Discover the hidden language of your daily experiences with this eye-opening exploration of true balance. Forget Instagram-worthy wellness routines and surface-level manifestation techniques—the path to genuine transformation lies in decoding the reflections constantly appearing in your life.

Ever wondered why you keep facing the same frustrating situations? From finding gum in your hair (as I recently did) to dealing with triggering behaviors from loved ones, these aren't random annoyances—they're precise messages from your higher self. When properly understood, these reflections reveal exactly where you're out of alignment with your soul's path.

Through powerful personal examples, I share how I've learned to translate everything from physical pain to annoying interruptions into guidance that accelerates my growth. You'll discover why conventional manifestation teachings actually keep you stuck in a frequency of wanting, and how seeing the perfection in every situation—even the uncomfortable ones—is the true key to manifestation.

The most transformative part? This approach completely shifts how you experience challenges. Rather than reacting with frustration when my daughter talked loudly throughout a movie, I found deep appreciation for her enthusiasm. When shoulder pain emerged while helping her move across state, intuitive decoding and energy clearing resolved it instantly. These aren't just mindset tricks—they're practical tools for creating lasting balance.

Ready to transform your relationship with life's obstacles? Join my membership this month where I'm helping members decode their reflections and learn to see their challenges as perfect. The universe is constantly communicating with you—it's time to understand what it's saying.

Speaker 1 (00:05):
Welcome to Unveiled, the podcast.
I'm your host, angela Christian, and I help you with unveiling
your true self by peeling awaythe layers that society placed
on you.
I do this with a combination ofneuroscience, energetics and
ancient spiritual wisdom.
I went from underpaid andoverworked in corporate America
to launching a six-figurecompany that continues to grow.

(00:26):
I went from toxic relationshipsto being happy and single for
over a year as I worked andcontinue to work on becoming the
best version of myself, and somuch more.
My greatest passion is to helpwomen and mothers heal,
transform and become the highestversions of themselves.
Heal, transform and become thehighest versions of themselves.

(00:46):
As I continue to grow andexpand my intuitive knowledge
and unique wisdom, I'll beincluding you on my journey to
millions, so let's get into it.
Hello and welcome back toUnveiled.
Today, we are going to talkabout everybody's favorite topic

(01:06):
Maybe not everybody's, butdefinitely something I'm
thinking about all day which ishow to stay in balance.
So this is a really key thingto talk about and it's something
I'm diving a lot deeper in mymembership this month, and I'm
actually helping my membersdecode some of these issues,

(01:30):
because if you are looking forthe answer, it's in maintaining
balance, but not in the way thatmost of us were taught.
So all you have to do is go onInstagram and you'll see people

(01:52):
doing all the things the coldplunges, the saunas, the
routines, the rituals.
Some of them, yeah, are superhelpful.
Some of them are just kind oflike activities for them to
check off their list, to be likelook, I'm being in balance, I'm
being healthy, whatever itmight be.
They're not looking inintuitively to ask themselves is

(02:12):
this what my body needs?
Is this going to keep me inbalance?
And the most important questionin my opinion, is this going to
keep me or accelerate my soulpath?
That is always what I'm lookingfor.
If something is going todetract from my soul path, it's
a no, even if my human selfreally wants to do it.
I am so strict.

(02:36):
So true balance is never outthere.
It's always the inner alchemyand the way that you are shown
that you're out of balance arein the daily obstacles, which

(03:01):
you'll hear me refer to asreflections, because they are
reflecting back to you whereyou're out of balance.
These obstacles or reflections, they're not random.
So that means like the waterthat you spilled, that means the
gum that I got stuck in my hairlast night.

(03:22):
So I got into bed so cozy, myson was asleep, my daughter was
at her father's, I was about towatch a show and just relax.
And I lay down and I feelsomething.
And I sit up and my hair getslike ripped back to my pillow
Because my daughter had beenchewing gum in my bed.
I don't know what happened.

(03:42):
She must have fallen asleepwith it in her mouth or
something, and it was all overmy pillow.
I had to cut my hair where thegum was Okay, so a lot of
parents would get really upset.
I don't see it that way andit's such a more peaceful way of
life, I promise, after theinitial effort that you do have

(04:07):
to make to see things in thisway.
But not only did that happenokay, so I didn't listen to that
reflection this morning I wasin a hurry.
I just cut it out of my hairwhen I woke up.
So last night I was tired.
I was like you know what?
I just threw the pillow on theground.
I was like I'll deal with thatlater.
I'm tired, so I got a newpillow.

