I have a fun podcast for youtoday around having it all.

Isn't that what we all want?
So it's kind of funny.
This topic just like came to metoday as I was thinking about
what should I talk about?
Sometimes I have it all plannedin advance, but I didn't really
have it planned in advancetoday.
Sometimes I like just tappingin and like asking what you guys

(01:28):
need to hear.
So when I say you can have itall, I don't mean like the
Instagram version of you know,all the people on there
portraying the perfectrelationship, the perfect family
, the perfect seven figurebusiness, all of that.
I am talking about having itall internally, which then does

(01:53):
reflect externally right, butit's not.
It's not a perfect life that isempty inside because the true
happiness comes from, is emptyinside because the true
happiness comes from within, andthat kind of sounds cheesy, I
know, but happiness really is astate of mind and you can have
fulfillment and happiness in alleight areas of life.

(02:16):
There are eight areas of life Italk about all the time and
this doesn't mean every area oflife is perfect.
It just means you are happywith what is, because when we
are happy with what is, we won'tbe getting hit with reflections
, obstacles, all of that right.
So having it all to me, mydefinition, does not mean having

(02:42):
the huge house, all the cars,all of that right.
It's not about chasing more,adding more, proving anything to
anyone.
It's really about that balanceand about feeling happy no
matter what.
So the areas of life arefinancial, physical, physical,

(03:11):
social, family, vocation,spiritual, mental and what am I
missing Passion hobby.
So I go into all of that in mymembership, like what all of
those mean how to be balanced inall eight areas.
Because when you're out ofbalance it will show up in all
eight areas, but it will beemotionally strong in one or two
.
So, for example, when I'mignoring my passion hobby, which

is dance, and archery, whichhaven't started my archery
lessons yet Actually that startsthis month when I'm slacking on
my passion hobby, not making ita priority, I will feel the
reflection, usually in financialor vocation, because those are
the areas I'm paying attentionto, right, sometimes physical as

(03:58):
well.
So it doesn't mean you need toalways fix the area that is
screaming to you right.
So it means that you're out ofbalance somewhere, which goes
back to a moment.
A brief thought of settling, oflimiting yourself and your

(04:20):
potentials that's where all ofthe obstacles start.
Potentials that's where all ofthe obstacles start.
And this month of my membership,in July, I am taking
reflections to the next level.
I already had in May, I believe, like beginner level
reflections this month.
I've never taught before and itis going to help you so much so

So, honestly, I know it's allpart of like soul contracts.
I don't get hung up on thatkind of stuff.
So whatever obstacle frustrationpattern you're facing right now

(05:23):
, it is a reflection that stemsfrom, like I said, being out of
balance because you might havejust had a little thought.
Like this happens to me.
So, as an example, two weeksago I get emails from like
LinkedIn.
I don't know why, but they willemail me like jobs basically.

(05:44):
So, in case you don't know, Iown an accounting finance firm
and then I also have my healingintuitive business right, so I
have two different companiesright now.
I'm also a single mom of threeright.
So I got an email from LinkedInand it had like a some kind of

(06:05):
finance or accounting, joblisting, and the pay was like
pretty good, 250,000 a year,something I could.
The job was like definitelysomething I could easily do, and
I had a brief thought that lifemight be a little easier if I
just went that route.
And then immediately I was likewait, what?
No, like what am I eventhinking about?

(06:27):
That little thought caused mesome very annoying reflections.
I will just leave it at that,because we are here for a
purpose.
Everybody has a unique soulpath, soul purpose, soul path,

(06:48):
soul purpose.
And so when you even think aboutlimiting yourself or settling
for something other than whatyou're here to do, you're
basically your higher selfcreates a very low level
reflection, hoping to get yourattention with this low level
reflection.
But most humans do not payattention.
So a low level reflection forme is spilling my water, or

(07:09):
lately it's been dropping, likemy computer cord plugs into this
like power block thing.
So when my power block thingfalls on the ground, I know that
I'm somewhere, I'm giving awaymy power.
When I spill my water, I knowI'm giving away too much energy.
So these are low level signsfor my higher self.

