Unknown (00:02):
Welcome to my car. I don't have my you can kind of
see the other side. I'm at a carrental because my car is getting
replaced, and I'm on a roadcoming home from the concert for
like, the next hour. So I haveso much I want to talk about. I

(00:24):
feel like this is going to belike nelly's greatest hits. So
give me hashtag live, hashtagreplay, because my energy is
overflowing and I want to dothis. This feels really fun. Um,
this episode is like nelly'sgreatest hits. I'm just going to
like tell you my best advice, the, you know, talking to women

(00:51):
for over, oh my gosh, honestly, over 10,000 hours, like in the
last the last seven, eightyears, I have spent so much time
with women, both on the phone,on Zoom, in, person, one on one

(01:11):
group, conferences, like it'sbeen so much in that time frame.
And so I feel like I have such agood pool of data, and the first
thing I want to say is we aremore like than we are different.
Like, if you were to hear someof the things that women have
told me, it would hurt yourheart, like so many women feel

(01:35):
very insecure, they feel verylonely, they feel very
frustrated, and it's verydifferent than what is being
curated on your social mediafeed, which can be the biggest
mind, because you're like, am Ithe only one feeling like I'm
doubting myself, that, you know, things feel hard or heavy or

(01:58):
confusing, and So I just wantto, like, normalize that, like
so many people feel exactly whatyou're feeling. They just aren't
vocalizing it right, publicly,at least. And so women come to
me, and they just crack theirheart wide open, and then we

(02:19):
work on, you know, putting allthe puzzle pieces together to
have that heart be so well takencare of. And if you were to
think about a heart surgeon, right, if you needed a heart
surgery, you would want to go tothe best of the best. And I am
the best of the best, and I'vebeen really practicing owning

(02:40):
that, because if you needed aheart surgery, you would want
your doctor to be very confidentin what they do. You would want
them to have experience. Youwould want them to have results
of other heart heart patients, right? And I am so good at what
I do, so good at what I do, likeI can spend 10 minutes with you

(03:04):
on the phone in a heart surgery, and we can get to the root of
what is going on. It is. Itblows me away every single time.
Like I am so good at what I do,both one on one in group video,
like you don't have to be, youknow, talking to me to benefit

(03:25):
from my expertise. Like, thebeautiful part about us having a
conversation means I cancustomize, you know, more of it
for you, but I am. I'm one ofthe best heart surgeons out
there when it comes to yourenergy heart and really helping
you navigate the direction thatyou want to go, and then also

(03:51):
helping you, like, enjoy theprocess. And I don't just talk
the talk, like I walk the walk.
Literally, I get messages dailyof like, oh my gosh, wealthy
month literally changed my life.
And, you know, this videochanged my life. This is exactly
what I needed. And so I amowning more of how good I am at

(04:15):
what I do, and I want you to dothe same, because it's a vibe.
And you get to stand in thatenergy and to stand in that
power and own that you're reallygood at what you do, and
equally, I'm always wanting toget better, and I think that
that makes an amazing leader.
You know, when someone's reallygood at what they do, and you

(04:36):
know that they're only likegetting better, that's like the
best. It's so good. So with thatbeing said, I'm giving you my
best, and since I've spent somuch time privately with women,
I've heard it all, and I reallywant this episode to be all
about solutions for maybechallenges. Or obstacles that

(04:59):
you're currently facing, becausewe are so much more alike than
we are different. So I just wantthis to be like rapid fire. So
first and foremost, this isgoing to be unhinged Nelly
coming out. So she gets, shegets a little spicy and sassy at
times, but it's all with love,because I just, I know, I know

(05:19):
what you're capable of, and Iwant you to reach that. And
sometimes we need to, like, shake up the energy to help you
just be like, just to helpremind you Who the f you are,
and you can even move forwardand be like, yeah, she's right.
Okay, so if you ever feel likeI'm shaking up the energy and

(05:42):
getting spicy, unhinged, sassy, whatever you want to call it the
it's always intentional, andit's I get very passionate
because I want to see more womenwin. And if we're on the
sidelines, we we can't win likeyou gotta be in the game to win.
So the coolest part about thispersonal growth journey for you

(06:05):
is your perspective, when youare blaming your bank account,
blaming the lack of time thatyou have, blaming the the
drained energy, right? Like, ifyou're tired or exhausted, like,
I always say, everything thatyou're sharing always has

(06:27):
validity to it, right? It's sovalid. Like, sure you may not
love what's in your bankaccount, okay, um, maybe you
don't have the time that youwant, right? Like, who do? Who
does? Right? Like, everyonewants more time. You know, maybe
you have a kiddo that isn'tgetting a lot of sleep, and it's
really, really frustrating. Iget it, so I don't want to make

(06:49):
you wrong for anything thatyou're feeling, because that
isn't emotional intelligence.
Emotional Intelligence is reallyfeeling the feelings, and then
working through the feelings andthe emotions to get to an
energy, get to an emotion thatbetter serves you, to help you

(07:10):
get to not only where you wantto go, but just feeling better,
right? Like who wants to be inpain for the rest of their life?
Right? Like that, no one ismeant to be in constant pain,
and so it's so cool as an adult, because so much of our problems

(07:32):
and our challenges are notproblems. You don't have
problems or challenges whenthere's a solution, I'm going to
say that again, unheard Nelly isalready coming out to play. You
actually don't have a problem ora challenge. If there is a
solution, if there's multiplesolutions, you don't have a
problem. You have a lack ofeffort. I love you, but you have

(07:54):
a lack of effort. If you aretired and you know that there's
solutions, we're not making it abig enough effort to to cure the
problem. So you actually don'thave a problem. You You have
lack of effort. So technically, the the problem is the lack of
effort, not the actual problem.
But most adults, it's so mucheasier to make the problem the

(08:18):
villain. Oh, I hate my bankaccount. I live paycheck to
paycheck. I never have enoughtime. My boss is so needy. I
don't love how I look in themirror, uh, none of my clothes
fit right. Like, blah, blah, blah, blah. But when we're in
blah energy, we're going to getblah results. When you're in

(08:41):
wealthy energy, and you takewealthy action, you're going to
get wealthy results. And I knowthat sounds so basic, but it's
so true. It's so true. With theproper energy and effort, you
can solve any problem. Say itwith me. With the proper energy
and effort, I can solve anyproblem so you you never have
problems. So I'll share one withyou right now. So we just went

(09:06):
to the concert, and I had thetwo tickets in my apple wallet
for the challenge winners, whichmade me feel really good. You
just never know. Like, I boughtthem on a trusted site stuff
hub, but like, I was tellingthem last night, as soon as

