Focalizar es hoy en día uno de los objetivos más buscados por los ejecutivos y profesionales que trabajan conmigo dado que la falta de foco afecta su productividad, gestión de tiempo y en consecuencia aumenta su/nuestro nivel de estrés que impacta al final su o nuestro bienestar. Y esto lo podemos aplicar a todos al final. Mis clientes me piden trabajar esta competencia más a fondo porque se sienten saturados con los emails, no dan a basto, no se consiguen concentrar y finalizar sus tareas a tiempo por constantes interrupciones sean humanas (compañeros jefes hijos que necesitan algo de nosotros) o tecnológicas, por estos constantes mensajes de slack o messenger or whats’ app que les entran mientras intentan focalizar en una tarea concreta.
La mente se distrae muy rápidamente, para algunos más que para otros. A la vez la vida de hoy en día que llevamos, especialmente con las nuevas tecnologías y la dependencia de las pantallas, no ayuda. Las distracciones han aumentado muchísimo, con ellos el multitasking (multitarea) y la pérdida en foco, en productividad y gestión de tiempo entre otros.
La idea es que a través de este episodio nos ayudaré a todos a focalizar más aplicando diversas técnicas, consejos y herramientas.
