We set out to accomplish goals, or improve our lives. While there is nothing wrong with making these resolutions, our resolutions are nothing more than wishful thinking without resilience. Resilience is the capacity or ability to mentally or emotionally cope with a crisis or to recover quickly. 2020 taught us several valuable lessons that we can implement in 2021, the main lesson being the ability to recover.