(09:28):
they, like, got into the arena,I was like, I have fulfilled my
contractual obligations. I loveyou. Have the best time, right?
Like, I just, I felt like Icould breathe just a little bit
more. You just, you just neverknow. And I would, I had like, I
had plan, A, B, C, D, again,solution. I am the queen of
solutions, and therefore I willalways be successful, because

(09:51):
I'm always in solutions mode. SoI had their. Gets in my apple
wallet for, like, the last fewdays, but Sarah and I's tickets
were still not they stillweren't allowing me to transfer
them outside of StubHub. Theybecause StubHub is like a

(10:12):
reseller, and so they they wereshowing that they were still not
available for transfer, and itwas just making me
uncomfortable. And so I woke upFriday morning and I was like,
This is making me uncomfortable.
What can I do about it? Right?
Solutions. I'm not gonna, I'mnot gonna have StubHub being the

(10:33):
villain, because I want to be atthat concert. So be, you know,
just pointing the finger andhaving a villain gives away all
of my power. So I contactStubHub, and they say, you know,
there's nothing we can do. It'sin our policy, which I
understand. It is in theirpolicy. And they're like, don't

(10:55):
worry, we have our 100%guarantee if you can't get the
tickets transferred the youknow, don't worry, we'll refund
you. To myself, I'm like, Idon't want to refund. I don't
want my money back. I want to goto the the concert. So I was
like, okay, Nelly, what wouldwhat would you do? What would

(11:17):
wealthy Nelly do? Wealthy Nellywould just go ahead and upgrade
the tickets to floor tickets, because that originally that's
what I wanted. Anyways, theywere literally a fraction of
they what they were even a fewdays ago, because everyone was
trying to sell their tickets. SoI got cheaper tickets closer to

(11:39):
the stage, and got to surpriseSarah, which felt so incredible.
I then re listed the othertickets on StubHub, because then
StubHub will transfer thetickets to the other person,
because I never received them, and they sold within a minute on

(12:00):
StubHub. So now StubHub isresponsible for that whole
situation, and I just was like,I hope and pray that StubHub
gets them transferred to theother person, but I am not
risking it for myself. And theysold within a minute. So I
bought the other tickets first.
I had no guarantee of gettingthem sold, but I was like, worst

(12:25):
case scenario again. I'm alwaysin solution mode. Worst case
scenario. I have an extra twotickets, and I find a little
girl, and I surprise her and hermom, like I was already prepared
to, like, look for somebody tosurprise and and, you know, gift
them the tickets that would likeand that, like, I love the

(12:48):
giving energy. So that wouldhave felt good. Like, that's, if
that's worst case scenario, thatain't so bad. It's just money,
right? Like, if you want to workthrough all of your money
blocks, start and grow abusiness, you will, you will
personally grow so much. Like, Idid not realize how many money

(13:10):
blocks I had until I was abusiness owner, because it
there's nowhere to hide. Likeit's easy to hide in a day job
with money blocks, it's easy tohide and stay home with kids
with money blocks like becauseit doesn't force you in certain
ways. It doesn't force you tolook at like the internal stuff.

(13:38):
And so when you're a businessowner, you got you got to
register your business, you gotto pay taxes, you got to pay
yourself. You've got to makemoney in order to pay yourself.
You've got to build productslike it is actually one of the
best ways to work through anyand all money blocks, because

(13:59):
the growth that that like that Ihad yesterday of just like,
Yeah, I'm gonna go ahead and buyfloor tickets. I there was no
stress. There was no anxiety. Itwas just like, Yeah, I'm gonna
do that, and then I'll, I'llfigure out what I do with the
next other tickets once I havethe other ones. So anyways, the
floor tickets immediatelytransferred in my account, I

(14:21):
felt like I could breathe, whichwas worth the risk within
itself, right? Like you gotta bea little bit of a risk taker to
to make your goals and dreamshappen, like they're going to
require a courageous,determined, motivated action
taker type of you like. And ifyou're willing to be that and

(14:45):
grow into that, then you can,you can do anything. Okay, so
when it comes to adults and allof their problems, most adult
problems are figureoutable.
There's three buckets ofproblem. That people are facing
like, three big buckets that, like all sub, sub problems live
in, okay, just the main three.

(15:10):
So there's health, there'swealth and there's
relationships, okay, health, wealth and relationships. So my
first question to you is, whichone do you think is your biggest
bucket right now? Is it health?
So that would be like, you don'tlove how you look in the mirror.
You want more energy, and maybeyou want to get stronger, maybe

(15:32):
you want to lose weight, maybeyou want to feel sexier. Health
can also be like the internalstuff. So like healing trauma,
you know, personal growthmindset, all of those things. So
health is, health is really likeyou, okay, that's really to some

(15:53):
of that category. It's like allof you inside and out. Okay.
Second category is wealth. Sothat is your relationship with
money, right? Like spending it,receiving it, investing it,
giving it all of it, right?

(16:13):
Typically, most people arereally good at one or two of
those, like, they're really goodat giving, or they're really
good at making it but then notmanaging it, or spending it but
not making it type of thing. Butagain, all, most of adult
problems are figureoutable. Soamazing with whatever you're
already good at. We can justbuild off of that, but we have

(16:37):
to, we we get to get better atthe things that are not don't
come as easy to you. And like, the coolest thing that I like to
remind myself of, I just thoughtabout this. I hope you can hear
me in this cup holder. You're ina cup holder right now. I'm
gonna hope that I'm not justtalking to myself like you can

(16:57):
actually, like, hear my voice.
That would be, that would beinteresting. It's like the whole
conversation no one can hearanyways. We're gonna hope that
that's not happening, because Ican't really look down. Ah,
anyways. So the no, like, thething that I love to remind
myself of is no one comes out ofthe womb, right? Like when

(17:20):
you're born, no one comes out.
Like, I'm so good at managingmoney, I'm so good at making
money, I'm it's so easy for meto stay healthy, right? Like all
of adult challenges are figureout, able, fixable, and they
require habits, right? Likehealth and wealth are hidden in

(17:47):
your day to day habits, when youcan get really, really good at
the the day to day habits, youcan change your whole life, and
you can do it so freaking fast, and then the last category,
which is relationship. So thiswould be your relationship. This

(18:07):
could be really yourrelationship spiritually. This
can be your relationship withyour significant other, your
kids, friends, co workers, boss, etc. So this like all of your
relationships, because not oneperson can go through life
without having some sort ofrelationship with someone else,
right? Like, even if you're yourown boss, like, you have to have

(18:29):
a relationship with otherpeople, even if you're not in,
even if it's not close, everyoneis connected in order to not
only survive, but thrive. Andlike, then obviously, like the
fulfillment piece, right?
I see someone commented,I hope you can hear me. I don't
want to look down for too long.