(07:31):
Hey, you know, you have limitedyourself, you're imbalanced.
I can stop the reflection there, it doesn't have to get to a
level 10.
But most humans like, let's justsay, level 0 to 1000 for
reflections, right, most humanswill let it get to like level
500, until they even startthinking like, okay, what is

(07:56):
going on, you know?
Like maybe their car is fallingapart, their relationship is
falling apart, they're about tolose their job, all of these
things.
And then they start to questionlike what's happening?
It's so important to understandhow reflections work.
But also, solving yourreflection does not mean it will
automatically solve the issue.

(08:18):
So this is a big thing outthere that I've seen Some people
don't understand is like theythink oh well, I have this rash,
if I just solve the reflection,my rash will go away.
It might, but it's a little bitmore complicated than that.
It's not a 100% thing.
So basically, when you have areflection, you can kind of

(08:41):
think of it like a movie ispressed.
There's a movie and it's paused, so like everyone stopped
Motion, has stopped Matter, hasstopped moving.
Then when you resolve thereflection, it's like pressing,
play, matter, movement.
All of that goes back right,but it doesn't necessarily mean
it will all go to healing thatrash.

(09:04):
So it's it is complex, and thisis what I'm going to be
teaching and breaking down thismonth, and my membership is.
A lot of people think well, Iresolved the reflection, why
isn't it going away?
Well, it's a little bit morecomplicated than that and,
luckily for me and for you, I amtrained in energy healing, so

(09:25):
that's what you need is there'sanother piece to it.
It's, there's a manifestationor energy healing piece that you
also have to combine.
Oftentimes not always sometimes,like I've had, reflections
resolve very quickly.
It can happen like that, but itdoesn't always happen like that
, so that's something reallyimportant to understand.

(09:46):
So the place that I'm trying toget to that I'm not even at
100% of the time yet ishappiness being a state of mind,
no matter what is going on.
Instead of thinking, well, I'llbe happy when you know like for
me, for example, I live with myparents I could be sitting here

(10:08):
saying, okay, I'll be happywhen I'm back into my own house.
But happiness isn't adestination, it's not just like
waiting at the on your checklist, happiness is a state of mind,
it's a frequency.
On your checklist, happiness isa state of mind, it's a
frequency, and so we don't getthere by forcing or faking or
acting as if none of that works.

(10:30):
You get there by balancing yourreflections and seeing the
perfection in every area of life, and so I was dealing with my
own reflection for about twoweeks, which is longer than I
normally deal with reflections,but I was addressing it over
those two weeks, I wasn'tignoring it, I was really trying

(10:51):
to figure it out.
So finally, one day I was justlike you know what?
I'm going to look at all eightareas of life where I might've
settled, where I might have beenimbalanced, and that's when I
finally realized oh my gosh, soI was having an invasion of
privacy, reflection where mykids, my parents, everybody they

(11:12):
were like interrupting me allthe time, which isn't a normal
thing.
And if I didn't know aboutreflections, I might be getting
really frustrated and annoyedwith them.
But it's not them.
I know that I create everything, as do you, so it's pointless.
And getting upset at somebodyelse because you are literally
you're creating it.

(11:33):
So by getting upset at them,you're just going to create more
imbalance, Right?
So it's a simple way to get ontrack is just to just say you
know what, I created this andbecause I created this, I can
balance it right.
So I realized somehow I wasconnected.
Oh, I did a I sorry, I did aread on myself.

(11:54):
I was like, how did I connectthis?
So it's kind of it's not alogical connection, but
energetically and intuitively itmade total sense.
I realized that my lack ofboundaries in my financial area
of life and vocation was causingthese lack of boundaries in

(12:16):
other areas of life.
So I made a point to sit downand organize my finances,
organize my budget, all of that,and the reflection has just
about resolved.
Like, yeah, I would say it hasresolved.

