Army Veteran Sabrina Young has served in the US Army as a Military Police Officer from 2005 to 2009. Shortly after service, she found herself working in a Hospice nursing home. It is here where she found her calling as a Funeral Director. She is also an Embalmer, Certified Celebrant, and Funeral Insurance agent. She is the Service Officer and a Lifetime Member of the VFW Post #1820. Sabrina is a member of the Temple Chamber of Commerce, founding member of the Temple-Belton Ladies Lions Club, Charter member of Compassionate Friends-Bluebonnet chapter and serves as (CERT) community emergency response team member for Temple.

 

In this episode Sgt. BeReal’s guest Sabrina Young shares her journey from her experience as a Military Police Officer to her transition to an interesting, unusual, purposeful career and life after service.