(18:52):
Okay? Someone tried to tell methat you can hear me,
so that way I don't waste yourtime. I
don't want to be a distracteddriver. I'm a really good
driver, a very like grandmabased driver, but I want to make
sure you can hear me.
So those are the three buckets.
So my biggest part question incoaching you right now is, which

(19:16):
bucket feels like it's thebiggest, the heaviest, the one
that is consuming you, thatyou're like, oh, like, if I
could just, you know, Master myhealth and fitness and my
wellness, I could do anything, right? Like, so you get to pick
one of the three buckets inthis, in this coaching session.

(19:39):
Okay, so you might be like, well, it's all three now, like,
we'll just pick the first onethat you're like, once I master
this one, then the other, youknow, one or two would be so
much easier. I believe, personally, they go in the order
that I said, Okay. I. Once youmaster your health, internally

(20:00):
and externally, okay, then we goon to wealth. Then we go on to
relationships, like, your healthis like the foundation to
everything. And you like, there's a lot of chatter in the
online space of you know, youdon't have to be skinny to make

(20:20):
six figures, like I've seen thatpost so many times, or some
people disagree with saying thatyou get to become healthy to
make a lot of money. However, Idon't think it's being skinny. I
don't think it's losing acertain amount of weight. It's

(20:42):
just, honestly, for me, I thinkit's feeling good, having the
energy so it it doesn't have tobe this big transformation. You
can be skinny and hate yourself, you can be happier and love
yourself and vice versa, right?
Like it's not about the number,it's more so about how you

(21:07):
actually feel. Because when youcan love yourself, then other
people can more easily love you.
If you don't love yourself, youwill block blessings left and
right, because you don't feelworthy of them, because you
don't love yourself, right?
Like, and I mean, like, fully, unconditionally, love yourself.

(21:30):
I can see this pattern in mypast, like, 1,000% where I
didn't love myself. It didn'thave a ton of energy in it. It
did block me from a lot ofblessings. And with that being
said, you can still besuccessful and not have that
strong foundation, but you're ona house of cards. Like,

(21:52):
literally, I remember 10 plusyears ago I was very, like,
overweight, like 4040, poundsheavier than I am now, this was
before kids. I had no concept ofmeal prepping or what to meal
prep. I had no idea how muchwater to drink in a day. Some

(22:12):
days, a lot of days, I didn'teven get water in. And now I go
to the gas station, I'm likewater. I want this big thing of
water.
And sothe the interesting part about
all of this is I've had successwithout a strong foundation, but

(22:33):
it's like a house of cards. Itfeels so wobbly, you question
yourself left and right. Youdon't enjoy the journey, and
therefore you stop and start.
You self sabotage. You. It justfeels awful. So you Yeah, you
can totally have success and notlove yourself, not be feeling

(22:55):
healthy or having energy. ButI've had it both ways, and it I
will, I will never pick that oneagain. Like, I want to feel so
good, and I do believe biggergoals and dreams require more
energy. Like, of course, theydo, right? Like, of course.

(23:16):
Like, if you want to go travelthe world, that's going to take
more energy. And if you arestruggling to get through your
day to day, your your normal dayto day, how are we going? How
are we going to go travel theworld, right? Like, and since
your brain knows that it's goingto self sabotage because it's
like, girlfriend, you like, welike, I was going to say you,

(23:39):
but it's like, it's your energyand you are we, like, we can't
even get through the day to day.
Like, why? Like, I know you wantto go travel the world, but
like, it ain't in the cards forus, at least at this moment,
with how, how we're operating, right? So I do believe they go
in the order that I shared, andyou can do all three at the same

(24:00):
time. But if, if one of thebuckets, like, if your health
bucket is so big and so heavy, Iwould recommend taking a little
bit of time to just put focus onyour health and fitness Right.
Like, you can dabble in theother two, but like, majority of
your time and energy goes intoone, then get that feeling

(24:23):
better, and then stack on top.
Now we're working on our wealthbucket. Now we're working on our
relationship bucket. And this islike, this is like the Holy
Grail, like these three buckets, like, I just want you to imagine
for a second, you feeling likeall three categories are on fire

(24:46):
in the best way possible, likeyou're crushing it with your
health and fitness. You havemore energy than you ever have.
You could, like, run circlesaround people. You are excited
to get out of bed, right? Like, you know how to meal prep you
you. Work out regularly. Likeyou feel so good internally and
externally. Love looking in themirror. You love putting on your

(25:08):
clothes. Right then we go to thewealth category, and you're
like, oh my gosh, I am so goodat investing money. I'm so good
at giving it. I love spendingit. I love I love making it.
You're just like, this is, like, amazing, right? Like, amazing.
And then we go to therelationships, and you're like,
I have the best of friends, Ihave the best co workers, I have

(25:31):
my husband and I have never beencloser, right? My kids, we feel
so connected. So I'm just like, painting a picture for you of
what's possible versus whereyou're at right now. And here's
the beautiful part, too. Youmight have blessings in all
three buckets, like maybe yourhealth and fitness is going
well. Maybe you've made stridesin your wealth bucket. Same

(25:53):
thing with your relationships.
So wherever you're at, justimagine it amplified times like
a million and how amazing thatwould feel. So no matter where
you're at on the on the thespectrum of those buckets, like,
just imagine them gettingbetter. Like, raise your hand if
you like, you want them to bebetter. I do like, I want to
keep getting closer with myhusband. Like, we've never been

(26:17):
closer, and I've known him like, pretty much half my life at this
point, right? Like, but we'venever been closer, and that that
feels incredible, like Iactually enjoy spending time
with my kids, like it doesn'tfeel like a dread, it doesn't
feel like a chore, like I'mheading home and I'm like, so

(26:37):
giddy, like I'm not, like, I'mnot sad, like, I had an amazing
time. It was, you know, I'm not,I don't want to be sad. I want
to be happy that it happened.
And now I'm excited to go backto my family. So it's only good
energy. I'm about to cross intoOhio.

(26:59):
Oh, somebody in the chat I amso I just wanted to get better
for you. That's like as yourenergy heart surgeon. I wanted
to get better for you. I wantedto feel better. I want you to
get faster results, right? Iwant it to be just better than

(27:20):
you can even imagine in yourmind right now. Like, our mind
can only design what it knows, right? So, imagine it being even
better than you can even designin your mind right now. Like,
how cool will that be? Not,would it? Will it? And it's

(27:40):
1,000% possible. Watch outconstruction on road ahead with
the proper energy and effort, like anything is possible. Okay,
so what I want you to payattention to is the thoughts
that you have, the words thatyou have, and the actions that
you have, okay? So this is,like, the day of three, okay?

