Unknown (00:01):
I always I my one of my dreams, one of my big, big
dreams, is to attend SNL in NewYork, because I just love, I
feel like I'm on a skit rightnow, like a press conference.
Hello and welcome to the wealthymama press conference. Give me
hashtag live, hashtag replay. Weare going for changing, even

(00:23):
just transforming millions oflives of women with The Wealthy
Mama Movement. And this has beensomething that I have, in a lot
of ways, have been afraid of,because I don't want to lose
sight of me and my mental healthand self care, or my family or
my children or my team, I don'twant them to burn out. And

(00:47):
equally, when you exposeyourself to more people, it can
be a lot energetically. And so Ihave as the CEO of The Wealthy
Mama Movement, which to me,stands for Chief energy officer.
Energy is so so important if youare in your wealthy month, you

(01:07):
know we've been talking about itall month. When you go into your
wealthy year, we have beentalking about it. We will be
talking about it so much. Andit's so important that you're on
your energy wealthy ladderversus your blah ladder. And so
I have some really, reallyimportant updates as the CEO of
The Wealthy Mama Movement, because we are going for

(01:29):
transforming over 1 millionlives of women, especially moms.
And this is so important becauseour energy as a team is on
lockdown. It is airtight. We arerunning a very tight ship that
is so important because we'redoing it with ease, flow and

(01:50):
fun. And there are a lot ofthings that I used to let slide.
I used to be a big, big peoplepleaser, and just smile and nod
and allow people to walk allover me, and I've had to really
step up my game as a leader anda business owner and just a
woman, that this is so importantthat we move forward and we lock

(02:14):
arms together, and we are verykind, but we're also very firm.
And so it's just so importantthat you know, a lot of these
updates, because we're growingso fast, and we equally, are
three humans, not just me, likemy humans, but like who I have

(02:34):
on this team, who I trust, andthey are an extension of me. And
so there's some really importantupdates that I really need you
if you're wanting to be involvedin wealthy mama movement. This
video is very overdue, and so Iwant to be proactive and put it
all in one video, so that wayyou're very clear and like, I'm

(02:55):
being very transparent on notonly where we're heading, but
like, who were aligned with weare not available for people
that are bullies. It is, it is ahuge difference to ask for help
or if you have feedback or youneed something. We are, if
anyone knows myself, em orSarah, we are the kindest human

(03:17):
beings. We go above and beyond, like I stand firm in my
character. I have known Sarahfor years. I've known Emily for
years, and so we're ourcharacter, and our integrity is
so solid. And equally, that doesnot mean that you can walk all
over me or my team. And also, like, I'm protective of my

(03:38):
clients, I'm protective of theirfamilies like you are. This is a
family. And so we want healthyboundaries. We want healthy
communication. So and so there'sa huge difference between asking
for support, sharing feedbackand just being flat out mean and
rude and bullying, and it's animmediate no like to me, my team

(04:01):
clients are community. There isa zero tolerance for slander,
bullying, racism, not acceptingsomebody for who they are, that
like it is. I feel like thatshould be well known to treat
others how you would want to betreated. But as we're growing, I
feel the need to just be verytransplant parent, on where I

(04:22):
stand as a leader and where weare taking The Wealthy Mama
Movement and what we'reavailable for and what we are
not available for, and knowingthat it's like all from a place
of love, it is not to be meanthat is the furthest thing away
from who we are. And equally, Ithink there's a fine line where,
when someone's so nice that somepeople think that that that

(04:45):
means that they can just treatpeople how they like, however
they want to be treated, andjust because you do business
with somebody doesn't mean thatyou can treat them like that.
And I think this is just afriendly reminder for everyone
to be kind to other peoplewe're. Regardless if you're
doing business with them. Like,be kind, kindness goes such a
far way. And, like, intense weekweek, you can actually get more

(05:10):
of what you're wanting whenyou're just a little extra kind
and you're doing it from a placeof love. Like, that's just a
little, a little tip for you asa human being and as a business
owner, like kindness really doesgo a long way, and we're all
doing our best, and I think thatthat's just so important. Like
my team works nights I worknights like we are moving as

(05:32):
quickly as we can, and so wejust appreciate that kindness.
But first and foremost, there isa zero, absolutely zero
tolerance for bullying. I willnot allow it. I shut it down
immediately. My team also knowsthat we shut it down
immediately, like I do not standfor it. And it just needs to be
very, very clear that we're notavailable for it. You cannot pay

(05:55):
me any amount of money for me tosee someone being treated
rudely. Mean, unfair. I just Iwill not put up with it, and nor
should I, and nor should you.
And so that is, like, absolutelykey. We're gonna get all the
like, not so fun things all theway. And then there's like, fun

(06:16):
things. Okay, so the second oneis contracts. We put together a
wealthy year contract that is sodetailed. When you sign your
wealthy year contract, you arecommitting to the year okay,
sometimes I feel like peopleforget that, and so I just want
to make it abundantly clear,it's more for you than for us,