(12:36):
I haven't been dealing with anyinvasion of privacy issues
since then, but it's helpful togo in with the idea that this
might resolve it fully or Imight need something else, right
?
Because you don't want to likethink, oh, if I just resolve the
reflection, it's going to bedone, it's going to be gone, and
then it doesn't, and thenyou're frustrated, right?
So then it's going to cause adifferent reflection.

(12:57):
So I really wanted to be clearthere, because I don't feel like
I've explained that in that waybefore, and so what I'm also
going to be breaking down in mymembership are the three levels
of reflection.
So there are different levelsdepending on where you're at.
So like level one would beaccusing people of doing what

(13:19):
you're doing.
So it's kind of like confessionby projection.
Level two would be what peopleare doing to you.
You are doing to someone elsebut you're unaware that you're
actually even feeling bad aboutit, right?
So this was me a while back.
I was so.
An example of this might beyou're being dismissive to your

(13:40):
mom and you're not evenrealizing you feel bad about it.
And then the person that you'reinterested in they're being
dismissive to you and you'rejust like not connecting it.
And then level three would bewhat you're doing to yourself
Someone is doing to you.
So this would be an examplehere would be you're not valuing

(14:01):
your time right, or who you are, and so a love interest or a
client isn't valuing your timeor who you are.
And then level four I don'tknow that we'll get to in this
round, so I'm going to keepadding on to reflections.
But level four would be like aninside out voice type of

(14:22):
situation, where this happens tome a lot with my mom.
She's my inside out voiceperson If I'm thinking like, oh,
I should be off this call rightnow spending time with my kids.
Within five minutes, my mom willbe coming into my room.
Hey, you should.
You should be off that call.
You should be spending timewith your kids.
It's like clockwork, so it's.
I don't even get upset with herbecause I know it's not her.

(14:44):
She's just playing that partfor me.
Everything is here for us.
Nothing is working against us.
We create everything 24 seven.
And I know this is hard tounderstand sometimes because it
puts a lot of responsibility onyou, right?
But you could just start bybeing aware of your thoughts,

(15:07):
being aware of where you mightbe settling.
So when we settle with arelationship, that's you know.
That's a whole different topic,which I do get into in my
membership.
I have trainings on the highfrequency view of relationships.
We don't want to just leave arelationship and then go get
into the same issue with someoneelse.
You actually, if it's not aviolent situation, it's best if

(15:31):
you can stay in a relationship,make it the best possible
relationship, and then askyourself do I still want more?
Is there something stillmissing?
And then, if you get a yes,then you would leave when it's
the best it's ever been, becausethen you know it's just because
you're not a match, maybe yourcontract has run out.
I look in intuitively all thetime for my clients on these

(15:53):
things and I have other episodeswhere I've talked about like
soulmates, soul compliments, allof that but because our
reflections will follow us.
So let's say you have an angryboss, or you know and like you
finally had enough and you justquit, then that angry boss could

(16:14):
end up.
That same kind of situationwould be created, maybe with
your parent or with a partner orsomething like that, because
until you shift it, it's goingto follow you.
So reflections are notsomething you can just escape.
Unfortunately, at some point,if you get to a certain point

(16:34):
when you're seeing everything isperfect, then you might just
have like level one reflections.
I'm trying to catch reflectionsat level one.
I'm not always perfect with it,just like my privacy issue took
me a while, but it's always.
You can always trace it back.
If you have your intuition, orif you have an intuitive to go

(16:56):
to, you can always trace it backto a moment of settling.
Go to, you can always trace itback to a moment of settling,
and it can be something small.
So how do we have it all?
Well, you technically alreadydo have it all.
You could be happy in all eightareas of life right now, if you

(17:16):
get balanced right.
And then what do you think thatdoes for your energy, for your
creator field?
It's going to keep calling inmore of what you're focusing on.
If you're focused on, wow, Ireally am so happy.
And again, we don't want to get, we don't want to get too happy
or elated, because thensometimes you have to be

(17:37):
balanced out by the universe,which happened to me.
I had an amazing thing happenyesterday.
I had been trying to close thisdeal for three years.
It kept going back and forthLike all of these issues were
happening.
I could not figure out why.
And then yesterday, before Ihad a meeting, and before the

(18:00):
meeting and the night before, Idid so much timeline work.
I did so much energy, healing,energetic alignment, all of that
and I went into this meetingand in less than 20 minutes it
could not have gone better.
It was like miraculous.
I'm like wow, this work isreally the best.

