In the latest episode of the WAGM Podcast, Dr. Xavier Scott shares his fascinating journey with hosts Gam and Mz Gogetta. He opens up about receiving a scholarship to play at Hampton University, a Division I school, but admits that losing focus led to his transfer to Elizabeth City where he made a significant impact. During his college years, Dr. Scott started planning parties as a way to earn money, and this experience sparked his entrepreneurial spirit.

Dr. Scott emphasizes that building relationships is more important than money, a belief that has guided his career choices. After college, Coach Fox offered him a chance to join the Carolina Panthers as an undrafted player. Although his time with the team was short-lived, it propelled him further into the world of club and party promotion.

Today, Dr. Scott is a successful serial entrepreneur and the CEO of The Kulture Shock. He has also taken on the roles of Executive Producer for "Our Daily Bread- The Story of Greg Scott," and Associate Producer of "Kill Devil Hills." Additionally, he serves as the Vice President of the Cover 3 Foundation, which has provided over 3.5 million healthy meals and snacks to underserved children.

Dr. Scott's ventures also include founding The Kulture Shock Podcast, where he connects with audiences as a motivational speaker. He advocates for the importance of execution, emphasizing that while retaining information is valuable, taking action and getting the job done is paramount.

Dr. Scott states that gaining a lot of knowledge but execution is key
