This year, we are thrilled to welcome Coach Ken P from Pittsburgh Runner and his group of athletes to the Victory Family, joining last year's group from Trust the Plan and Coach Matty Mo. With the addition of experienced coaches like Matt, Ken P, and our direct Victory Coaches Alice, Kate, and Steve, Victory is well-equipped to support athletes in all areas and help them achieve their best. Coach Kenny recaps his inspiring journey from what he considered a setback in the Tampa Bay swim—where an injury stopped his swim after 20 of the 24 miles—to his triumphant finish in the Swim around Key West last June. He credits his success to the more than 100 people, including friends, family, coaches, and Victory family athletes, who helped him train and complete the 12.5 miles in 5 hours and 39 minutes. He discusses his mental approach to over-preparing for the swim to ensure no chance of failure. Stay tuned as we announce an exciting partnership with the CHUBB Bermuda Triangle Challenge, where Victory friends can enjoy discounts and a VIP experience in beautiful Bermuda in January 2025. The challenge features a 1-mile run on Friday, a 5K or 10K on Saturday, and a Full or Half Marathon on Sunday.
