Today I have a special episodefor you because it's actually
the first April lesson in mymentorship slash membership

haven't heard me talk aboutreflections, then you'll still
want to listen to this, becausewe're going to go into the
introduction, foundationalpieces of this law and how to

start utilizing obstacles touplevel your life.
So, again, this is just thefirst audio for April, I'll have
several audios and then, in myunveiled mentorship, you have
the ability each month to ask mefor a one-on-one intuitive read

So you can choose anything, andif you're dealing with a lot of

obstacles, that is a greatthing to use, that's a great
thing to ask.
So okay, let's get into it.
So have you ever noticed how,the moment you finally decide
you are ready for a breakthrough, you feel like everything is
going well?
All of a sudden, though, lifejust starts throwing obstacles

your way?
Or maybe the second you startwanting more in your
relationship, your partnersuddenly pulls away.
Or when you promise yourselfthat you'll be calmer with the
kids, they wake up, choosingviolence and they spill orange
juice on your favorite rug, orthey knock over your coffee
before 7 am.
Or when you say I'm ready formore money and you're in all the

manifestation courses thatdon't work, suddenly the check
engine light appears on your caror the water heater dies, and
you're left wondering like whatthe hell am I cursed, right?
So I'm going to offer you somereal truth that I wish I had
learned long ago, but learned ita lot over the last year, and

it's literally like something Ideal with daily, which I'll talk
about in a second.
But you are not cursed.
You are not doing anythingwrong.
You are just utilizing the lowfrequency tools that we were all
taught right.
So these tools that we weretaught like to blame others.
You can't control some things,you can't control people.

Wrong, wrong, wrong, all wrong.
Okay, so we are going toexplore how you can actually
start controlling your reality,how you can start actually
controlling how people treat you.
And, yes, it's 100% possible.
Okay, so the law of reflections,it is not just some like fluffy
(03:41):
spiritual concept.
It is an energetic, spiritual,universal law.
It is how the world yourpartner, your business, your
kids, your bank account, yourbody, your health mirrors back
to you exactly where you are outof balance internally.
The hard truth is that yourouter world is always reflecting
(04:02):
your inner world, whether youchoose to believe it or not,
whether you like it or not.
This is like 24 seven and thislaw is running the show.
And here's the part that eitheris going to trigger you or
completely set you free.
The moment you learn how towork with it, you can literally
(04:26):
level up every part of your lifeyour money, your love life,
your motherhood, your health,your body, all of it.
And this is not about blame.
This is not about making youthe bad guy or feeling like you
know I should have learned thissooner.
No, if you're listening andlearning it now, it is the
perfect time because your higherself has a plan.

Your higher self brought you tothis audio today and it's
inviting you back into yourpower, because when you know how
to read the reflections aroundyou, you stop feeling like life
is happening to you and youstart realizing it is happening
for you, for your expansion, foryour healing, for you to get on

