Today, we are talking about collegiate athletes and mental health with an old friend Kaitlyn Sowyrda. Natalie & I were classmates with Kaitlyn at Grafton High School in Massachusetts. Kaitlyn & I were captains on the same soccer team our senior year. It's been nearly a decade since the three of us have been in the same (virtual) room.
Kaitlyn brings a unique perspective on her mental health journey, but one that she speaks to so well that anyone can relate (athlete or not). Check out this episode to learn more about her story.
You can find Kaitlyn on Instagram.
