Just 2 weeks ago everything changed in an instant for Kelsey Lensman. While driving home from a bible study, her vehicle was struck by another drive causing it to roll 4 times. First responders told her they don't know how she is still alive. Her story and faith will inspire you. I never thought I could step on a bodybuilding stage, have unshakeable self-confidence, create a national cross-country campaign or physically do the crazy challenges I have done. It wasn’t until I started to challenge my own self-perceived limitations through events that I became the woman I am today. For me, it all started with my fitness. That’s why I’m incredibly passionate about helping others Xpand Their Limits and show themselves their true capability.I am a normal girl with big dreams, and even bigger actions. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Sports Medicine. My original plans were to attend graduate school for Physical Therapy. Medal of Honor: Stories of Courage

Medal of Honor: Stories of Courage

Rewarded for bravery that goes above and beyond the call of duty, the Medal of Honor is the United States’ top military decoration. The stories we tell are about the heroes who have distinguished themselves by acts of heroism and courage that have saved lives. From Judith Resnik, the second woman in space, to Daniel Daly, one of only 19 people to have received the Medal of Honor twice, these are stories about those who have done the improbable and unexpected, who have sacrificed something in the name of something much bigger than themselves. Every Wednesday on Medal of Honor, uncover what their experiences tell us about the nature of sacrifice, why people put their lives in danger for others, and what happens after you’ve become a hero. Special thanks to series creator Dan McGinn, to the Congressional Medal of Honor Society and Adam Plumpton. Medal of Honor begins on May 28.