your highest soul path.
Right, and I'm not going to lie,if you're new to this, you are
going to hate it at first.
I hated it too, so frustratingand still sometimes sometimes
after a year of doing this ittrips me up.
So, as an example, what doesthis mean?
(05:32):
It means your partner who can'tcommunicate.
It's not them, it's actuallyyou.
Your child who throws tantrums,or your child who's constantly
dealing with health issues.
It's not them, it's you.
Unless they have a solecontract to experience a health
(05:52):
issue.
That's a different topic.
But let's just think about todaywe're just talking about
reflections or that toxic bossyou have, or the toxic client
that you have, or your clientfailing to pay you, it's all you
.
But knowing it's you, you havefull control to change it, and
this is where we leave behindthe old techniques of coping of.
(06:16):
Oh, let me just vent about myday.
It's their fault and, believeme, I was there for a very long
time, so I get it.
I'm not judging, but if you'retruly wanting to step into the
land of creation, learning thislaw and actually embodying it,
so it's not just like, oh yeah,I get the concept, you literally
have to embody it every day.
(06:37):
So reflections are actuallyyour place of power, your place
of happiness and, yes, they arefrustrating as hell.
But once you get this law underyour belt and you start
integrating it, like I said, notjust like knowing it in your
head but actually living it inyour body you'll stop spending
(06:58):
years circling the same patternsand instead you'll know how to
dissolve obstacles, clearsabotaging dynamics and finally
feel the freedom you've beensearching for.
So I'm going to get a littletechnical, but in a fun way that
actually kind of reminded me ofthat movie, how to Lose a Guy
in 10 Days, where the one girlshe writes articles on things
(07:22):
that aren't super fun to readabout, like yeast infections,
but she always says, but in afun, optimistic way, never mind,
okay.
At the root of the law ofreflection is what we call the
law of soul balance.
So your higher self has a wholeplan for you, but your human
(07:43):
self gets in the way, your humanself that wants to keep blaming
others, the human self thatwants to live in self-pity, the
human self who, like, doesn'tunderstand these tools right.
It's not your fault, it wasn'tany of our faults, it's just.
This isn't what we were taught,but now you're learning it
(08:04):
Right and I teach this to mykids, so it is so useful.
I have seen my child changepersonalities in like a minute
once I look in and just as anexample, before I get into the
technical piece of it, just thisweek I was able to my son woke
(08:24):
up with a rash.
I woke up with a weird itchyrash, random parts of our body,
like, and each body area has adifferent reflection in itself.
So that makes it even more of afun puzzle.
But this is why my one of mymentors actually told me that
reflections and helping peoplewith reflections is a sole gift
(08:46):
of mine, and it makes totalsense because it's like piecing
together a puzzle and I've beenin the accounting and financial
space since 2008.
So that is the whole reason whyI was drawn to accounting right
and financials and all of thatand and CFO work and I do still
(09:06):
have a few CFO clients.
I love putting the puzzletogether.
I love solving the puzzle andreflections are very much like
solving a puzzle.
You do need to have youremotions dialed in, which I do
teach in my unveiled mentorship.
When you join, you'll actuallyget a separate audio for my
unbothered program, which is allabout emotional mastery all the

tools that you need for likedialing down your emotions and
also for my unbonded program,which is all about clearing
toxic energy with people of yourpast Very necessary for this
kind of work because intuitionis also key and if your emotions
are all over the place, youwill not be able to look in
intuitively and solve the puzzleright.

one of the audios I'll list outsome very common reflections
and like how to decode them.
I will give that to you.
But more importantly, I wantthe people inside unveiled to

