Over the past 26 years, Julie has held numerous leadership positions, including C suite roles in organizations.

 

She has thoughtfully led her teams through a CEO transition, restructuring, and strategy refresh while navigating the pandemic. She is heavily involved in many community activities. In addition, Julie has served on many non profit boards, recently completing service with the University of Wisconsin Whitewater Foundation and Near West Side Partners.

 

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin Whitewater with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, And a master's in guidance and counseling. 

 

She also holds a Ph. D. and human and organizational systems from fielding graduate university, Santa Barbara, California.

 

Her areas of expertise include human resources, leadership, change and transformation, culture, talent development. Organization development, learning, and human development. After recently transitioning out of a C suite role, she is using this time to find herself and determine how her next chapter will unfold.
