I can only speculate as to how many he silenced with threats. The proof is in the evidence that as collected by the authorities.
I may not ever face this monster in a court room. I wanted to attend; however, if its delayed i will not be able to attend. With the uncertainty in travelling into the USA means that I don't feel safe travelling to Las Vegas.
I am hoping there's no delay.