(28:02):
Because we have three buckets, and there's three ways I want
you to, like, work on this, soyour thoughts matter, your words
matter, and your actions matter.
And when we can have them allsynced up and aligned, and we're
focusing on one, one bucket at atime. This is where you you have

(28:27):
no more problems. You have onlysolutions. When you think that
you only have solutions, you saythat you only have solutions,
you talk and brainstorm aboutsolutions, and then you take the
actions. You don't have anyproblems. You have no problems.
If you to write down everychallenge that you have right
now, every problem that you haveright now and then, you thought

(28:49):
differently, talked differently, and took different action, you
don't have a problem. And evenif it takes us a little bit of
time to work on said problem,it's still not a problem because
it's already in action ofresolving the obstacle, which

(29:09):
means it's already in solutionmode, right? Like once it's
already in solutions mode, it'snot a problem, it's just we're
now heading in the direction of,you know, course correcting. And
if you can literally see infront of you that it's literally
just a matter of time before itit's complete and and I do

(29:32):
believe that then when you canbe in that, in that part of the
journey. This is when it goes sofast, because your brain loves
evidence. So once we have you insolutions mode and you're
actively taking action, and yourbrain starts to see and feel the

(29:57):
results your brains like. Welike this, let's keep doing this
like Yes, please. More please.
Let's go right, and it's just somuch easier. I've been wait
waking up earlier and earlier, which, because that's been one
of my desires, but it hasn'tfelt easy again, because I have

(30:21):
a toddler that his sleep isstill all over the place, but
I'm like, You know what? Let'sdo this imperfectly. It doesn't
have to be every like if mydesire is to wake up earlier, so
I have more quiet time beforethe House wakes up. Let me just
do it as much as I can. Right? Iwas really I was in the
solutions mode of being perfect, which was stopping me from

(30:45):
actually even doing it. It'sbeen something that I've been
really actively working on,because it's a trend that I can
see if I can't do it perfectlyand do it 100% 100% of the time,
my old way of being would justbe like, I'm out, like, if I if
I know I can't do it everysingle day, then I don't want to

(31:06):
set myself up for failure. Butit's really not failure for
making progress, right? But in aperfection energy, in a
perfection mindset, it does feelthat way, and so you get a
different result. So I've beenworking on that because I'm
like, okay, even if I woke up,like, here go to worst case
scenario, right? Worst casescenario is even if I wake up at

(31:29):
5am which is my desired outcome, like 5am Monday through Friday.
So that way, have two hoursbefore the world needs me,
right? Even if I do it one day aweek, two days a week, three
days a week, right? Isn't thatbetter than zero? Isn't that a

(31:51):
solution? Isn't that helpinglike get towards my overall
desired result, right? Samething with 10,000 steps, I get
an average of 10,000 steps aday, but there are a few days
here and there where it justdidn't happen, and that's okay.
I got more than I would if Ididn't put in the energy and

(32:13):
effort. And so I'm stillwinning, like, I'm still
winning, and that's huge. That'sthat's the whole goal here,
right? Like, are you going to bemad about making $1,000 cash
day, and then the next day youhave like, $100 cash day, and
then you have like, another $500cash day. Like, the The goal

(32:35):
here is more reps, more reps, rather than zero reps, you can't
get stronger in the gym if youdon't pick up the weights. And
if you pick up the weight andthen you for one time and then
you never pick it up again, you're still not going to get
stronger. So like, the goal withgetting literally physically

(32:57):
stronger is more reps, morereps, which is short for
repetition, right? You've got todo something long enough to see
the results, and this is withtalking to people and supporting
them.
You know, for eight years now,1000s of hours on the phone

(33:21):
the holding yourself through themiddle. I call it the messy
middle because it is messy andit is it can be very
uncomfortable when you're in themessy middle. So it's like after
you have started to be insolutions mode, but you're not

(33:41):
at the desired result yet. Somany people give up in the messy
middle and take a sip of mycoffee. So many people give up
in the messy middle because theydon't think it's happening,
because they can't see theresult, right? It's like the
Seeing is believing. Well, you've got to believe, and then

(34:04):
you'll see which I love the wordbelieve, because it has be in it
be so you've got to be the theenergy of the goal, and you've
got to do the things long enoughto have the desired result.

(34:24):
Okay, I'm hoping people can hearme. I see people commenting, so
I'm gonna assume people can hearme. If not, I'm just giving the
best advice to Taylor Swift, even though she does not need
advice, but her and I will just,we're just having a girl chat
here. So the cool part, when youshift to solutions mode, you

(34:48):
find so many solutions, so manysolutions. When I was I had a
hunch, this was years ago, butwhen I had a hunch that I had
80. D again, I'm trained to gointo solutions. I was like, You
know what? I'm sick and tired offeeling blah about my brain. I

(35:10):
feel like I'm different. I'mgoing to advocate for myself. I
went and got tested. I then wentand explored like a treatment
plan. I learned more about ADHD.
I feel like everything else isbetter because of that right
that would go into the healthcategory. I feel like I am a
better business owner, a betterhuman, a better mom, a better

(35:35):
wife. I feel better because ofgoing into solutions mode on
that, I have talked to so manypeople, they're like, Yeah, I
should probably get tested.
You're in a problem. Then, like,probably means you're in a
problem, right? Yeah, I shouldprobably, you know, work on

(35:57):
growing my business, okay, probably is not going to get us
results. Should is not going toget us result results, right?
Like, I should meal plan. Ishould do this. It's like, but
what like? We've got to get insolutions mode. Being in
solutions mode is such a habitfor me, I don't even realize

(36:17):
that I'm doing it like, it'sthat normal for me to be in
solutions mode, to the pointwhere sometimes I have to catch
myself, because if I'm in like, wife mode, and my husband just
wants to, like, vent right aboutsomething, and he's not looking
for solutions, I have to. We'vegotten to a part of our

(36:40):
relationship degree is like, Ijust want to, like, vent that.
That's what I need right now. Idon't need you to be in
solutions mode. I love you. Ijust, I need my wife. It's like,
okay, okay, got it. Um, sothat's how much it is a part of
my identity, and has been for solong, which is why I get

(37:02):
incredible results. Like, Idon't have a handout. I don't
have this secret thing that I'mnot telling you, like, I do not
gatekey, like, it's the properenergy and the proper effort.
And I really think a lot of theworld is convinced that there's
something that you knowsomeone's not telling them,

(37:23):
which I can't speak for everyoneelse, but I'm just telling you,
you'll be shocked with how muchyour life can change when you
put in the proper energy andeffort into those three buckets,
right? Health, wealth, relationships, right? Your best
relationships that, like, youcherish the most, it's because

