like, just like.
Take this podcast, for instance.
Right, a year and a half ago,roughly, I decided I wanted to

do a podcast because I had takenthis free five day podcasting
course.
Right, I was like Nope, I'mgoing to do this, I am going to
record my trailer.
Well, it took me 17 times torecord my trailer.
But then it was like threeo'clock in the morning and I
just was like you know what I'mdone recording?
I'm just going to post it,because if I post it it's out

there, it's out there foreverybody to listen to, right?
So I did that, I posted it andnow, a year and some months
later, year and a half now, herewe are and has my confidence
grown?
Yes, Did I just step out andyou just kind of have to take

what it is and grow and not beperfect, not be shy.
Don't dim your light.

I want you to visualize.
This is number three.
Visualize your future self.
So, before bed, close your eyesand see her.

powerful you who already did thething you're dreaming about.
Feel her energy, borrow herbelief, because she is you and
your future self will thank you.
Because visualization really ittruly activates the same

neurons in the brain as anactual experience.
So, in other words, you cantrick your neurons in your brain
to think that you've alreadydone something that you haven't
done, because it doesn't knowthe difference of whether you've
done it or not.
So why don't you tell yourbrain?

You've already done it.
You know, olympic athletesactually use this, so you can
too.
Now I have an affirmation foryou for the week, and it's a
really powerful one, but I wantyou to repeat it every morning
this week.

So now you get two things tosay every morning, and I'm going
to give you bonus points onthis one If you look yourself
straight in the eyes in themirror when you say it.
So here's your affirmation forthis week I am ready.
No, let's start over.
I am already ready.

Everything I need to be.
I trust my journey, I honor mypower and I choose to shine
boldly, unapologetically andbeautifully.