(18:23):
So I was very pleased by thatright.
And so I was so pleased anddistracted by that that I ended
up forgetting to do my sleepprotection, which, if you are
new here, I am heavily trainedin dark forces, dark energy, all
of that and I have a veryspecific sleep protection.

(18:44):
I actually do have.
I don't think I ever put out mywebsite, but I do have
something called astral armor,which is a sleep protection
audio.
So if anybody is interested inthat, just reach out.
But I do this very specificsleep protection on myself and
my children every night.
I do this very specific sleepprotection on myself and my

And last night I forgot to doit because I was distracted by

(19:07):
being pleased and guess what?
I got hit with dark energyduring my sleep.
It was not fun.
I was up at 3 am dealing withall of that.
So the universe will balance youout if you're too much on the
elated side, but it will alsolike if you're really, really

(19:29):
down.
The universe will sometimes belike, oh, let's give her or him
a little pick me up, but it'slike not really anything lasting
.
It's more just like a littlesugar rush of pleasure to kind
of balance you bring you back up.
So but when we're able to tapinto this happiness, being a
state of mind, being balanced,being seeing things as source

(19:54):
would, source sees everything asperfect, just like my deal
yesterday that finally closed.
I, along the way, had been alittle frustrated that it was
taking so long, that I'd hiredcertain people that, like,
messed up all of these things,and.
But then when it closedyesterday, I was like, oh my

(20:17):
gosh, it actually happened inperfect timing, it was perfect.
And it's when we can't see theperfection in something and I
had someone ask a great questionin a podcast, q and A, earlier
today, which was around her exintroducing their children to
his new girlfriend withouthaving a conversation with her

(20:39):
first Right.
So what I advised her to do wasto sit and, yes, write out the
negatives of that, but thenwrite out and more positives,
and so sometimes it can be alittle tough in these situations
, when there's emotions involved, to figure out what the

(21:01):
positives are.
So you can always book asession with me.
I'm happy to help you with that.
A few I gave her was you know,maybe being with this woman is
going to make him happy.
Maybe that means he's going togive her more time with the kids
because he wants to go spendtime with his girlfriend.
Maybe being with her is going.

(21:23):
Maybe the kids will love herright Like.
So it's really about balancingthings and seeing both the
negatives and the positives, butmaking sure that you're neutral
about it, because if it is areflection, it will likely
diffuse, right?
If you're able to get to abalanced place Now, it could be

(21:43):
a sole contract.
I didn't look in intuitively,this wasn't during a session, it
was during a Q&A but it couldalso be a sole contract.
This woman might have acontract with her ex for this
very thing to be happening,right?
So we humans tend to think thatwe know better than our higher
selves, or that we know betterthan source.

(22:04):
We don't.
But you know and I get caughtup in this sometimes too, where
I'm like, oh, but that's notfair.
And then I immediately have tosay, well, actually like XYZ.
Or if I start looping my mindon like, what if this happens?
What if this, this, then I makemyself write out a list of how
those things could be.

(22:24):
You know great things.
It's not easy, for sure, but Idon't want to deal with level
10,000 reflections I am goodwith, just like the level one.
So I am more interested infollowing the path my higher
self wants me to follow versus,you know, looking at things from

(22:44):
a human perspective.
A human perspective is veryblack and white, right and wrong
, thinking you know better thansomebody else or that you know
better than your higher self.
All of that the high frequencyway is, even just by asking the
question that she asked, thatjust shows how high frequency
she is, because if she wasn'tasking that question, she

(23:05):
wouldn't have been interested infinding a resolution or balance
, right.
So the fact that she's like,hey, this is bothering me.
How do I balance this?
Just asking that question showshigh consciousness.
High frequency Doesn't mean youhave to know the answer.
You can ask someone about it,right.
But just realizing that you'reout of balance and having the

