Joined this week by my good mates Sam and Matt to discuss our time in Hawaii. I met these absolute legends Day 1 as we were rooming together, only to discover we were taking the same flight back to Sydney. This is a much more relaxed episode as we reminisce and share some great stories!

And we actually talked about howwe first met in Hawaii and the
week that we had all the shenanigans, all the fun and
everything else in between. We were just slinging it,
letting it fly. I telling you all the juicy

life update today because not much has changed.
I'm in Sydney, Australia being here for a few weeks now and I'm
sure most of you follow along onInstagram or TikTok and kind of
know what's going on. This is going to be a bit of a
longer episode but I promise youit is worth it.
I also do want to mention I was having some technical

difficulties, so the 1st 20 minutes of this interview is
going to be recorded in a certain way where the audio
quality is not going to be up tousual standards.
It's still decent enough and it's still a good lesson, but it
will improve after about 20 minutes once I had hit properly

fun just to sit down with the boys, reminisce about our trip.
It was a week well spent in Hawaii.
We had a lot of fun, but we're also very productive as well in

terms of actually playing and exploring the the island of Oahu
and and doing some pretty dope activities.

life. He met her in Hawaii, which

down or down up in Hawaii. But he's a changed man.
He's going to the gym, he's not drinking and he's he's currently

to know first and foremost. We obviously met in Hawaii.
It's been a whirlwind ever since.
What made you choose Hawaii other than the.

Obvious it was we had um, someone that works in our bar
and they were in Hawaii like four months ago, five months ago
and we were like, how have they afforded that?
Yeah. So we then looked at the price
and it's actually not that expensive.
So he thought, fuck it, let's gofor a week in the in the the
cold Aussie winter and then the rest is history.

The rest is history was look at the.
The flight prices were like, letyou book this and then we'll
figure out the rest later. How much was it for you?
Boy? It's just like a one way ticket
up there. That was like $650.
Yeah. It was like, yeah, it was like
just whatever 6650. But we shared a bag because
initially it was 550 and then webook it for two weeks and then

it went up and then we added thebuy.
It was like $100 for back to like.
Just show. You on the bags?
Get you on the bags. Well, I know the reason I ended
up there is I was in Peru, rightand I was looking at flights
over to Australia and they all went through Hawaii.
I said, well, if I'm doing that,I'll go to Canada, I'll go to
Hawaii and then I'll come down. Sounds like a pretty, pretty
hard trip. Paddington are.

it was 240 to fly Vancouver to Honolulu and then $200 Honolulu

And I figured, well, family would lay over there.
I might as well stay for a week and enjoy myself, lay on the
beach. I was gonna go and actually just
relax and do nothing. Heading says yeah, and then and

course we gotta get a shadow to Hayden there um, PE PE

First meal in Hawaii is Denny's,yeah.

the 2:00 AM when you're hammered, then it tastes good.

but that was the aim. And then went back for a nap and
then woke up and then we just had a lovely Hayden in our room.

So you had Hayden arrive and then what did you guys go to
Kelly's at that point? Because I remember when I got
in, I was looking at the group chats there and you guys were

saying, hey, come to the bar. No, we went to that awful sports
bar because I was looking for a place to watch the Premier
League and this sports bar was open with the old just try that.
We ended up in a trivia. Ah, I I like a good trivia.
And then? Yeah, normally.

What? Yeah, he's he was that for the
first two people. That's a little like Shane goes
actually was like, maybe I do. Do you watch people come up to

from what I saw. I saw people were probably

about? So basically, I remember I
landed in Honolulu, got the Uberride over to Waikiki.
We were saying at the beach hostel, the beach boutique
hostel. I remember checking in the room
and this is kind of funny, you know, been traveling for a while
because I was kind of scoping itout and you guys had already
moved in. And I'm trying to get an idea of

like who's in the room. So I could tell by like, you're
like there's a towel and some apparel and shit.
I was like, OK, these guys are from the UK, number one.
Number two, I was like, they definitely just moved in because
you had your bags open but you hadn't moved anything yet.
You just like played them open. Hi, no.
Wasn't shifting, but I was like,I'm trying to figure out, OK,

who are these guys? And then I opened the fridge and
I see the three cases, the whiteclothes and I go, alright, yeah,
we're good. We're going to be, we're we're
gonna be right sorted here. Yeah, we're gonna be boys.
And then I was looking at that group chat because when you
check into the hospital, get added to their group chat, which
is super handy for meet new people.
And I remember being on there like I think, I think I was one
of the message and said, hey, like, where's everyone at?

Like is everyone having to drink?
And you guys just said Kelly's. And I remember looking at it,
looking the profiles and being like, I fucking swear remind
with these guys. Like I swear, this is the boys.
I'm like, I would not be surprised.
And so sure enough, yeah, I did the walk down like a 15 minute
walk down to Kelly's. It's a Irish pub.
Yeah, yeah. And and there you guys were.

And sure enough. He's not at that point.
Wow. No, he wasn't yet.
That's when you were talking to him.
OHS yeah, because Matt, Matt couldn't.
Couldn't. With no mats now wide have fun
hollered at me over in the Bible.
Yeah, and they were like, ohhhhh, I like your accent, like

every American says and then. It was like they like this
tattoo. I'm I'm a tattoo.
Yeah, yeah, I've. Got to talking to them and then
I look away for like 1 minute and then I'll talk you to Hayden
and then I turn around and then Matt's chilling her ear off and
that was it. All he swooped in.
He swooped in hard. Yeah, because when I got there,

when I got there was just you chatting with them at the table.
And then I said hi to him, I said hi to Hayden.
And then next thing you know, we're at the table.
I see mages swooping from the side there and just grab and I'm
like oh alright. Plan to be on the tap that.

