As strong advocates of mental health, we were honored to sit down with Eric Perterson who is leading the charge in bringing awareness to Veternan’s mental health in our country.
Eric is the founder of Project Head Space and Timing (PHAT), cohost of the I’M F.I.N.E Podcast, and has dedicated his life to bringing the topic of mental health and suicide prevention for our hero’s and their families to the light.
He is on a mission to promote positive mental health practices and outcomes for our nations Veterans by working to unify them with their communities, nature, and themselves.
