Welcome to Unwritten BeautyTalks, your unfiltered beauty
resource, where we talk aboutall things beauty related and
aging well from the inside out.
I'm your host, Katina, masteresthetician, and integrative
health practitioner.
Thanks for joining us.
(00:25):
Hey, loves welcome back toUnwritten Beauty Talks, where we
go beyond the surface and diveinto real conversations behind
beauty, wellness, and justfeeling good in your skin.
I'm your host, Katina, and todaywe are diving into something
many of us struggle with, and Isee a lot of my clients struggle
with in the treatment roomhormonal.
(00:47):
Acne.
If you've ever felt like yourbreakouts are on schedule of
your own routine, usuallysyncing up with your cycle, your
stress levels, or even yoursleep, then babe, this episode
is your safe.
Space, let's be honest.
Dealing with hormonal acne canbe frustrating.
You can feel like you're doingall the right things, but those
(01:07):
painful, deep pimples just keepshowing up.
Chin, jawline, cheeks, and evenyour back or chest.
It's not just breakouts, it'salso then the hyperpigmentation,
the post-inflammatory erythema.
The inflammation and then themental toll of constantly trying
to cover them up or heal them.
(01:29):
But here's the truth.
Hormonal acne isn't just a skinissue.
It's a whole body signal, andit's treating.
And it's more about than justadding in a good cleanser or a
fancy serum, though I love thosetwo.
It's really about working onyour body from the inside out,
not against it.
And that's exactly what we'regoing to be talking about today
(01:52):
with some skincare goldennuggets in there as well.
(02:15):
At the end of the day, I want toremind you that your skin is a
detox organ, so it's going toshow what is going on the inside
and literally.
Push it out through our skin.
At the end of the day, our skindoes not actually care about
what's going on.
It's really just a messengerthere to tell us, Hey, this is
(02:37):
what's going on with ourinternal organs.
How can you help me?
I'm inflamed, I'm angry.
These are the things that arehappening.
So let's start with one of themost underrated pieces of the
puzzle, which I feel like nowwe're finally started talking
about more and more about, butit still isn't focused on
(02:59):
enough.
Your gut.
Now, this is not the podcastwhere I'm gonna tell you to
eliminate dairy.
I'm gonna tell you eliminatealcohol, sugars, all the things,
because first off.
That's not true for everyone.
We all have differentinflammatory markers.
We're all different.
We all have different digestiveenzymes.
So my goal is to give you asmuch advice as possible that you
(03:25):
could use and implement in yourevery day.
Life.
So your gut health played amajor role in hormonal balance,
inflammation, and how your skinbehaves.
If your gut is out of whack, itcan lead to systemic
inflammation and shows up onyour face as redness,
inflammation, acne, sensitivity, all the things we don't want.
(03:47):
This is why I personally take.
A probiotic.
I feel like that makes a bigdifference for me.
This one really helps with mygut.
It really helps with mydigestive health and my immune
system.
You'll be shocked at how muchclearer your skin can be.
When your gut is happy.
Of course, fine.
A probiotic that's best for you.
I know I've talked about on thepodcast before, but I personally
(04:08):
love seed.
It's my favorite.
A lot of my clients are on itbecause it just works.
Just thrive is another good oneas well.
I, again, will link everythingin the show notes for you guys.
I also swear by turmeric andginger.
You can do turmeric tea, you cando ginger tea.
You can take it as a supplement.
Of course, anything I recommend, please discuss with your
(04:29):
physician before you just, addthings in.
Always make sure that you aresafe and that this is okay for
you.
But turmeric and ginger are sospecial because they help
support.
Inflammation.
They help support liverdetoxification, and they also
help calm your body from theinside out.
So if you're dealing with redangry breakouts, this can be
(04:50):
your quiet little superhero thatwill make a huge difference in
your skin experiment.
Tea is another one.
Now, whenever we're talkingabout teas and stuff, something
that I used to do that I didn'teven think about it until a
couple years ago, I eliminatedit was I no longer do tea bags,
so I do loose leaf tea.
And the reason why is, if not, you're literally drinking
(05:12):
microplastics, like thousands ofthem every single day.
And if you're like me and wouldhave a couple cups of tea a day,
I was consuming so manymicroplastics and I could tell
that it was causing me moreinflammation, then it was
helping me.