(06:40):
like as a company, we will beokay, however. It starts to
become draining when people arelike, I'm in and now I'm not.
And no one has done this thisyear, but in years past of
running my business, it's been,oh, I'm in and now I'm not. And
so I've been making it socrystal clear that anyone
signing the contract like I'mallowing you into my

(07:05):
intellectual property. I'mallowing you into my brain, my
heart, and everyone else andtheir networks. And so that is
why we have set up thetransformation enrollment
process the way that we have.
You cannot go to a page and justspend money. I want to know who
you are before you come into thewealthy year community, because

(07:30):
it is a very high vibe, highintegrity program, and everyone
is playing on the same field, right? We're we're in this
together. And so wealthy yearthe energy has to be airtight,
like, there cannot be any energyleaks. Like I am raising my own
standards. Like we literally hada whole staff meeting today on

(07:53):
creating everything that we needto create to make sure that
everyone's starting on the bestfoot possible. We'll be working
all week on those last minutedetails. And so we're raising
our standards, and everyone elsecoming in is also raising their
standards. And so I am juststepping up my game to be a
really firm, kind, loving, focused, determined woman that

(08:16):
is not available for people thatare mean, that are bullies, that
are negative, that are wishywashy, like no one wins when
we're that way, no one. And soit's so important to me that if
you're coming into wealthy year,if you sign that contract,
you're in it, you're married tothe program for the whole year,

(08:39):
okay? And so that is just soimportant to me, because the
energy drain is so massive tome, like I had to be really
careful of doing this programand committing to a year,
because the minute, like therecreates energy leaks, like it
affects me, it affects my team.
And so this was a big decisionfor us to go for a year program.

(09:02):
And this is it. This is the onlyprogram that we will offer live
until your wealthy month of2025, which will be next
October. Like we have all of ourprogramming laid out, we are
being massively prepared andproactive. Of course there'll
be, like, spontaneous thingsthrown in there, because it

(09:23):
wouldn't be who I am withoutsome fun and spontaneousness.
But like, we have everything sodialed in, because we are so
determined to reach one 1million women, and so we have to
be, we have to be we have tohave airtight boundaries. We
have to be ahead of theschedule. Are you guys? Okay?
Okay, you're trying to put a puttogether my my couch,

(09:47):
and so it's just so importantthat if you're going through the
enrollment process for wealthy,or if you're coming in like, I'm
just trusting you that you'resigning that contract, you're
in. It, you're married, okay, for just one year. Give it a
year to let it work. It's magicbecause it will. It'll bless
you. Beyond words, like beyondwords, one of my coaches that I

(10:12):
worked with for two years, Istill use frameworks, and I can
still hear him in my head as Imake decisions like it, it
forever impacted me like foreverimpacted me. And so I have no
doubt that this program will dothat in in in huge, huge ways.

(10:33):
So the contract is huge. We alsohave firm agreements with
payments. So if you're on anypayment plan with us, there's
firm agreements on if there'sany late fees. If it doesn't go
through, there's a late feeinvolved, you get so many tries.
All of that is spelled out foryou. If you have payments, like
a payment plan, outside of yourwealthy year, everything will be

(10:56):
on demand. That is from anenergy perspective, like I want
to give everything I've got toyour wealthy year, and then
everything is hands off. Andthat is not easy for me, because
I love being involved. I love itso much. I am actually the least
involved in my DMs that I'vebeen in ever like, it is very

(11:19):
rare that I'm in my DMs, like, and we're very transparent, if
it's me or the team in the DMS,but like, it's requiring, like,
the where we're going, theexpansion of wealthy mama
movement is requiring me toRelease perfectionism, to
release people pleasing, toreally step up as a woman and

(11:44):
just really own my power andknow that I can do it from a
place of such love and hopefullythinkers cross, it inspires you
to do the same, because I havefeared this level of success
that we're heading in, because Iwant everyone to like me, at

(12:06):
least I used to. I wantedeveryone to like me. I wanted to
respond to each person. I wantedto be deeply involved in every
person's life and theirbusiness. And I just I can't.
There is no way wanting toimpact 1 million women, there's
no way I can be right. There'snot enough of me to go around.

