Army Veteran Richard Kaufman has served the Army and National Guard for 23 years. During this time, regardless of whether he's deployed or not, he was always active in the health and fitness industry and had a job in GNC. After service, Richard went full time in the health and fitness industry and has worked with people on MLB, NFL, NBA, MMA, Professional Boxing, and more. After that, he worked in a general nutrition company and helped increase the annual revenue from 500k to 1.3m in just three years.
Richard does a lot of great things in the veteran community. The story of his attempted suicide led him to become a passionate advocate in helping veterans, regularly conducting summits about veterans' mental health and wellness.
In this episode Sgt. BeReal interviews Richard Kaufman and takes us through his business journey and his passion for serving the veteran community.
