“Are the hurt people dead?” In 1979, 4 year old Jennifer Carson comes face to face with one of the most bizarre and deranged serial killers to have ever lived: none other than her new psychic step-mother, Susan Carson. Susan, along with Jenn’s father Michael Bear Carson, will embark on a years-long religious mission to hunt down and kill anyone they deem a witch, and Jenn is their first target. Little do the infamous San Francisco Witch Killers know that Jenn will escape the clutches of their evil cult and lead the way to justice for her and the rest of their victims.