Poop straight, very look very lovely girls.

But clearly, yeah, it's gonna find a wife out of it.

Margarita night. That was a good time.

We met just basically everyone we hung out with for the week.

which people think they know. I like my games on a drink and
I'd only just stand around talking to people.
So I was glued to that thing. As soon as I saw it, I was like,
yeah, get me in there. Yeah, no, that was good.
And then then we went to the club.
What was that club called? Poo Poos, that's the current

place. Yeah, the karaoke spot, the
rooftop 1, all the uh yeah, thatone.
I never amazed that one. The Boo boos boos no.

And that's where I'm at, my Scouse boy, Alfie.

But it was such a good vibe. They had live music.
You go there, you meet awesome people, you're drinking beer it.
Was. Just like a sit down table
thing. Like a lot of bars over there.

Was around just making friends. Exactly.
Well, we made friends with thoseAmerican girls that they we went
like 3 nights in a row. Yeah.
Tried to get me to talk to when you two were there Are the ones
that sat down across from us. I'll be hangers behind us.

and speak to. And then every time we were you

were here again. And they were like, yeah.

drinking some basic stuff. And then I look, however it
she's got like him the most afloat.
So it's like a bottle that you get given a bottle of like

OK. And then four like little
glasses of different juices. So like there was like mango,
orange, apple, pineapple, you pick whichever one.
I didn't care. I just, I'll get that.
And I just drank the bottle, thebottle of sparkling anyway, so
that she was like, oh, if you want to like hang out later,
like let me know. Yeah, whatever, as I just

started talking to her because I'm bored and a few points deep
and then I went over she stay atthe Marriott.
Marriott. Oh my God, I can't even imagine.
Was there for happy hour and stuff and then we ended up going
out with Hayden. Came and joined us and we went
out and went into the bar and she turns to me.
She says hey, you wanna drink? Which is.

Yeah, it'd be lovely, Yeah. Hospitable so fast.
So I was like, Oh yeah, I'm likea of vodka Red Bull.
Yeah, the vodka Red Bull startedafter.
Dark buddy, that's the classic. So and then she was like OK and
she asked Hayden, Hayden, do youwanna dreams?
Wow. She's buying my friend a drink
as well. And then so she orders 3 drinks,

right? And then she goes, so you pay
him. And fucking starstruck.
Yeah, yeah. It cost me $50. $50.
In in the poop, poop, poop, poop.
And then after that, she got a dream.
Yeah, talking to a girl. I think she was a lesbian.

Ohhhhh my God I had a similar situation actually.
Where the fuck was I? Banyos, Ecuador.
I'm in Banos, Ecuador and I'm not even drinking that night
because I felt like shit, I was sick and I'm out going to get a
pizza with my buddy. And this girl calls us over.

And she was a girl that we'd metpreviously, don't even remember
where from, doesn't matter. And she's like, yeah, we're
going out. Like you guys want to come with
and I'm a sucker. As soon as the girl was like,
hey, you wanna come out, I'm like, yeah, let's do it.
I'm there. I'm done.
And she said free shots too, so I was like, OK, sold.
So anyways, we go to the one spot, get free shots, we end up
going to the main spot, Leprechaun Club.
Amazing place by the way, if youever end up there.

Irish again, Yeah, go figure. And so the night proceeds, we're
drinking and on three different occasions this girl called me
over the bar and she had ordereddrinks and said hey, can you pay
for these? And I'm like, yo, what the fuck?
Like I didn't order these, I don't want to fucking pay for
them. The third time it happened, we
were actually making out upstairs and like fondling each
other and so. Yeah.

And that was hands disappeared. So, so I thought, OK, this might
be assured battling probably taken off.
So she grabbed my hand to lead me away.
I'm like, hey, great, we're leaving the bar.
She takes me fucking directly toone of the bars in the in the
club there proceeds the order 2 beers and now she's ordering
them. I look at the bartender and go
no, no, no, no, like I don't want any more beer.
Like I'm not ordering because I know exactly what she's doing.

He brings the beers, opens them up.
She looks at me, Hey, do you have some money?
I'm like, no, I don't even fucking money.
I don't want these beers. I'm leaving, I'm outta here.
So I'm going to take off and there's this whole fiasco and
anyways, I end up having to pay for them and then I just, I
don't know, storming out. But I was like, yo, fuck you.
Like, I don't know what the hell.
Three different occasions. It it Yeah.

If no, it's, I think should be arule for everyone to know that
if you invite someone out on a date, you at least have to pay
off, whether you're a guy or a girl, initiate the thing.
And if you ask someone, do you want to drink?

We went through my phone, went and met.
Then I've gotten I've got some food cause she's she's already
eaten. But then we went down to the
beach and Nestle had that nice to sit on the beach when when in
the sea. We were just yapping away for
hours, which was great. I don't know.

I I already liked by this point for some weird reason.

No no. And then did the biggest U-turn.

And it basically means that likeif you took those things away

We then went to cheeseburger cheese.
I'm not late. Which is the necklace that you
receive in Hawaii. I thought they, you know, you
get them when you step off the plane.
That's what I thought. No, I think the $40 they're

Dollars Hayden paid 20. OK.
And I paid 40. But mine was real or like a
better one. It was yellow as well.
It's better real flowers. It was real fast, edible as
well. She, no, she said to him, you
could eat yours, you know. And then I said, oh, I started
eating. He said no, no, yours is
poisonous. Oh my God.

I don't wanna hear, you know, I mean, like, it's just like it's
like you could eat stinging nettles.

And I thought she like maybe when in Rome and we like just

And then and then we had a long walk to Kelly's after that on
that night, because then that's been me and Hayden were left in