And at first I thought it wasthe tea, but it wasn't the tea,
it was the tea bags.
Something for you to think aboutand consider is try to do a
(05:36):
loose leaf tea.
I actually recently just gotthis electric tea kettle that
you can put your loose leaf teain the middle and it brew it for
you at the perfect temperatureyou can put whether it's white
tea, green tea, black tea, andit's.
So yummy the way that it bruisedyour tea.
I just, I'm obsessed with it.
Now let's talk about the waythat we're starting our day.
(05:58):
So you are super dehydrated whenyou wake up.
You haven't drank any water.
Nothing's free flowing at all.
So make sure whenever you wakeup, start your day off with a
big thing of water.
I don't care if it's warm lemonwater.
I don't care if it's normalwater.
We don't wanna do cool water'cause we don't wanna shock the
body.
Everything that you do in themorning, I want you to think you
(06:21):
are creating the building blocksfor the way your day is going to
go with your cortisol.
Okay?
Everything is about balancingcortisol, so we want to start it
off, not with a shock, not withour phone, not with the blue
light, none of that.
Which if you haven't switched orhaven't seen any of my videos, I
(06:41):
switched to a red lightconverter on my phone.
It is.
Amazing.
And I did not realize how muchit would make such a difference.
It literally converts the bluelight to red light.
And I can tell a difference inmy eyes.
I can tell a difference in mystress.
And then if I accidentally amlike, oh no, did I set my alarm?
(07:03):
'cause yes, I do have a hatchalarm clock, which is helpful,
but I still feel like I need toset an alarm with my phone.
I'm working through that.
And with that being said, I canlook at my phone and that blue
light doesn't bug me as much, which is really nice.
So anyway, so I can wake up,I'll put on my calm app.
Usually I do a little meditationor a little soothing music.
(07:24):
I'll get up or drink my water, brush my teeth.
That's a big one.
The reason why is your oralhealth is actually tied to your
blood, which is tied to yourskin.
So the happier we can make ourblood and the happier we make
our oral health, the better yourskin will be.
So you wanna brush your teeth assoon as you wake up and tongue
(07:45):
scrape.
And the reason why is if youdon't, the first thing that you
eat, basically all those littlederms that have been sitting on
your teeth all night, you aregoing to feed them with whatever
food you're gonna have, andthey're essentially going to
release this gas that over timeis going to prematurely age and
decay your teeth.
Don't do that, and then tongue'sscrape because we have all this
(08:08):
bacteria and everything that'ssitting on our tongue, and if
not, you're going to consume itand you're just going to cause
more inflammation.
In your body, which is not worthit.
Now, I am not a dentist.
I am just sharing with youthings with lots and lots of
research and through myintegrative health practitioner
that I have learned, and alsothings that I have learned to
(08:30):
implement as I've done a cleanerlifestyle and reset my body and
trying more and more to just.
Be more balanced and be moreokay with not being perfect
every single day and being moreabout living in the moment and
enjoying my health for as longas I can, because I wanna keep
(08:51):
it going until I'm like in mylate eighties as much as I
possibly can.
So then in the morning after youconsume maybe a piece of fruit,
maybe something that's easy todigest, fruit is pretty easy to
digest.
So I personally with my body, Ilove to start myself off with
(09:12):
something.
I'm actually recording thispodcast pretty early in the
morning.
This.
Time.
So I'm actually going to, I'mdrinking my water right now, and
then I'm going to have a mango, and then after I consume that
mango, then I'm gonna start mycoffee.
I'm gonna make my yummyadaptogen coffee.
I do the strong coffee.
It has like mushrooms, all theseyummy adaptogens in it, and it's
(09:33):
so good.
And then I froth a vanillacreamer.
Yes, it's a coconut creamer.
No, it doesn't have any extrasugars, but it definitely has
some.
I'm not perfect, I'm just beinghonest with you.
You can, of course, if you don'twanna do like coffee or anything
like that, you could do mudwater.
That one's really good.
You could do a mushroom coffee, whatever works best for you.
(09:54):
Just don't start your coffee onMD stomach.
Please eat something first.
And.
Make sure that you drink a goodamount of water and you will be
amazed at how much this willactually help your hormonal
acne.
It is crazy.
And then if you can try to moveyour body a little bit,
especially since you've beensitting, you have this lymph
that's just been hanging out.
