Jesus clearly says His kingdom is not of this world.  He was telling us something about the nature of His kingdom.  Pacifists assert that this has to do primarily with the nonviolent nature of His kingdom, but is that a sufficient explanation for the information?  Was Jesus setting up a rival earthly kingdom but through alternative means or was His kingdom radically different in every way?