learn for themselves, for theirkids, all of that right.
So I will be having a monthwhere we focus on intuition and
how you can start dialing yourintuition in Very excited for
that.
So, like I was saying, just thisweek, my son and I both had a
rash.
Sometimes it's tricky,sometimes the root cause can
seem like it's one thing andI'll talk about that in a second
(10:34):
but it's really something else.
So, for me particularly, I wasable to find the root cause of
this rash and I'm so gratefulfor my soul family.
So I have soul family withthese wonderful women who are
also all intuitives and healers,and whenever we want someone
(10:56):
else to look in for each other,we're able to tap into that, and
that's what I do for my members.
So I was able to resolve thisrash in two days.
So he's back at school today.
Yesterday he was too itchy toeven go to school.
And what do we tend to do whensomething like that happens?
We rush to the doctor whodoesn't know.
(11:16):
I'm sorry, but they don't knowwhat a little rash is, they'll
guess.
They'll say oh, it's eczema, orit's a food allergy, or it's
this.
Blah, blah, blah.
They don't know.
So instead, it's so empoweringwhen you can just like sit down,
balance your emotions, use yourintuition and just decode it
yourself and shift it.
Like I can't even tell you as amother, especially a single
(11:40):
mother, this has been true giftand, of course, if I broke my
leg or my child broke their leg,I would take them to the
hospital.
I would go to the hospital.
So, just to clear that up, I'mnot saying don't go to a doctor.
I would go to the hospital andthen I would 100% be saying I
(12:03):
created this on my way there andI would be looking at the
reflection and shifting that,because this would be a very
loud reflection, right.
So use your best judgment, butalso, you would still want to
see this as a reflection, assomething that you created, and
make sure that you listen.
So something even bigger didn'thappen.
(12:25):
There's a technique that I willbe teaching where you can turn
down your emotions, immediatelyneutralize the situation and ask
like should I go to thehospital?
Should I shift this myself?
So, obviously, use your ownjudgment, your own intuition.
I don't feel like I need to runto the doctor with every little
rash and cough.
That is just my opinion.
(12:45):
I'm able to shift it.
I've done it successfully.
However, I would go to thedoctor for something more
serious like a broken limb.
So, anyway, this week I also hadmy left tire, got a hole in it
and was leaking air.
Our cars also speak to us interms of imbalances, because our
(13:08):
higher self knows we will payattention to our car, right, if
we have a tire that's flat orleaking air, we're going to take
care of it, right.
So that's how they're trying.
Your guides, your angels, yourhigher self, that's how they're
trying to communicate with youand to get your attention.
They'll use things that theyknow you'll pay attention to.
But most people just think it'sanother annoyance, they think
(13:30):
it's another obstacle, right,they don't actually look in to
see, okay, what could be goingon.
For me it was, I was leaking toomuch energy to people in my
past and what they had done tome, and I realized I could trace
it back exactly to aconversation I had with my
sister where we were talkingabout some guys that we used to
(13:51):
date back in the day, and whathappened is my subconscious
grabbed that information,started running in the
background for the rest of thenight playing that back because
there were some little pieces oflike.
Why did they do that.
Why did I allow that, you know,and just like questions like
that.
So my higher self is like, no,no, we don't have time for this.
(14:13):
Like, so I'm going to just makesure that you pay attention
right now.
And my higher self knows I payattention.
I pay attention when I spill adrop of water on my pants.
I pay attention, a lot ofattention when I spill my coffee
, like, I do pay attention andclearly it.
I wasn't paying attention tothis specific one, leaking
(14:34):
energy, but I had been spillingmy water all last week and just
took a second.
I was like, yeah, yeah, I'mleaking energy, okay, and I just
kept thinking it was leakingenergy to social media, because
that is where I tend to leakenergy.
I didn't take the time to sitand like it would have just
(14:54):
taken a couple minutes to lookin and see, oh, actually I'm
also leaking it here, right.
So because I didn't do that, ithad gotten to a level five,
right, like leaking air out ofmy tire.
It was annoying.
I had to go sit at the stinkytire shop today with a horrible
fluorescent lights and you know,they patched up my tire, but
(15:15):
now I need all four new tires,okay.
So I created this and that'swhat I'm going to teach you
today.
Like I created this and Ididn't listen, and if I had
listened sooner then would thathave happened?
Maybe, maybe not.
It obviously tires were out,but like it might not have
happened during a week where Ihave a lot that that's going on,
(15:35):
right.
So this isn't to blame myself,it's all learning.
So I'm like, okay, next time Ispill water, you bet your ass,
I'm going to sit down and I amgoing to figure out.
Okay, is there anything elsebesides social media where I'm
leaking my energy, right?
Okay, so this is where ourcreator field comes in, and if
(16:00):
you've listened to my otheraudios, if you're in my programs
, you'll know what a creatorfield is.
But our creator field is likekind of like energetic wifi.
It's invisible, but everyoneand everything around you is
picking up the signal.
It's picking up what you areputting down in terms of your
thoughts, your beliefs, yourprogramming, and it is
(16:21):
constantly broadcasting who youare, what you believe, what you
feel, and it is literallyscripting the people,
circumstances and situationsaround you accordingly.
But here's the catch If you arebroadcasting overwhelm, guilt,
unworthiness, scarcity you areliterally handing scripts out to
(16:45):
everyone and everything youencounter.
Okay To your boss.
They will pick up, maybe, onyour unworthiness and they won't
feel like you're worthy, eventhough that's not true.
They're just getting the script.
Remember, we are in our ownTruman show.