(10:15):
So if you can move around, do avibration plate, do some
gardening, go say hi to yourneighbor.
I don't care what you do, try tomove your body a little bit and
then you can eat your breakfastand whatever that entails.
This morning I am going toprobably make some sourdough
croissants and then I'm feelinglike maybe we should have some
(10:38):
bison sausage.
I get mine from force of nature.
It is delicious and so good'cause I personally need like a
lot of protein as much aspossible'cause I do not eat
enough during the work week.
We're working on these things.
I work for corporate.
It's not the funnest situation.
So yeah, the amount of people Isee in a day as much as I love
(10:59):
them, tenable people is not mysweet spot anyways.
So it's all about creatingbalance, right?
Which is what this podcast isall about.
And I know there's the urge toreach for the coffee the moment
(11:21):
you open your eyes.
But if you're struggling withhormonal acne, I want you to try
something.
Start your day with water, justsix to.
Eight.
Just eight to 16 ounces of roomtemperature water before
caffeine or your warm water withlemon.
It supports your metabolism, your digestion, your adrenal
glands, and it gently signalsyour body that it's time to wake
(11:42):
up without spiking yourcortisol, which is the key.
Because here's the thing, stressand cortisol, they play major
roles in hormonal breakouts.
When your stress levels rise, your body produces more
cortisol, which can throw offyour entire hormonal system.
This leads to you, you guessedit, having more breakouts,
(12:05):
especially around your cycletime.
So a lot of people think, oh,you know what I did this week
that's affecting my skin andthat's what's going to cause my
breakouts.
No, sweetie, we are women.
So if you're a woman, we run ona 28 day, 24, 32.
It's around there.
(12:26):
I'm just gonna say 28.
'cause that's mine.
We run on a 28 day cycle.
We are not a 24 hour clock.
That is a man.
We do not do that.
So whatever you did that wassuper stressful in the beginning
of your cycle is going to affectyour hormonal acne towards the
end of your cycle.
It is just the way it goes.
(12:46):
Is it fair?
Absolutely not.
Is it okay?
Not really.
But you knowing that and havingthe tools in your toolbox to
know that.
Is going to make a bigdifference.
So then you can try to show upfor yourself every single day.
I'm not saying to be perfect, but we can try to do the best
that we can.
So how do we manage all of thesethings?
(13:10):
Let's talk about some eveningrituals that you can do that I
have found that have really madea difference for me.
So your cortisol.
You wanna start calming yourbody down, start calming
everything down and try to avoidany blue light.
I'll have super bright lights.
I dim all the lights in my houseand I do that at 8:00 PM And the
(13:32):
reason why is that's when youwanna start signaling to your
body that it's starting to getready for rest.
I turn on these little salt.
Lava lamps.
They're pink Himalayan salt.
I love them.
I have them all over my house.
I have the little plugins.
I'll turn those on.
(13:53):
I also turn on my loom box.
I'll even hold that whenever wewatch tv.
I'll hold it on my thyroidbecause I have been dealing with
some thyroid stuff, but it'sgetting a lot better, so yay for
that.
And that really helps.
You can also do it on yourstomach if you're dealing with
some ovulation pain.
Or if you are having some periodcramps, whatever you need to do.
(14:13):
I love the loom box because it'ssuper strong.
Super potent.
It's red light, it's infrared.
I'm not sponsored by them oranything like that.
I do have a discount code that Ibelieve takes 260 something
dollars off, which is prettycool and it is portable, so I
really do love that light.
And I got my husband one and hedoes it too, which is really
(14:33):
cute.
And then if we're going to watchtv, watch a show together, we
just wear the like.
Orange glasses.
So instead of wearing blue lightglasses, we do the orange once,
and it makes such a differencein your sleep at nighttime.
I can't even explain it.
Try to avoid any alcohol.
If you are going to consumealcohol, you need to consume it
(14:54):
before 8:00 PM.
Yes, I'm being honest with you.
The reason why is if not, yourbody is still digesting all that
alcohol, AKA poison, which I'mnot judging.
Listen, I love me some goodwine, especially some good
Italian wine, some Dom Peron,okay?
I love some champagne, but I'mjust being honest with you.
(15:16):
These are not good for you.
They slow down your metabolism.
If you worked out that day, that's what you're hydrating
your muscles with.
So you're basically halting yourresults.
