Maureen Priest, ERYT, is a therapeutic yoga teacher and gentle guide, whose approach has touched thousands of people in her local community over the last two decades with her classes, teacher training sessions, workshops, events, and retreats.
She’s taught and studied many styles of yoga and meditation over the years and is partial to hatha, Forrest, yin yoga, and yoga nidra. In 2004, she founded MOYO, a Center for Wellbeing. Currently, she is a Yoga Medicine teacher and specializes in teaching therapeutic yoga for mental wellness and self care. She is continuing her studies in positive psychology, brain health, therapeutic yoga, and Chinese medicine. Her ideal client is someone that is ready to make a commitment to improving themselves.