(04:28):
Yeah, my higher self probablywanted me to deal with it last
night.
So what happens this morning Iget up, I have to cut it out of
my hair.
Then, for a totally differentreason, it is all over my keys
so I couldn't get into like myfamily's golf course because

(04:48):
there was gum all over it.
Then I found it in my car.
So that is not by accident.
Each of those are very specificreflections.
So if you don't have yourintuition developed, you can try
to decode it even from just anon-intuitive perspective.
This is what I teach in mymembership.
It is for people both who havetrained intuitive abilities,

(05:11):
because it's different beinggifted intuitively.
We're all gifted in our ownways, but it needs to be trained
in order to see the resultsyou're seeking, right.
So, just like you know myfamily's golf course, right,
there's golf instructors, golfpros, to help train people who

(05:32):
want to be better golfers.
It's the same thing with ourintuition you can be gifted, but
if you're not trained, then youaren't learning all of the
nuances, all of the definitions, filters, questions, all of
these things.
Intuition is like a language initself.
So if you're not interested intraining your intuition, that's

(05:54):
fine.
You can still learn to decodethese from just a logical, human
perspective, which is what I'mhelping my members do this month
.
So the first time you get areflection, it's usually very
small, so most people miss it.
It's the water spilling, it'sthe coffee spilling, it's

(06:14):
dropping cereal all over theground, it's it's the things
that feel just like annoying butaren't like devastating, right?
So our higher self wants us tolearn a specific lesson and our
higher self will make it happenso that on this day you'll get a
level one reflection to showyou that you're off path, to

(06:36):
teach you a lesson, whatever itmight be.
If you don't listen to that, then it's your human self that
takes you off path, even justslightly, and you'll start
getting higher level reflections, like the gum in my hair this
morning that I had to cut out, right?
So it's a completely new way oflooking at life and it does

(07:01):
take a little bit of adjustmentsbecause we're so used to
getting frustrated and blamingand all of this stuff.
Right, like I could get mad atmy daughter and blame her, but
in all honesty, she's helping mesee my reflection, just like my
son does.
He will reflect me in the mostbeautiful ways.

(07:22):
Our children are such beautifulhelpers, and our pets as well.
So a key thing to remember and Iknow I've talked about this a
million times and I will talkabout it a million times more,
but when someone's behaviortriggers you, it's actually not
about them at all.
It's about what they aremirroring back to you.

(07:43):
There's some kind of imbalancein you that made them a match to
do whatever it might do.
So, for example, I took mydaughter, my 10-year-old to go
watch Jurassic Park on Friday, and I forgot that she loves to
talk throughout the entire movie, right At her normal tone.

(08:07):
So she's not like whispering, she is talking just like in her
conversational voice To me, andat first I was worried about
what other people were thinking,so I was telling her to be
quiet.
And then I remembered, ah,because I was judging the
situation as disrespectful,right or uncomfortable.

(08:29):
So then I was like oh, she'sshowing me.
This is one part of it.
She's showing me an area oflife where I'm doing this to
myself.
So there are different levelsthat I go into in more detail in
my membership, but, just tomake it short and sweet here,
there are different levels.
So for me, though, when someoneis doing something, it's

(08:52):
showing me that I'm doing thatto myself, right?
I'm doing that to myself, right?
To take it to the next level, which is really so powerful, is
to see everything as perfect, but not in the way that it's
like oh, I'm so grateful, thisis perfect, where you just kind
of do it on the surface level, like that isn't going to do

(09:14):
anything.
It's being able to truly seeeverything as perfect.
So in that moment, what I didwas I kind of smiled and I was
like this is perfect, becauseshe's so excited about this
movie, she's excited about beinghere with me.
She doesn't get she and I don'tget a ton of one-on-one time

(09:36):
and she's just so excited shecan't contain her voice.
And that's beautiful, right?
Nobody else cared and luckilyit wasn't a very full theater,
Plus, she's a kid, right.
So in that moment, just byseeing the perfection and being
okay with the situation, Iimmediately felt calm, and not

(09:58):
just calm, but just likeappreciative of what was
happening, right.
But that took me a while to getthere.
To give you another example ofhow to take this even to another
level is I have had on and offsleep disturbances in the middle

(10:18):
of the night, with dark energy, right.
And so I was really focused onhow frustrated I was, how
exhausted I felt the next day, because what can happen is, yes,
I have sleep protections, whicha lot of you have reached out
and asked for.
I will put them on my websitesoon, but I'm like restructuring

(10:40):
, adding to it.
You can still purchase it now, just reach out to me and I'll
give you the link, but I'm goingto be adding to it.
So, yes, I do have sleepprotections that I do every
night.
But if you have an emotionaldream, it will drop your
protection.
Have an emotional dream, itwill drop your protection.

