"I think the for me the value is understanding why they're going through these motions and making DEI sustainable. So from a leadership standpoint, there's that. I think, also from an individual standpoint, it's just the understanding that you can also make a difference, right? I want people to understand that this is not something that you have to pass the buck and say: I need my manager to do or I need HR to do or I need my pastor to do. No, I need you, you, sir, you mam to take a look at yourself as well and see where do you contribute to this."
Voices of Diversity host Rocki Howard speaks with guest Stacey Gordon who is a Diversity Strategist, Founder of Rework Work and author of Unbias: Addressing Unconscious Bias At Work.
Stacey speaks to us today about the collective power of women, the importance of all voices in the DEI narrative and gives us advice from her book as she talks to us today as a Voice of An Unbiased Diversity Strategist.

Are You A Charlotte?
In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