We are handing the scripts outto everyone and everything in
our life our partner.
They might get the overwhelm andthen they might just feel like,
(17:07):
oh, I ugh, her energy feels toooverwhelming for me.
I don't want to be around her.
Right?
The kids.
They might pick up on the guiltthat you're feeling and they
might start making you feel evenmore guilty.
You don't spend enough timewith me.
Why are you always on yourphone, mommy?
All of these things, right?
So even if you're at a coffeeshop and like, your order was
(17:30):
placed and then they forgotabout you unworthiness, right?
So where are you forgettingyourself?
And this might sound so bizarreout there for someone who's
just listening for the firsttime, but I'm telling you, like
the shifts I have seen what I'vebeen able to heal clear for
(17:52):
myself, for my kids, for others,for my clients.
This is gold, what I'm sharingwith you today.
So here's why, besides, likewhat we were taught, that it's
everybody else's fault, blah,blah, blah.
But here's why it can feel likeyou're about to explode.
So there's something when you'reout of balance, your creator
(18:13):
field will bring in what'scalled opposing forces.
So if you've ever had thethought nothing ever works out
for me, and then suddenly, nope,nothing is working out for you,
right?
Or when you are just wantingpeople to hear you and yet
people keep interrupting you,ignoring you, that's the law of
(18:34):
opposing forces at work.
It's the universe showing youwhere you're misaligned, and
then at some point you will haveenough right, hopefully in this
lifetime, hopefully not in 15years where you will be like
okay, that's it, like I'm, I'mdone with this, and then things
can start balancing out.
But the issue is that mostpeople don't resolve this in
(18:57):
this lifetime, and so, in thehigh frequency way of thinking,
we look at things in lifetimes.
So if you aren't integratingreflections, if you aren't
learning this higher frequency,these higher frequency tools,
and you don't learn this in thislifetime, then maybe in 10
(19:18):
lifetimes from now you will.
But why not learn it now andcall in all the good stuff now
and enjoy it, right?
So then there's also somethingpowerful that happens with
reflections, and this is calledthe inside out voice and I'm
just kind of briefly touching onthese.
I am going to dive deeper intothem throughout the month of
(19:38):
April, but this is just likebasically an introduction audio,
what to expect.
So the inside out voice isinteresting because, for example
so this happened to me once,probably like six months ago I
had a post I was going to shareon Instagram and I immediately
(19:59):
had, and it was about like astatistic on the percentage of
mothers.
It was like 60 or 70% ofmothers who say they gave up on
their dreams once they became amother.
Right, and I knew immediately Iwas like someone's going to say
but what about the moms whothat was their dream?
And then I just kind of pushedit aside.
I didn't really think anythingabout it, I just kind of pushed
it aside.
(20:19):
So then I post it and guesswhat?
Actually it was an ex-boyfriendwho I'm still friends with, but
he commented that exact thingword for word.
He said what about the moms whoit was their dream to be a mom?
Or he said whatever I said.
He said it word for word andthank God it was him and I could
just kind of be like snarkyback.
I was like, well, they fallinto the 30%, I guess, like
(20:41):
whatever the other amount was.
But I was like oh, that is aperfect example of inside out
voice.
So let's say you have thisreally great idea, but in the
back of your mind you keepsaying like I can't pull this
off, I'm not qualified, blah,blah, blah.
Then you go to someone you careabout, like your partner or
your boss or whoever you'resharing this with, with, and
(21:01):
then they will repeat backexactly what you're thinking I
don't know that you could pullthis off, I don't know that
you're qualified for it.
Okay, so if you've had thatsituation before, that is called
the inside out voice.
So I know, if you're justhearing this for the first time,
or maybe even just it's notyour first time, but you just
haven't taken the time to learnand integrate this you might be
(21:24):
just thinking like this is toomuch, this is unfair, uh, this
is a burden.
All of that like how annoying.
Yeah, they're not super fun whenyou're getting hit with them,
but sometimes I will honestlylaugh and I think I shared this
in my last podcast where I wasat the grocery store my paper
(21:44):
bag broke, it knocked over mycoffee and then the cart like
started drifting off and it wasjust like I felt like something
else happened.
But I like started laughing,where most people would have
been like so frustrated.
I was just laughing becauselike, okay, like I need to take
a moment here, and so I did.
I went to my car and sat there,looked into the reflections and
(22:05):
shifted them right.
It is a gift.
It's a gift and because youcreated it, you can change it
right.
It is a gift, it's a gift, andbecause you created it, you can
change it right.
So I can't stress enough thatmost people will try to bypass
this work, like collectingknowledge.
(22:26):
For some reason, there's justlike a lot of us highly
motivated overachievers love tocollect knowledge, but then we
don't actually integrate it, wedon't embody it right.
So knowing and embodying it arenot the same thing.
That's why, inside Unveiled, wedon't just talk about it.
(22:46):
I actually I teach it.
I encourage you to practice itLike I can't obviously make you
practice it and it becomes partof our daily routines, just like
you might.
It's kind of a funny example,but it just came to my mind.
You might like check your hairin the mirror every once in a
while during the day.
That's kind of a bad example.
It's just something I mightcheck in like every hour or two,
(23:09):
like do I notice anything?
Because the the gold iscatching it, small, small things
dropping your water Uh, thismorning my computer bag fell on
the floor Like that was morethan a level one.
Because that's something Ivalue.
My sleep was gettinginterrupted.
That's something I value.
Those are louder reflections andif you're a mom, this is like
(23:33):
will change your life, becausewhen your kid is hitting you or