(37:43):
you putting time and money intothem, right? Like, everything
takes time and money, and youget to decide which one you have
more of. Because if you havemore time, let's use that as a
resource more. If you have moremoney versus time, let's use
that as your resource more, right? Like, let's leverage what
you have. I think it requiresboth time and money, but meet

(38:06):
yourself where you're at oflike, what do you have available
to you? And there's a lot ofresources out there. Again, when
you're in solutions mode, youwould be shocked with the amount
of solutions are that are outthere waiting for you to find
them, right? And there's thisreally cool thing called Google

(38:26):
that you can find just about anyanything, like my greens shot
that I take every single day, that I love, which I get to take
it when I get home I'm like, craving it. It'll be helpful to
reset my body after all thedancing and singing and all the
things, but I Googled most ofthe things that I need support

(38:47):
with. I found TaskRabbit, whichTaskRabbit will literally come
to your house, to deep cleanyour house, to move furniture,
to organize, to do any likepersonal tasks that you need.
They all have reviews of likethe people that are on there.
You can just pay them one time.
It's not like you have to commitforever. So that's how I found

(39:09):
TaskRabbit. That's how I foundmy greens, the ADHD process that
I went through, I I Googled it.
This is I'm not gatekeepinghere. I just I'm a Research
queen. I go find solutions. I goask people that I trust. I ask
like, what? What do I need to besuccessful? And then it's up to

(39:31):
me to, like, make it happen. Ifelt I found several meal prep
companies through googling. One800 got junk has come to my
house a lot this year, and Ifound them on Google. Google's
like my best friend. We are veryclose, and it's just amazing

(39:52):
when you do a search at how muchyou can find, right? Like, it
blew me away, the handful ofpeople i. That were commenting
on my Taylor Swift stuff, saying, like, must be nice.
Yeah, it was nice. I worked. Iput in the proper energy and
effort to make this happen. Thiswasn't handed to me like I had

(40:12):
to put in the energy and effort, and I got the result. This is
why I know my process works, because I'm working it every
single day, and doing it withease, flow and fun, and doing it
imperfectly, I might add, andso, you know. And one person
said, Well, I went on StubHubbecause I told her to go on

(40:34):
StubHub. And she goes, Well, thetickets are $3,000 I'm like, and
like you said that you wanted togo. What are you doing, right?
What are you doing to make ithappen, right? There's so many
ways to make money on theinternet in 2024, 2025 2026,
like, there is no reason thatsomeone should be broke like,

(40:58):
and it's not just making moremoney, it is, yes, also managing
it, which I have so many tipsfor that. Oh my gosh. So let's
just share, like on that note.
Let's just go through nelly'sfavorite solutions on all of
these categories. I've kind ofalready started, so we'll just,
we'll do rapid fire here. Whattime is it? Okay? So let's go
through the health category. Sonelly's favorite solutions for

(41:20):
the health category. I have thisfoam pillow that I'm obsessed
with, and it's a neck pillow, soit like has a dip for your neck.
I was just noticing with thesleep that I get, I was just my
neck was always hurting, so Iwent on Amazon and typed in

(41:40):
pillow for neck problems, andwouldn't you know it, I found
one that had amazing reviews. SoI have a really awesome memory
foam neck pillow that I'mobsessed with. So I love that in
our bedroom, I made it so cozy.
We have this, like, cute littlelike night light that, like

(42:02):
radiates like a pink, purplecolor. And it's from Scentsy,
which I'm obsessed with.
Scentsy, by the way, likeobsessed, their scents obviously
smell amazing. So it's a Scentsynight light that radiates like
this pink, purple colorthroughout our bedroom, which
just makes me so happy. And thenthe there's just, like, this

(42:25):
beautiful scent that is on topof the night light. So it's
like, functional and also cute.
It's like it checks all theboxes. So our bedroom just feels
cozy and amazing. So like withthe the little bit of sleep that
I can get most of the time, Iwant to make it count, right?

(42:47):
I have been taking Epsom saltbaths,
not every single night. Again,I'm not like if I can't always
do something every single day,but I've been taking Epsom salt
baths, uh, more often than not,and it's just so nice. I don't
bring my phone. I get in thebubble bath even, like, Emma has

(43:10):
sat off to the side at timesbecause she's still awake. She's
like, can I just hang out withyou? I'm like, Yeah, sure. We
don't, like, she just wants to,like, body double. And she's
like, I just want to be nearyou. And I'm like, that's fine.
I just Mommy wants to, like, relax her body. Um, so I have
really loved doing that. I havemultiple walking pads at this
point. I have a Apple Watch. SoI strive, that's one of my

(43:35):
favorite words. I strive to get10,000 steps a day in some days
are higher, some days are alittle bit lower, but I am
tracking it every single day.
And so typically, what I do is,if it was just a really busy day
or wonky day, or a lot ofdriving, like today, like I just
do I I strive to do my best, soI'm always tracking. And if it's
towards the end, the end of theday, and I'm like, okay, the

(43:58):
whole goal of the 10,000 stepsis not to exhaust myself,
because that defeats the purposeof doing it, but the goal of
doing all of these things is todo better, be better, and move
towards what I desire with ease, flow and fun. So I have to
really always make sure I'mcoming from a place of, Yes, I'm

(44:20):
coming from a place of ease, flow, fun versus push, push,
push, hustle, hustle, hustle, grind, grind, grind, because
then I immediately go back intothat old identity that I don't
want is not serving it. I don'twant to be in it. It's not
serving me. So I have to bevery, very cautious and mindful
of how I show up in certainways. So that way I don't step

(44:42):
back into that identity, becauseit was, it was my identity for a
really long time. So of course,it's going to, like, try to
sneak back in. So there are, youknow, a handful of days where
I'm I'm tracking, and I'mlooking and I'm like. Okay, I'm
at 7000 steps, let's say, andit's like towards the end of the

(45:03):
night. So in order to get to10,000 it's gonna be a lot,
right? But what I've donerecently that has really helped
me is okay, even if you can'tget to the 10,000 and do with
ease, flow and fun today, makeit a fun game. I'm at 7000 can I
get to eight? Right? Can I getto 7500 right? That's better
than just throwing in the whitetowel and giving up, because I

(45:27):
don't want to be that identityeither. So I've, I've really
found, like this beautiful happymedium, and my my overall goal
is to still strive to do it, todo the 10,000 steps more often
than I'm not doing. But I don'twant to be perfect. I don't want
to be in that identity. And Ialso don't want to be in the
well, I'm just going to give upnow type of energy, because that

(45:51):
doesn't know. Neither one ofthose serve me. So it's that
beautifulin between that does serve me.
Water has been amazing. Itypically add to my water
something called trim fit. It'spurple tea. It helps with your