(23:26):
desire to become balanced ishuge.
So something you could do ismaybe choose a few situations
where you blamed yourself forhow something turned out, or
maybe you're still upset thatsomeone did something to you or
something like that.
Choose three situations likethat and then go through an

(23:49):
exercise where you can see howthat actually helped you level
up in life and move closer toyour higher, to your soul pole.
For me, I was let go from mylong time, like seven years.
Corporate job, six figurecorporate job, working from home

(24:13):
.
One is was one of the firstemployees, all of this stuff.
I was let go and I wasdevastated at first.
This was years ago, but, oh mygosh, I am so grateful I was let
go, like it launched me towardsmy sole pole.
You know, uh, getting marriedand getting divorced.

(24:34):
I, if I was just on a humanlevel, I could look at that like
wow, that was like such a bigmistake.
But it helped me learn selflove.
It helped me choose myself andfocus on my soul, pull on my
kids, so it was actually perfect.
I learned so much from mymarriage.

(24:55):
I don't regret that at all.
So there are so many ways wecan go about doing this and I do
have a lot of audios and mymembership too, that kind of
walk you through these on adeeper level.
So just reach out if you haveany questions there.

I will wrap up by sharing that Ido have a couple new healing

(25:20):
sessions that I've beenproviding to people who are
wanting something outside ofwhat I already have.
So I'm going to add these to mywebsite, but I do have links
for them.
The sales page is very bleakbecause I literally just created
them for the people to purchase.
One of them is focused ontimeline calibrations for lack

of better words, I don't havelike a name for it yet, but
basically it's for someone who,like recently, I did one on
someone who had a deep fear ofrejection and she was getting a
lot of rejection reflections onher life, all of that, and so I
went back to the very first timethat that was created.

I put her and the other peopleinvolved on a better path, a
higher path, and then I alsocalibrated her future timeline
so that she would be on a betterpath forward.
There's a lot more to it thanthat, but that I am offering for
125 for the next five peopleand then I'm going to keep

(26:25):
bumping it up until it's at itsnormal rate.
So I will share that link inthe show notes.
And then the other one that Ihave.
It's kind of a bundle of thesoul reclamation and the
timeline healing.
So it's a removal of energeticarrows, energetic hooks, removal

(26:46):
of three energetic cords andone timeline healing for a
situation.
So this one I created forsomeone who had a lot of past
relationship trauma, and so Icut three of the cords from her
past relationships, whichtypically you do need a couple
cord cutting sessions.

(27:06):
I only do three max per sessionbecause it is really intense
energy work.
It's not just oh, I'm going tocut the cord, it's literally
pulling your soul pieces out ofthe other person.
Oh, I'm going to cut the cord.
It's literally pulling yoursoul pieces out of the other
person, pulling their soulpieces out of you, like raising
the frequency of them, healingthem, then sending them back.
It's like this whole process.
So it's a lot of energy workbut you do feel really good

(27:27):
after.
So it's three energy, energeticcord cuttings, which I call
soul reclamations, and then onetimeline healing.
So that's a great one to do for, like ongoing issues.
So that one is 225.
And I will link both of those inthe show notes.
They're right now just calledcustom healing sessions, but I

can literally customize anythingfor you guys.
Like today I had someone reachout to me me who is a student at
the same school I'm at, butshe's been having a reflection
that she just can't figure outand honestly, it is so much
easier for me to figure outother people's reflections
because I'm not emotionallyinvested.
I'm able to just tap in and seewhat's going on.

So she had been trying for awhile to resolve it and she just
feels like she's getting hitwith more and more.
So I came up with a customhealing session for her.
So I'm very flexible withwhatever you're needing help
with, and I do have the longerreads as well, and then, at any

time, if you ever want a darkforce session, you can reach out

Like, I have all of these thingsI just don't even talk about
enough, and my mentor,alessandro, was like he just
told me last week you need toshow off more.