saying they hate you, that iswhat you're doing to yourself in
a certain area of life.
And in a different month Ithink it was two months ago I
went through all eight areas oflife, how to balance them and
unveiled what I do.
Now, if my son, like getsfrustrated and hits me or
(23:53):
something like not hard but justlike hits me, I'm like, oh,
okay, there's somewhere whereI'm beating myself up.
I go look into the areas oflife which area?
And then I shift it Right.
So reflections will show uswhere we're holding, like
unprocessed anger, resentment,guilt, overwhelm, and then when
(24:16):
you shift it internally, itshifts externally every single
time down the areas of life andthen you actually do the
shifting piece which I do withmy clients.
I give them solutions.
I don't just say like, oh,here's your problem, go figure
it out For my members.
(24:37):
I will give them like physicaland energetic solutions to do.
And then for same withintuitive reads.
If you want to book a miniintuitive read with me, I will
look at what's going on and thenI'll give you solutions.
And so it's just like it'sstill magical when every time I
shift something and then theperson shifts or the thing
(24:58):
shifts, and it's like I know andI've been embodying this for
quite a while, but it's stilljust so beautiful and magical to
me because it's literally theuniverse, your higher self, your
guides, like speaking to you,trying to help you, and
especially through your kids, ifthey're seven or younger, they
are a reflection of you or thefather.
(25:20):
I did two reads last week.
One of them was actually thechild was a reflection of the
father, and that was a reallycool read that I helped shift
the child's eczema within 24hours.
So this is all possible.
So what can you do when you'refeeling like it's obstacle after
obstacle?
(25:40):
Things are just crazy.
People are behaving like you'rein a bad reality TV show.
You pause and you just whisperto yourself I created this.
I created it Not to shameyourself, not to guilt yourself,
not to beat yourself up.
Just I like to do it kind oflaughing, like I created this,
(26:03):
you know, to reclaim your power.
And then, if you're in Unveiled, you'll learn how to start
shifting, how to keep youremotions regulated, how to
reprogram those subconsciousprograms running in the
background, because that is ahuge piece of what affects your
creator field.
So, if you don't take care ofthose programs, like I call them
(26:25):
, open tabs running in thebackground, you will continue
seeing obstacles in your lifeand you're like what is
happening?
I thought I shifted this, Istopped beating myself up.
However, you might have stoppedbeating yourself up in your
conscious mind, but the king isyour unconscious mind.
So if you haven't stopped thoseprograms, for me, for example
(26:54):
For example, when I had a readfrom my mentor, alessandro, a
couple of months ago I wasbeating myself up in three areas
of life.
I think I've talked about thisphysical, financial and social.
And so, even though I wasworking so hard, consciously,
like I would praise myself, Iwas calling myself a financial
genius.
Consciously, like I wouldpraise myself.
I was calling myself afinancial genius Every time I
(27:16):
made a good decision I was likegoing overboard to shift this
consciously, but I hadn't evenrealized there were still some
unconscious programs running inthe background.
So I was able to shift from 98,I think it was, and physical
all the way down to 23, which islike pretty incredible over a
span of I think it was, andphysical all the way down to 23,
which is pretty incredible overa span of I think it was two
months.
I was able to bring financialdown from the 90s all the way to
(27:37):
63 or something.
Social is still up there.
So I'm still working on social.
That is a long running programwhere I've beat myself up since
I was a child in the area ofsocial, which, if you don't know
, it's like you know obviouslyyour social life.
It can be social media, it canbe how people perceive you, it
could be dating.
(27:57):
As long as you're not livingtogether, they would fall under
social.
So I have beat myself up for solong.
So I'm just being gentle withmyself, working on clearing
those unconscious programs,because I know how to do that.
I'm trained in that right.
So this is why in Unveiled Ihave four pillars that I use to
heal and I call it the undoing,the four pillars, four codes.
(28:19):
I use those interchangeably,but it's the nervous system
regulation, because none of thislike if you came in to my world
and you had a nervous systemthat was just a disaster I would
not immediately jump in andhave you start doing reflections
.
I would first get your nervoussystem calm down, then we could
(28:39):
look at the other pillars.
But I always address thenervous system first because
otherwise you're not going tohave the brain power and the
energy to really dial the restof the stuff in.
So if you want help not justknowing this but truly embodying
it, and if you're ready toshift not only how you feel but
(29:01):
how life responds to you, thisis literally the work that we do
every month inside my unveiledmentorship.
This is literally the work thatwe do every month inside my
Unveiled Mentorship.
And once you get this, I promiselike reflections will
eventually become your favoritething, because you'll know how
to use them to level up yourlife and you'll start catching
them before they get to likelevel nine, which could be
(29:21):
serious sickness or disease.
Right, because you are not hereto survive your life, you are
here to create it on purpose andreflections are not your enemy.
They are your personal, likeGPS system guiding you back to
your most powerful, aligned,radiant self.
(29:42):
So just remember, you are notbehind.
You are learning this exactlywhen you're supposed to learn
this.
If I had, if someone hadmentioned this to me like 15
years ago, I would have nevereven paid attention.
Like 10 years ago, yeah, Iprobably would have listened a
little bit, but I was.
So I had so many issues that Iwas dealing with and, like, my
(30:04):
nervous system was a rack and Ihad a bunch of other things I
needed to go through first.
So timing is divine.
You are not broken.
You just had old tools right.
So you're just being inviteddeeper.