(46:13):
energy, your focus, curbcravings, all of those things.
So I love that in my water, Iget so much water in every
single day. Getting water in isso easy for me. I do my daily
greens shot, and so that's like, more of the health stuff that
I'm obsessed with. Obviously, Ijust did a marathon, so I was

(46:36):
doing a lot of running, but I amnow complete with that, and I'm
moving on to, like, another bighealth goal that I'm excited
about. So more like strengthtraining, building muscle, lean,
mean, fighting machine in thebest way possible. So that's

(46:56):
more like the health stuff, moreof like the outside stuff. I
love a cute outfit. And when Isay cute, I'm like, talking
leggings and a cute shirt. Ilove doing my hair. I love
beanies, right? Like, I lovejust headbands, like, just
really, not necessarily, beingdressed to the nines. I've
noticed that, like, wearingdesigner clothes actually

(47:19):
doesn't really get me excited.
Like, if I find somethingdesigner and I love it because I
love it, not because it'sdesigner, then that's different.
Like, these were the glasses atlike, these glasses I've had for
over a year, and these areGucci. They were, like, $500 and
I'm obsessed with them. I didnot buy them because they were

(47:40):
Gucci. I do love them andthey're bougie, but I love them
because they're, like, they haveall of these stars all over
them, like, I get so manycompliments on them. So that's
like, a big thing for me. Like,I'll buy something because it's
high quality and or I really, really love it, not just buying
it because of the designer. It'slike, it's because, like, not

(48:03):
buying it just because it'sdesigner. I just as much love
going thrifting and buyingclothes from our Batik and
Amazon and all those things. Solike, cute and comfy clothes are
the season that I am normally inright now, besides like dressing
up for a special occasion, so Ilove doing my makeup. I don't do

(48:25):
it every single day, but I dolove doing my makeup. I love
journaling, I love quiet time.
I've been tapping more into myfaith recently and praying and
just leaning into more of aspiritual practice, a spiritual
journey, and that has feltreally good. There's a lot

(48:48):
there, so I've just been slowlyexpanding my comfort zone around
that. And it's not really, really good, and it hasn't felt
forced, which is also good. Andmy whole goal, with everything
that I'm doing for food. Wetypically do like a meal prep
company for most of our meals, and then we do eat out, and I've

(49:09):
just found that to be a reallygood blend. I used to feel bad
about eating out, but we're suchfoodies, and we really do like
family like dinner time. FamilyTime is my favorite time. And so
if we can eat out a couple daysa week, and it's less dishes, I
feel I know there's somebody outthere that relates to this,

(49:31):
like, I feel like I actuallyenjoy dinner time more, because
I'm not like, Oh, what am Igoing to make? I make it, then
we eat it, and then I like, someone's gotta clean up the
mess, right? So I've just foundthat, like the time that I
cherish the most is with myfamily, and I don't want to be
internally stressed. So that'sbeen huge. I mentioned Task

(49:57):
Rabbit earlier. I was even on.
The phone with my husband. I waslike, I really want them to come
so that way I can just do this, like, big tape clean on our
house. I love to clean, but Idon't always have the time
again, problem, solution. So I'mlike, Alright, task, grabbing
Pop. Pop over to my house, andit's so affordable. Um, I'm also

(50:18):
testing a laundry service, wherethey will pick up your laundry,
wash it, fold it, and bring itback to you. And it's so
affordable. Again, I'm like,This is so worth it. Like, the
amount of hours that I invest inlaundry, and I don't love it

(50:40):
like, laundry is probably thebiggest chore that I do not
love. I love to vacuum, I loveto wipe down surfaces. I love to
organize. I love to decorate.
Like there's a lot of thehousehold tasks that I do love,
actually, dishes, I don't reallymind. They're easy, they're
really mindless. I typicallyjust talk to my husband or

(51:03):
somebody else when I'm doing it,but the laundry is like, the
biggest, heaviest one, so it'sworth the money to delegate
that, especially when I thinkabout how many hours per week,
and then add that up for a wholeyear, and I'm like, that's over,
like, it's easily over 100 hoursfor the year, if not more. What

(51:26):
could I do with 100 hours? Like, imagine investing that in my
health and fitness, or, youknow, my business, or whatever
it may be. So that's like, huge, and there's only so many hours
that we have available, sobuying back our time can be can
be huge. So I mentioned one 800got junk. I love that. Let's go

(51:48):
to the middle category, becausethat's really where I want to
spend the most time. So there'sa lot here. Where should we
start? Well, let's start withmoney that you already have.
Because when we can have abetter relationship with money
that you already have, then whenyou make more, it will feel so

(52:12):
good because you already again, like money is also its own, like
getting that strong foundationwithin the money bucket, and
then we add to it, and that'slike, it feels really, really
good. So before we even, like,go into your bank account, it's

(52:34):
checking in on the energy ofmoney. Like, when I say the word
money, do you cringe? Do yousweat? Do you tense up, right?
Like the the energy around moneybefore we even talk about
specific numbers has gotta bebetter. Um, yay. It says
Columbus, I'm getting closethere. Um, so the energy of

(52:58):
money has got to be better foryou to not only maintain the
money that you have right now,but to grow the money that you
have. Like, I don't want anyoneto feel scarce around money.
Like I like, I don't want you tobe exhausted or stressed or

(53:19):
frustrated with money, likemoney should be this beautiful
relationship in your life thatjust gets better and better and
better, and if nothing changes, nothing will change. And it's so
important for us to figure out aplan so that way you can go in
the direction that you'rewanting and it can just get

(53:41):
better and better and better.
Sowe get to look at the energy of
money first. So this is, this iswhere we would talk about money,
money mindset. We would talkabout money blocks. We would
talk about what you say aboutmoney, right? Like, if you keep

(54:02):
saying that you're broke, we'vegotta change your words, right?
So your energy with money isyour thoughts, your words and
then your actions, right? Like,in that order, thoughts about
money, how you speak aboutmoney, as if it's actual, like
an actual person. There was asituation that happened this
past week where I was not in theroom on something, and I had

(54:25):
multiple people stand up for mewhen I wasn't in the room. And I
was like, Wow, that's amazing.
Like, those are, those are, those are the type of humans
that I want to surround myselfwith, not gossip energy, right,
or anything around that type ofenergy. Well, that's how we get

(54:47):
to feel about money. So evenwhen money's not in the room,
meaning like you're not goinginto your bank account or
opening up your wallet, you'rethinking good thoughts about
money, as if it's a person, you're saying good things about
money. Money as if it's aperson, and then when you
actually spend time with yourmoney, it's it all syncs up.

