Imagínate que estás escuchando música, cuando subimos el volumen al máximo o al mínimo la calidad de la música se distorsiona. Lo mismo pasa con nuestras fortalezas. A través de diferentes ejemplos os muestro la importancia que tiene balancear las fortalezas. Hablo de dos competencias de liderazgo específicas: fomentar la participación y empoderar a otros. Os cuento los beneficios que tiene cada una de ellas cuando se usa de forma equilibrada y el coste que conlleva cuando se usan en exceso.
Es un ejercicio fácil y práctico que cada uno de nosotros puede aprender y aplicárselo en su propia vida.