You're making your body moresore.
So if you can try to avoidalcohol as much as possible,
especially if you're dealingwith hormonal acne.
Now, there's only so many thingswe can give up if that's your
(15:38):
thing.
I understand.
I'm just here to, spread theword, give you some awareness so
then you know, hey, if you hadsome extra breakouts or you
didn't sleep well, it wasprobably due to your alcohol
consumption or lack of sleepbecause of it.
Now, back to red light therapy.
(15:58):
I personally use the Loom box.
It's a staple in my nighttimewind down routine because it
reduces inflammation, boostscollagen production, helps
support skin's healing, but italso calms my nervous system.
Wherever I dim all the lights, Iturn on my red light, I maybe
sip some of my herbal teas, someginger, some turmeric,
peppermint, spearmint, and Ijust take a few minutes to
(16:18):
breathe.
I don't have any phone time orstimulation.
I'm just trying to let my skinand my spirit reset, which is so
crucial to just try to zen outfor a little bit.
Just give yourself a coupleminutes.
I used to come home and reply toall of my clients and.
(16:38):
Stay up the whole night andbasically reply reply, and I
realized I was going to have tochange that because if not, my
brain was not stopping, and thenI was literally dreaming about
the text that I was sending, andit just wasn't ideal.
(17:05):
You can also consider maybetaking a bath, taking a warm
shower.
I like to do all of my coolerthings in the morning with my
skin and then do the warmerthings at nighttime.
That's my personal preference.
You can do whatever you find isbest for you, but I find if I'm
going to ice my face and do mynice, like cool.
Chilling sheet mask and thingslike that.
(17:27):
I love to do those in themorning.
Like I love the epic cutestlipid recovery face mask.
Oh my gosh, you put that in thefridge.
It is delicious.
It will make your skin look sogood.
And then because you had it inthe fridge, it's really going to
help calm down any inflammationand help with any hormonal
breakouts, which is Chef's Kiss.
(17:50):
And then at nighttime I'll do myshark.
Beauty.
I have the LED red light andblue light mask.
I really love this.
This is a newer fine for me.
It has a nice little chillingtip.
It cools the skin so you don'thave to worry about causing more
inflammation.
It's nice.
And it also has settings to helpkill any of the P bacteria that
(18:12):
causes acne.
So that will really help.
And then red light is going tohelp restore the skin, help with
cellular turnover, and helpreduce inflammation.
Adding in these little tools, ifyou can, are essential to really
help managing hormonal acne.
You don't have to have them, butI just want to give you all the
(18:32):
little golden nuggets and allthe tools in your toolbox, so
then you have them.
Now if you're breaking outaround your period, try prepping
your skin the week before with agentle benzoyl peroxide, a
sulfur based treatment.
They have Lymed Plus has the, Ibelieve it's called the
Astringent.
(18:53):
It's like number two number.
Five, and that one's reallygreat.
That has salicylic acid andbenzoyl peroxide.
Or you can do even sulfur.
I love sulfur mass.
They have the GLY Plus has thesulfur mattifying mass.
That one's a beautiful product.
Osmosis has this charcoal spottreatment, which I've really
been loving.
(19:14):
That one's really nice and justbe really consistent with your
active products.
Don't fall off.
I find that so many people, whenever they start to
experience hormonal acne, theyget rid of.
All their actives, but get ridof everything.
I'm, I know I'm gonna call a lotof us out here, but here it
goes.
Usually whenever someone comesto see me and they're fed up
with their skin, they're fed upwith their hormonal acne, it's
(19:37):
always where they're like, yeah,I'm using the CeraVe Hydrating
Cleanser, I'm using the Vannycream, and then I use the La
Roche Jose Sunscreen, and Idon't understand why I'm
breaking out.
I'm gonna tell you first off, your hydrating cleanser is doing
nothing for you.
It's not deep cleansing yourskin.
It's not removing any sea bum.
(19:58):
It's not removing any dead skincells.
It's just hanging.
You're just basically smotheringyour skin with a hydrating
lotion.
I.
And calling it a cleanser.
We don't love that vanningcream.
I'm gonna get some flack forthis, but it's a moisturizer
like at the end of the day, amoisturizer is not made to
transform your skin.
It's made to occlude and hold inall the yummy serums and tonics
(20:21):
that we put on our face.
