“Like father, like son.” That phrase could describe the tragedy of David’s family, where sinful patterns repeated and pain multiplied. Yet in the aftermath of a tragedy, we’re reminded of something greater: a God who devises ways to bring His people home. This week we’ll look at how God’s mercy pursues us, restores us, and calls us back into relationship with Him and with one another.
