In our last episode we explored the 1943 anthology, Flesh and Fantasy, which introduced us to the director Julien Duvivier. Now, Jennifer is no film historian or expert or anything–she's just a classic film enthusiast–and that is a name she didn’t know. Well, this time around, we’re going to explore another of Duvivier’s films, Tales of Manhattan. Like Flesh and Fantasy, today’s film is a mixed bag–a couple of pretty good stories, one that’s OK, and one that’s extremely weird–and not in a cool way.