And so if you're only doing amoisturizer, as soon as you wash
your face, that's coming off.
So all you did was create thislayer and this barrier, and you
have nothing underneath itthat's transforming your skin.
Blah.
Not a fan of that.
Then the thoro sunscreen, that'sfine.
Listen, I am a big believer ifyou are wearing a sunscreen, I
(20:42):
am happy.
Please wear a sunscreen.
If you are not wearing asunscreen and you have hormonal
acne, please just find asunscreen that works for you.
I don't even care which one, butit's going to be so crucial
because your skin is inflamed.
And so if not, you're going tocause more inflammation from the
sun that's going to be agingyou.
And then you're also going tohave more post-inflammatory
(21:05):
erythema.
Those are the red marks fromyour breakouts or
post-inflammatoryhyperpigmentation, which are
those dark spots from yourbreakout.
So we don't wanna increase anyscar tissue or pigmentation.
Wear your sunscreen, find onethat works for you.
So some little tips and tricks.
And this is something that Idon't necessarily love doing.
(21:26):
I do virtual consultation.
So if any of you wanna reachout, just also tell me you're a
podcast listener.
I'll give you a good discount.
And I'd be more than happy tohelp you with your skincare
routine.
Obviously, in a perfect world,it would be great if I could see
you in person because I love tolook and see the skin.
Feel the skin if I can, if we'rein person, I do a lot of virtual
(21:47):
consultations, so I've been ableto do it virtually, obviously in
person, so Nice.
'cause I can extract it and burnit and do whatever I want.
I'm just kidding where I sayburn it, I mean like a chemical
peel.
But in a perfect world, theseare some of the ingredients I
reach for.
And I know that they don't workfor everybody, just so you have
a little something that you canreach for.
(22:09):
Because I feel like all thesetiktoks and influencers and
bloggers will tell you, oh, youshould use this.
Oh, you should use that.
And then US professionals aren'tsaying anything because we
customize and personalizeeverything so much to each
client.
That we're not speaking out, andso we need to do this.
(22:30):
We need to talk about things.
So one of the game changingproducts that I'm obsessed with
is Fulvic Elixir from Glide Men.
Plus, if you're one of myclients, you probably already
know this, you probably alreadyhave an obsession with this.
We probably already have two orthree backups.
And the reason why is FulvicElixir, it's antibacterial,
antimicrobial, antifungal.
It's a higher antioxidant thanvitamin C.
(22:50):
It helps with redness, inflammation, it helps basically
rebuild the skin.
I have always loved this productfor rosacea, hormonal acne,
cystic acne, because it actuallyhelps fight acne and scar tissue
without drying it out andhealing it.
Boom.
We have needed a product likethat for so long, and Glim Plus
(23:13):
did it for$64.
I'm just saying that theyhonestly, with how amazing that
product is, they could chargemore, but they don't, and I
appreciate that.
My clients appreciate that.
So that one is one.
I would say if you could use ittwice a day, it's beautiful.
Yes.
You can use it with retinol.
Yes, you can use it withglycolic and lactic acid.
Yes, you can use it withbasically anything, anyone,
(23:36):
because it is fantastic and itis an antioxidant and it's so
beautiful, so love, love thatproduct.
I had all my physicians and mynurses during Covid on it
because it helped them with maskknee.
That's how special this productis.
(23:57):
Another one is Mandelic acid.
If you are too nervous to getinto the glycolics, lactic
acids, all the things which Iwouldn't recommend, just like
totally jumping into those.
If you are not ready and youdon't have a guide, find a
skincare specialist to help youbecause there is a right and a
wrong way to do it.
Mandelic acid radiant serum fromLyman plus Chef's Kiss.
(24:20):
It's 1% is derived from almonds.
It's gonna lightly exfoliate theskin, which most people that
have hormonal acne have anexcessive amount of dead skin
cells and sibu production due tostress, inflammation.
Lifestyle choices, genetics.
There's so many things.
PCOS, endometriosis, a pregnancyloss postpartum.
(24:43):
Do you know that it actuallytakes your body two years to get
your hormones back to itself?
Originally, post baby, postnursing.
What that means is if you nursedfor six months.
Your postpartum journey doesn'tstart until you stop nursing.
So it's going to take you twoyears to get your hormones back
to normal the way it was beforea baby.
(25:05):
Is that not insane?