(11:03):
So then you can experienceattacks even though you've
protected yourself.
So finally, after days offeeling exhausted, I was like
okay, how is this actuallyperfect for me?
And again, this isn't somethingyou can just surface level, try
to convince yourself of.
You really have to emotionallyconnect to it and if you need

(11:25):
help with that, I am verycreative in the ways that I will
help you see something asperfect.
So what I looked at was okay, what is my bigger goal here?
Right, right, one of my biggestgoals and one of my highest
potentials of mastery, like myhighest mastery in this life, is

(11:46):
helping people navigate theunseen, dark energy world, the
things that drain us, that mostpeople don't know about, can't
see all of that right and tohelp people by clearing that or
teaching it to them, or whateverit might be.
For me to be the best teacher,I have to go through it and I

(12:10):
have to know it right, because, yes, you can learn in theory
about all of this, but if youhaven't actually lived it and
embodied the truth, then you'renot going to be the teacher that
you could be right.
So what I did was I connectedthose sleepless nights to my

(12:32):
bigger goal and saw this asperfect, because I will not be
dealing with this forever.
Right, there is going to be apoint, and I figured out a
solution today Thanks to mymentor, brainstorming with him.
I might have to deal with that, you know, for several months or

(12:53):
whatever it might be, but thenI can learn from going through
it and then teach it to somebodyelse or help them in a much
shorter time span.
Right, and that is the wholepoint.
So I would love to see thisworld learn about the truth,

(13:14):
around reflections, about how, when we stop reacting and start
decoding the messages, that iswhere your true power lies.
So balance and this is a muchbigger topic, but balance is not

(13:35):
about like avoiding negativity.
It's not about work-lifebalance, like that's not what
I'm talking about.
It's not about just I'm goingto be grateful for everything in
my life, just kind of surfacelevel stuff.
Right, it's really thefrequency of neutrality, where
you see both the positives andthe negatives and understand

(13:58):
that it's all working for you.
So a lot of people and this usedto be me too I spent thousands
of dollars, so much time, evenwrote a book on manifestation
and it was in the way that I hadbeen taught which.
There's so much fluffymisinformation out there.

(14:20):
Not all of it is.
There's like golden nuggets ineverything, but the majority of
the manifestation stuff we'vebeen taught it was purposely
created as misinformation tokeep us from reaching our
potentials.
Keep us from reaching ourpotentials.

(14:41):
So most people are walkingaround trying to manifest a
better life while beingenergetically stuck in a loop of
wanting.
But when you live in thefrequency of want, you actually
delay the very thing you desire, because wanting is the opposite
of having, which a lot ofmanifestation teachers do teach
that piece right, which that isabsolutely correct.

(15:01):
But true manifestation beginswhen you start seeing everything
as perfect the interruptions, the messes, the gum in the hair,
the loud voice in the movietheater, the love interest that
doesn't get back to you, the youknow overbearing parent,
whatever it might be, the waysource sees things as perfect.

(15:27):
That is the frequency of truemanifestation.
Love, in that sense, is thefrequency of manifestation.
And this isn't just likemindset work to do in the
mornings.
It's literally something tointegrate into your every minute

(15:50):
of your day.
And sometimes yes, I'm notperfect Sometimes I delay
looking into reflections, butthe sooner you do the better,
and I'll give you a really greatexample I just told my friend
about today is yesterday Istarted getting this pain in my
right shoulder and I know thereflective, like there are

(16:13):
general reflections for mostthings.
The general reflection of thepain where I have it in my
shoulder is you feel like theweight of the world, that you're
carrying the weight of theworld right and it's on my right
side.
So I know it's like the.
I feel that the weight of theworld is resting on my shoulders
.
And then, when you're trainedwith intuition, you can go

(16:34):
deeper and look into which areaof life.
I can just sit down and I askmy higher self show me an image
of what's happening.
Boom, it comes through.
So the image that I saw, justso you understand how I do this.
But again, I've been trainingfor a very long time in
intuition, so my higher selfshowed me this mother deer

(16:57):
walking across the street.
We have a lot of deer where Ilive, so there was a mother deer
and a baby deer and the motherdeer kept looking back at the
baby deer and in the middle ofthe street right which puts her
at risk and she was very intenton watching what the baby deer
does.
Now, if you know, if you livenear deer, they don't actually

(17:17):
do this at least where I livethe moms will just take off and
like leave the baby for itself.
I've seen that happen so manytimes, but in this vision it was
very much.
The mother deer was so worriedabout the baby deer that it was
like not paying attention towhere it was going.
Immediately it clicked.
I was like, oh, it's because myoldest daughter, she, is moving

(17:39):
from dorm college life to ahouse and I'm trying to figure
out how to move.
I'm giving her a bunch offurniture that I have in a
storage unit here and she'smoving across the state so we
have to drive she and I have todrive a U-Haul across the state,
figuring out all the timing ofeverything and all the costs.

