Elise speaks openly about the challenges she faced as a runner surrounding nutrition, body image, periods, and injuries, and how she overcame these struggles to become an even stronger runner and person. Elise emphasizes the importance of building a strong support system, appreciating our own individual journeys, finding confidence in ourselves, and embracing change.