We are superhero women.
I'm just saying that is prettyincredible.
But anyways, that radiant serum.
Amazing.
You can use it Morning andnight.
Safe for pregnancy.
Safe for nursing.
Amazing.
Rescue Serum from Osmosis issuch a underrated product that I
am obsessed with.
I used it for years, fell offthe BA bandwagon because I have
(25:29):
too much skincare.
I know.
Woes me.
And I recently got back into itmaybe six months ago, and I
cannot explain to you howamazing this product did.
It has reduced the inflammation.
It has strengthened my skinbarrier.
It has reduced any acne triggersfrom environmental factors and
external factors, and my poresize has 100% shrunk from using
(25:52):
this product.
I am obsessed and it's hydratingclearing serum from skin better.
Now, this does have a little bitof slic acid, 18% lactic acid,
tiny bit of a retinol.
This is a next level serum.
If you are looking for somethingto really transform the skin, I
just love it.
It makes such a difference.
(26:12):
You can use it every singlenight.
It's a pretty gentle retinol.
If you're worried about it, youcan do it every other night for
a little bit.
It can dry you out just a tinybit, but.
That one packs a really bigpunch.
Also, of course, like I said, Ilove the shark beauty, the LED
face mats.
(26:33):
It's an incredible at-home tool.
You can use the red and bluelight.
It targets acne causing bacteriaand boosts cellular health,
which is great.
I also love the current body andthe omnilux.
The shark beauty is just like mynewest little thing, and I love
it because it's cooling and Ilove it because it's a red and
blue light.
Versus the omnilux in thecurrent body are only red light.
(26:55):
So if you feel like you onlyneed the red light, just do
those.
But I love the shark beautybecause you have the option for
both.
So this is how we treat skininternally with formulas, tools,
respect or barrier.
Reduce inflammation and supportlong term healing.
(27:22):
Let's not forget the inside outpart of skincare because food is
skincare too.
I'm not about harsh eliminationsor fear-based full food rules,
but I am about being mindfulabout what nourishes is.
Okay, let's redo that.
I'm not about harsh eliminationor fear-based food rules.
(27:43):
I hate when someone's oh,eliminate dairy.
Your acne's gonna go away.
No, that's not the way thisworks.
We all have different digestiveenzymes.
We all have differentinflammatory markers.
Me telling you to eliminatedairy is a rude, disrespectful,
and that's not always the casefor everybody.
And yeah don't listen to anyonethat's cis there and is you need
(28:04):
to not eat this.
And that's what's causing youracne.
Be like, did you do a hair scanin, in organic acids chest?
Do you see my inflammatorymarkers?
Have you done my blood work?
Do you know what's actuallycausing my acne?
No, you don't.
Please step aside, don't tell mewhat to do.
That's exactly how I feel.
(28:25):
So we want to be mindful aboutwhat is nourishing us, like
anti-inflammatory.
Mega rich foods are always goingto be a good one for most
people.
Okay?
Just putting it out there formost people, salmon is amazing
for your skin.
If you can consume it, pleaseget the wild caught.
It's so good for you and trulydoes make a difference.
(28:47):
Don't get the farm raised stuff.
It's not good for you.
Avocado, chia seeds, walnuts, even though I'm allergic to
those.
You can do Brazil nuts, whichare really good at balancing
your thyroid and your cortisollevels, which is great.
All of these help regulate youroil production, reduce
congestion, and keep your skinresilient and glowy.
(29:09):
I call these my internal poorlubricants because they just
make everything flow better.
Here's a gentle reminder.
This is a process.
There is no perfect skin.
Lord knows I would've found itby now, and this is what I do
for a living, and I promise you,I still get hormonal breakouts.
I still get congestion becauseI'm acne prone, and part of that
(29:32):
is just my genetic and the waymy body chooses to respond to
inflammation.
But there is real healing whenyou choose to work on your body
and not against it.
That might mean choosing waterover coffee in the morning,
taking a probiotic, saying no topeople, or things that spike
your stress levels, slowing downwith your loom box at nighttime
(29:56):
using skincare that supportsyour healing, not punishing your
skin with like using a 1%Tretinoin every single night and
wondering why it keeps gettingmore and more inflamed.
This is the new beauty standard.
It's not this one thing is goingto fix it all, and that's it.
Everything starts from within.
(30:17):