(55:07):
It's all connected, and it's allaligned, versus like, does
anyone want a relationship withsomebody that talks behind their
back like nasty stuff that whenthey're with them is just like
treating them like crap andbeing mean and passive
aggressive. And like, who wantsthat type of relationship? But

(55:30):
yet, a lot of people have thattype of relationship with money,
and it's like, if that were anactual person, you would not
want that relationship. And sowe also get to make sure this is
kind of connecting the thebuckets together. But if that's
our relationship with money, howelse is that showing up in our

(55:51):
life? Right? Like, do you havethat type of relationship with
people, with yourself? Becauseif it's showing up in the money,
it's probably showing upsomewhere else, because we're
creatures of habit, and how wedo most things is how we do most
things. And so it could be, itcould be showing up in multiple
ways. So anyways, so we want totalk about those types of

(56:14):
things. Get the relationshipfeeling better before we talk
budget, before we talkstrategies, right before we go
make more money, people areskipping over that type of stuff
so much, and then they're sofrustrated, and they're thinking
they'll get to the goal fasterif they just go ahead and skip

(56:34):
over. They're like, I don't needthat money mindset stuff. I
don't money blocks. No, I don'thave any of those. Like,
literally, people have saidthese things to me, and I'm
like, typically, the ones thatsay they don't need money
mindset, they don't need to workon their money blocks. Or the
ones that have the most worklike room to grow. They have the

(56:54):
most money blocks. They have theworst relationship with money,
but they're so in their ego thatthey're not willing to admit it
to even themselves. Like youdon't have to go on social media
and make like a social mediapost about any of this stuff,
like you don't have to do that, but you you've gotta be honest

(57:14):
with yourself. If you're nothonest with yourself and you're
not honest with your money, howare you gonna have an honest
relationship with anyone right, like it's gotta be it's gotta be
better to get better, and you'vegotta choose that you want it to
be better and take those actionsfor it to even have a shot at

(57:35):
being better. I even had thisthought this morning where I was
like, we're going for impactingand reaching over 1 million
moms. I just I want moreordinary, everyday moms to feel
like they have a community thatthey fit in. And they're like,

(57:56):
Wow, I can do extraordinarythings, even being the way that
I am, right, whether that beADHD, or you're a stay at home
mom or you you know you've hadhurdles that you've had to jump
through. Whatever it be,whatever it may be I want. My
goal with wealthy mama movementis it's for like the everyday
woman, and she gets to win likeshe gets to win and thrive and

(58:21):
feel just so good, so So on topof the world. So when it comes
to this category, once we workthrough all of those, once we
work through more of the energyand the the relationship with
money, then we start to talklike so much more about it, so

(58:44):
we look at what you're currentlyspending. I like to go with
spending first, because there'ssome really quick wins to bring
things up. It's not easy formost people to save money. Most
people get really intimidatedabout investing money and also
making more money. So we'regonna go with the path of least

(59:07):
resistance and work on theeasier stuff first. So hands
down, opening up your bankaccount and going through the
last month, three months, sixmonths, honestly, even a whole
calendar a year of yourspending, because then you would
get a really good snapshot atbirthdays, holidays, vacation,

(59:31):
when you're sick, when you knowthe weather is not great, like
you can really tell a lot aboutyour relationship with money. If
you go that like that, if youzoom out that much, which is
really cool. I've done this manytimes, and I learned so much

(59:52):
more about myself every singletime. It's interesting. But you
know, numbers tell a story, andnumbers, you. Cool thing about
numbers is they can change whenyou play with them, right, like
when you when you shift them, like it's like a math problem,
two plus two will always equalfour. But if you do a different
math problem, it will equal adifferent amount. My phone is

(01:00:15):
getting low, so I might have towrap up this marathon that we're
doing. Um, I'm surprised myphone actually haven't gotten
overheated yet. That's nice. Um,so I love that little beep that
this car, this car rental, does.
It's like, beep, beep. It'slike, so cute. Um, it's the
little things in life. So we,let's go through the last at

(01:00:40):
least week, then month like getwork yourself up to the last
year. Go through every creditcard, if you have credit cards,
every wherever you have swipedyour card, right? We can really
see a lot, okay, the biggestmoney, money monsters, but I
don't mean that in a bad way,but like the the things that are

(01:01:03):
going to consume the most amountof your money are housing,
transportation and food. Allthree categories are needed,
right? You need a roof over yourhead. You need a vehicle,
typically, to go to and fromplaces and you need food, but a
lot of people have a mortgage orrent that is very high. They

(01:01:28):
have a car payment, whether it'sa lease or like a car loan, that
is very high, and in theirgroceries alone are very high,
and then eating out adds upreally, really fast. So when we
it's it's three again, you guys,I'm not that was not planned.

(01:01:50):
The the threes are coming out toplay today. I love it. There
someone go play the lottery andput a bunch of threes in your
your winning numbers. Because, man, oh, man, this was not
planned at all. I have no notesthis. This is how I'm I'm so
good at what I do like I don'tneed preparation. I just will

(01:02:10):
talk and talk and talk and talkand talk until my phone shuts
off or somebody kicks me off. Sothe threes, so housing,
transportation and food. So wecan really see so much shifts
when we get creative with thosethree buckets, right? So, for

(01:02:36):
example, if your rent ormortgage was really high. Okay,
can we refinance the mortgage?
Can we move and downsize ifyou're in an apartment and your
apartment feels so high, can weget a roommate? Can we shop
around at other apartments? Andthen obviously you would have to

(01:02:59):
see like, when your lease is up,but we can at least shop around
if you can find a really niceapartment that is $500 cheaper a
month. That adds up, right?
Like, it's a lease worthconsidering that's like, one of
my favorite mindset hacks oflike, I don't have to say yes,
but I do want to entertain theidea of something if it relates

(01:03:21):
to where I'm wanting to go,right? Like I'm always down to
entertain ideas if they alignwith wealthy me. Like I owe it
to my wealthiest self to dothat. But it's not always going
going to be a yes orimmediately. So

(01:03:43):
when I did this, I found over$100,000
that I shifted so fast, so fast,it was mind blowing to me,
because it just gets easy to bein spending mode, and then
you're like, I know I shouldbudget. I know I should look at
that. I know I should, I should,I should. I should. Oh, there's

(01:04:04):
a car next to me. Um, but we,we're living such a fast paced
life that there's already somuch going on in your day to
day. To add another task likebudgeting, which most people
don't love to do it's going tokeep, keep being put off,

(01:04:25):
because it does take brainpower. It does take focus,
right? Like you can't reallyhave a kid screaming and sit
down and crunch numbers. It'snot that easy, right? It's not
that simple, but so important, right? And so the coolest hack
outside of the three categories, and like shifting things within

