Vision Driven Mom With ADHD

Vision Driven Mom With ADHD

Welcome AMAZING VISION DRIVEN MOM! Here at Vision Driven Mom we believe that you can have ADHD without ADHD having you, you just have to know how (and we are going to show you). I am so glad you found us because that means you are an ADHD mom with ADHD adolescents and have a burning desire to shift out of the overwhelm and negative emotions that often accompany ADHD and use your beautiful, unique mind as a super power. Well, you are in the right place. We know all too well the challenges of being an ADHD mom with ADHD adolescents. It really takes mom life to a whole other level and requires doing things a little (ok... a lot) differently than your neurotypical friends (most of the world). You need more than just great resources (we have). You also need a strong support system (we have that too). We know it’s not easy but that it is entirely possible to let go of overwhelm and negative emotions so you can stay focused on what’s important, present with what’s in front of you and connected with your kids (even if you have a million other things calling for your attention). Each week I interview amazing experts who share invaluable resources, tips, tools, practices and practical spirituality to support you on your ADHD mom journey. And, you won’t want to miss the monthly solo episodes where I share my work as a vibe coach that bundles decades of yoga, meditation, mind/body work, life transformation coaching and my own “experiment” with life as an ADHD mom. I'm Tracy Nolin Beerman, founder of Vision Driven Mom and your host. And, I truly believe that anything is possible, even in the midst of ADHD mom life
