When Tracy Southwick couldn’t get out of bed for several months, she knew there had to be something more for the symptoms she was suffering from than western medicine could offer her. She discovered alternative medicine, pursued her NAET and thanks to her recovery, was able to become a naturopath.
In her experience with patient after patient, she found a component was missing to provide further healing and to get unstuck. From there, mind body spirit release was born, a modality that addresses subconscious stressors and traumas and alleviates the amount of energy and imbalance they cause in the body.
