Gustavo "Gus" Garden, originario de Puerto Plata, República Dominicana, comparte su trayectoria desde su llegada a Lake Charles en 2015, trabajando en refinerías, hasta convertirse en un exitoso empresario. En 2021, fundó Area 337, un restaurante que fusiona las culturas latina con un toque de cajún. En 2023, expandió su visión con Encanto Daiquiris and More.