(12:26):
However, we have tons of digitalassets. We've got events, all of
the things and more. So a littlebit more on that here in a
second. Okay? We also are addinga support ticket, so that way
when you have questions, whenyou have concerns, when you have
feedback, wealthy year will havea high priority support ticket

(12:49):
that you'll get access to injust a few days, and then
everyone else will have adifferent support ticket. So we
want to separate those two sothat way we can prioritize
wealthy year people and they'vegot their own support tickets,
and then everyone else also hasaccess to support tickets. One
because we're such a small team,we don't want to lose track of

(13:11):
what people need, what peoplewant, and so the support ticket
system is to help make surenothing slips through the
cracks. We also are focusing onprizes now being in your wealthy
year like these people arecommitting to themselves and
personal growth, that I want toreward them like they're in it

(13:31):
for the whole year. So we'regoing to have prizes for them
and for our marketing team, which is coming as soon as we're
complete with your wealthy yearenrollments. So you'll be able,
whether you're in your wealthyyear or not, you'll have an
opportunity to join ourmarketing team. And there'll be
incentives for that, prizes forthat, and we go through prize

(13:54):
completion as quickly as wepossibly can. I wish I could
work 24/7, there's so many timesthat I really do wish I'm like,
What could I get done if I hadno children and I could just
stay up for 24 hours, even justonce? It like, can you imagine
what we could get done? But itcan't, right? And like, also, I

(14:15):
think it's modeling work, lifebalance. And so we go through
everything, I promise we haveeverything all like listed out,
and we just literally areknocking out everything that we
possibly can as quickly as wepossibly can to keep up with the
growth. And so systems are ahuge part of that. Moving in the
direction that we are with yourwealthy year, and it being our

(14:37):
only live program, is also howwe're going to be able to just
be able to streamline things sothe people that really want that
live support. You got to get inyour wealthy year, if you want
hands off support and just grab, you know, a digital product
every now and then, fantastic.
If you want to grab a shirtevery now and then, fantastic.
Then you can do that, because weare. Re making our store, our

(14:59):
online store, which will launchon my daughter's birthday,
November 20. So our first evermagazine launches on November
20. Now we're getting into thefun, sexy stuff. So our first
ever wealthy mama magazinelaunches on your birthday,
because quite literally, sevenyears ago, when I was getting

(15:21):
induced with her, I was droppingoff packages to the post office,
and then went and like, that'strue, like, female empowerment,
okay, no, Buba, stay up here.
Stay up here. Be careful.

(15:42):
Oh, so on November 20, our wholeentire shopping experience is
going to be under one website.
So whether you want to buy aboutique, shirt, merch, a
digital asset, like a download,a template, it's all going to be
on one site, and I am so excitedabout it. You have no idea. I'm

(16:04):
excited for you, and I'm excitedfor us, right, like one, one
site where you can get allthings wealthy, Mama. If it is
not something that we that islike under us, but we recommend
it, it will still be on there, but it will link obviously, to
like where you can purchase it,but everything, it's gonna be
right there. So when you want tolink, and you don't want to have

(16:25):
to wait on me, you can just goto this shopping experience
like, my goal is that thisbecomes, can you see how my
energy shifted to like, sincenow we're talking about the fun
stuff. The goal is to create ahome shopping experience like
HSN, but for like, busy moms.

(16:48):
Oh, that's so cool. Yeah, LittleDebbie,
I ate one of these yesterday inmy photo shoot. Do you want it?
Yeah? Okay, here you go. Okay,so that launches on November 20,
and the magazine launches onNovember 20. The magazine is
going to be a quarterlymagazine. It'll be digital, and
you'll also be able to purchasea print copy, and it's

(17:10):
absolutely free. We want to havethis be like where we promote
other people's businesses.
There's feel good stories in it,their sponsorship opportunities,
right? Like, I feel like, whenyou buy magazines nowadays, it's
all like drama, right? Like, wewant wealthy vibes, okay? I want

(17:31):
you to be able to look through amagazine and get, like, tips and
tricks and inspiration andmotivation and like, Oh my gosh.
Like journal prompts, right?
Like, all things happy, healthy, wealthy energy and bonds, which
my whole energy has shifted, andI am going to celebrate that.
Okay, so we have a whole newelevated experience happening

(17:52):
there. You'll also start tonotice our emails are going to
be looking a little bitdifferent. Sarah is going to be
doing her magic just to makethem look really pretty
and just really fun and invitingand very like life giving.
There's gonna be still likeeveryone enjoys, like the

(18:13):
positive affirmation, the quoteof the day. So that's staying.
We're not taking away from thatpromise. We're just gonna
elevate it. So if you're not onour newsletter and you want to
be, send Sarah an email. Sarahat the wealthy mama
movement.com, okay, hold on. I'malmost done. Okay, we'll go
downstairs. Can you say hi?

(18:41):
Also, a few other things. Happyboxes are about once a quarter.
Okay? Our annual gala is goingto be Halloween next year. So
wickedly wealthy. Last night, Idecided I want to do a fashion
show. So we're gonna do afashion show. We've got a 5k in

(19:02):
the works. Grants for you. Okay,my team,
we're towards the end of thefinish line.
Are you thirsty?
An annual trip destin so ifyou're not signed up, I have,
like, I think, two spots leftfor Justin. There was a couple
people that couldn't end up.
That couldn't end up coming sodestin and sponsorship, which I

(19:24):
also talked about, merch, whichI promise won't have stains on
it. But we're we are sodetermined to make 2025 just a
magical experience for you and ahappy place to connect with
other women, to feel amazing andjust believe in yourself a lot
