Spirituality and mindfulness are concepts that Chelsea & Nate are drawn to and naturally talk about with each other both on the pod and in their daily lives, so it just made sense. There is a moment in this episode when they both realize that it is the perfect title for this episode at the exact same time, fitting!
The original idea for the episode was something completely different but once Chelsea & Nate get started, they can’t be stopped, especially regarding spirituality. Such a fun episode!
