You may not have ever considered that vegans or plant based foodees are ever mistreated verbally but it happens. I am sure it's not with the intention to exclude or judge but it's a real challenge and I share my own personal experiences. Educating our family, friends and co-workers to be more compassionate, kind, acceptable of food diversity and promoting proactive inclusion. Practice cultivating your inner witness by being in the present moment.