wants you to learn how to masterreflections.

So for those of you in mymembership because this audio is
also going to my podcast I willbe creating a list of common
reflections and like how, if youdon't have your intuition
dialed in yet, you could starttrying to decode it yourself.

But just simply start by sayingI start trying to decode it
yourself, but just simply startby saying I created this, no
matter what it is.
Oh and this is key, not justafterwards, because this was
what I struggled with for awhile.
This is really important.
I was great at noticing, afteryou know, I would have something
happen.
Then I'd go sit and I'd breakit down and decode it Like that
(31:11):
would be step one, like sureYou'll, you'll, you'll know what
it is afterwards, right.
But then, like the level two ofit would be as your child's
hitting you.
You're saying I created this asthe punch is coming or whatever
it might be.
And then like doing it in morereal time.
But even simply just sayinglike I created this, as it's
(31:34):
happening, will start to shiftyour life by like 30%.
Just simply saying I createdthis, because what that also
does is it opens up your creatorfield to solutions.
Because the second that you sayI didn't create this, like I
can't control other people, yourcreator field shuts down and
solutions do not becomeavailable.
(31:54):
Even worse, what starts comingin is more things for you to not
feel like you can control.
And do you want that?
No, so you want to feel likeyou can control things right, so
you can't.
And people think like, oh, I'mjust going to compartmentalize
things, like that makes my lifeeasier.
(32:17):
But compartmentalizing thingsactually hurts us because when

out, for a while and that's whenI got that reading.

That said, I was at like 98%because I wasn't making it a
priority.
I was beating myself up aboutit.
All of that.
When you ignore a certain areaof life, the reflections you get
will actually show up in thearea that you care the most
about or one of like the topthree areas.
So ignoring my physical healthcreated reflections in family
(33:03):
and financial.
So we can't just ignore onearea of life.
All eight areas are importantand need to be balanced and
there is a way that you canbalance these each day without
going crazy.
It's possible.
I do it, I've been doing it formonths and obviously I'm not
perfect.

Nobody is Like you'll never notget reflections, but you can
catch them when they're quieter,right, like your water spilling
or your coffee spilling like,or your tire there, suddenly
like these tires are only a yearold.
They shouldn't really beneeding to get changed already.
So that in itself is areflection for me to look at,
(33:45):
like I'm wearing my tires outvery quickly.
What does that mean?
I'm definitely overdoing it ina certain area of life, so
that's something I need to golook into, right?
So reflections are veryadvanced.
So don't feel bad if this is.
If you're like wait, what, whatis this?
Because this blew my mind whenI first learned about it and I

was like how did I not know thisbefore?
But I promise you don't ignoreit, because things will just
continue to get worse.
They will never get better ifyou're just ignoring things.