(18:01):
All of that?
Right, it really is all on myshoulders.
But again, how can I see thisas perfect?
Right, but again, how can I seethis as perfect?
Right?
So the way that I saw this asperfect is I love that she knows
that I am here for her and thatI am the one person in the
world who she can rely on.

(18:22):
Right, and it's perfect becauseI'm showing her what a loving
mother-daughter relationshiplooks like.
Right, I fully support her.
In college I didn't have that,so I'm showing her things that I
wasn't shown.
So I just sit there and I talkto myself until I feel really
neutral about the situation.
I didn't even know this wasreally bothering me until I had

(18:45):
the pain.
But then I took it a stepfurther and realized that you
might've heard me talk aboutnegative emotion cords.
So I realized that she and Iwere corded because I was so
attuned to her making sure she'sokay.
You know she calls me multipletimes a day, so she was

(19:06):
definitely corded into me.
I cleared that cord and I'm notjoking the pain was gone
immediately.
Like I actually wrote to myfriend.
I was like, oh my gosh, it'sstill even though I do it every
day the stuff like it's still sobeautiful and miraculous to me.
It doesn't happen like thatevery single time, and

(19:27):
especially not if you havelimiting beliefs that are still
running in your mind, eitherconsciously or subconsciously.
It likely wouldn't clear thatquickly, but I've done so much
freaking work that when I findit I'm usually able to clear it
and shift it pretty quickly.
But these are all ways that Iintegrate it into my life, like

(19:51):
I.
Literally anytime I feelannoyed, triggered, frustrated,
I will look at how I'm judgingthe situation.
First of all, right, and then Ijust go from there until I feel
neutral, not just neutral.
Sometimes I'll actually feelappreciative of a situation that
most people would be like whatyou feel appreciative for

(20:13):
getting gum in your hair andhaving to cut it out yeah, it's
perfect.
I love that my higher self andthe universe speaks to me in
these ways, because everythingreally is for you everything.
So if this episode spoke to youand you want help here,

(20:34):
definitely jump into mymembership.
This month.
I have like a level onereflections that we went through
in May and then for July.
I'm just taking it to the nextlevel.
But you'll also have theopportunity next week, like I
said, to share any ongoingobstacles or frustrations you're
having and I will help you seeit as perfect, because true

(21:02):
balance is not something you'regoing to hustle your way into.
It's something internal and itdoes take some effort.
Like everybody just wants tosnap their fingers and have
miracles, but it doesn't workthat way all of the time, most
of the time Right.
So, just being realistic too,like I didn't expect, I didn't

(21:24):
go into my visual of what wasgoing on with my shoulder
expecting a miracle.
I went in just asking what isgoing on, right, because I know
whatever's going on I canresolve it.
But I wasn't expecting animmediate fix.
However, it did turn out to bean immediate fix.
Great, I love that.
I love when I can do that.

(21:45):
But if there's long standinglimiting beliefs, things going
on, yes, I can fix that with, like my timeline healings, but
it still takes effort on yourpart to integrate it into your
life.
So if I go into the past and Ifix something for you which I do
all the time for myself and forothers, let's say it's around

(22:11):
not feeling special, right, so Igo and I fix that and I give
you a tool to make sure that youdon't fall back into that place
.
If you're not doing that, thenyou know I can only do so much.
So sometimes and oftentimes itdoes take effort on my client's
part as well, right?
So for this week, just try.

(22:37):
The next time that you gettriggered, that you feel
frustrated, the first thing thatyou can just do is look at how
are you judging the situation.
Are you judging it as unfair?
Are you judging it as annoying, whatever it might be?
That is the first step justknowing and naming your emotions

(22:57):
.
And so, again, it is also abouttaking it one step at a time,
really integrating it into yourlife and then moving on to the
more advanced thing.
Again, something our societyloves is to just jump in, try to
learn it all, try to integrateit, and it's like that doesn't
work.
Like that.
It does take time.
That's why it's called mastery.

(23:19):
Mastery doesn't happenovernight.
Mastery takes time.
So a lot of society has lostthat desire and love for mastery
.
But it's actually that is whereyour life will change, and
mastery is what will allow youto look in and be able to shift
these things quickly, so I hopeyou have a beautiful week.