(01:04:47):
those three categories, isplaying with a like percentages.
So if you have heard the 5030,20 year rule. People. It really
helps. So that way 50% is goingto your needs, then 30% is going

(01:05:08):
to your wants, and then you'resaving 20% which is huge,
because the average billionairesays to save 15% so you're even,
like, saving a little bit morethan that, which is great. So I
love a percentage based plan, because it gets you in the habit

(01:05:29):
of things, and you can set it upa lot of banks. I'm actually
switching my business bankaccount after eight years,
because I found a bank accountthat will literally, every time
I deposit money in, it, willautomatically move it,

(01:05:50):
percentage wise, to the accountthat I want it to on its own.
That is worth me movingeverything to a new bank
account, because that's not aconvenient thing. But like, the
fact that this bank will do thatis worth it so much to me,
because I am busy, I don't wantto have like, the biggest

(01:06:12):
challenge I see with peoplewanting to budget is if
budgeting doesn't come naturallyto you, if you don't normally do
spreadsheets, or lovespreadsheets, or you don't feel
like numbers are your thing, then telling yourself that
you're going to always sit downand check in on your budget and

(01:06:32):
update your budget is a big fatlie to yourself, because it's
not something that You naturallyalready do. And so there's just
so much, like resistance therethat is not your fault, but then
you feel so blah when you're notconsistently doing it. And so

(01:06:58):
automating this, like, I callthis the automated budget, like,
when you can have an automatictransfer going into your savings
or going into, like, a debtrepayment bucket, right? Like,
and it's a lease sorting it intodigital envelopes for you now
you don't have to work so hardagain. Ease flow fund. I have

(01:07:23):
multiple savings transfers thathappen without me doing a thing,
and some savings transfers arefor fun money, right? I'm saving
for fun money that I won't spendtoday, but it's like a short
term savings goal, right? I havelong term savings goals and
transfers, and same thing withshort term. And they're both

(01:07:45):
important, and they both havehelped me so much. I love my
savings trackers that I have. Ilove my savings binder. Like,
just making all of this moreautomated and more fun has
forever changed my life, like tothe point where I truly want to
do more financial literacy, notonly for adults, but also like

(01:08:09):
kids and teens, and making itlike fun, because I don't see
enough of that in the world, andI feel like this is a big pain
point for so many people, andthey're really struggling with
it, and it's really holding themback. And I'm like, Oh my gosh,
come to come to the dark side ofwhere it's so fun to save money,

(01:08:33):
it's so fun to make money, it'sso fun to spend it and give it
like it feels so fun. It feelsso easy. It feels so simple.
With every aspect of money, itlike it's so good. Dare I say,
even paying off debt can be cut.
And debt is not bad. You're justit's just like that can be a

(01:08:55):
strategy like, that's a wholenother marathon of a video
within itself, because debt canbe so helpful. So that way you
you finance things, right? Like, most people wouldn't be able to
live in their home without theirmortgage, that's debt, right?
Like, but you're leveragingsomeone else's money to be able

(01:09:19):
to have a roof over your head.
Or, if you've gotten a businessloan, did that business loan
help you move forward in yourbusiness, which is an asset,
right? Like, that's huge. Or thecar that you drive, does that
car keep you safe, your kidssafe, right? Like, give you a
reliable way to get to and fromplaces like when we can shift

(01:09:44):
the energy around debt andactually make even that
relationship feel so healthy andso good, even before it's paid
off. So many people tell methey're like, I'll feel so much
better about money once I haveall my debt gone well, you're if
that. That's, that's a toxicrelationship, because it's, it's
telling yourself that you're notworth that now, until you've

(01:10:07):
done you've gotten like theresult, and that's not true. You
can feel better nowabout your debt no matter what.
So let's talk about, talk aboutsaving and spending giving so
many people feel like they can'tgive until they make more. And

(01:10:29):
that's also not true. It's onlytrue if you tell it, tell
yourself that it's true. You cangive time and and energy and $10
right? $20 like there's so muchthat you can give right now that
you're holding yourself backfrom that will actually catapult
you into a whole new wealthparadigm. When you give first,

(01:10:52):
when you give first, without theexpectation of receiving, and
you keep giving, and you keepfeeling so good about it, you
will receive so much, and it'snot always immediate, and it's
not always directly tied to thatperson, but you will, you
absolutely will. It's, it's theultimate trust. Trust fall right

(01:11:16):
like it's trusting that whenyou're giving all of that will
come back to 10 fold, because italways does and people delay
giving, but it's the very thingthat will change everything for
you, like everything for you,and we get to tap into fun and
creative ways to give, but like, giving is always in style,

(01:11:39):
Giving, you know, giving in waysthat feel good to you is the
most important way to give, nomatter how much money you have
on your bank account. How longhave we been talking for? I'm
pretty sure we've been talkingat least for like an hour. Look
at us. Look at us. Go. I couldkeep going, dude to check my

(01:12:03):
phone. So let's see here. You'relike a healthy distraction,
because this road, it's veryit's just a straight shot home.
And so it's just kind of like,do to do to do. You can only
listen to so much music beforeyou, like, Ah, I need somebody
to talk to. So we're gonna givebefore we receive, and we're

(01:12:25):
gonna keep giving and keepgiving and keep giving. Now, in
order to receive, you do need toask you? Do give? To ask like
you, we don't like wealthywomen, don't wait. So it's not
like, okay, Nelly told me togive and give and give, and then
I would eventually receive, andyou're like, you're kind of like
waiting around. Well, we don'twait around in order to receive.

(01:12:48):
The world needs to know thatyou're open to receiving. So how
we do that is so many differentways. We launch the business, we
grow the business. We invitepeople to work with us, right?
Like we follow up with them. Wemarket on social media, right?
Like people need to know thatyou're open for business, right?
Go and ask for the raise or sellthings in your home, right? Like

(01:13:08):
you have to do your part. Youget to do your part for this all
to work. So we, we never waitaround. It's never twiddling
your thumbs and waiting around.
It's taking the aligned, inspired action that is so, so
important. So the giving ishuge, the spending is huge too,

(01:13:30):
because that's also a part ofthe trust factor. So many people
are so tense with their moneyand they're so worried not more
going not more money is going tocome in, so therefore they're
hoarding it. Now, there's adifference between intentionally
saving your money versushoarding it right, having scarce

(01:13:52):
energy around it. So like everysingle dollar coming in and out
gets to have the best energy. Itdoes not surprise me when I
relisted the tickets that theyimmediately sold within one
minute they were I priced itvery similar to other people's
tickets, but last night, even, like minutes before the concert

(01:14:16):
started, there was still a lotof tickets for sale. Now you
could argue that it's just, youknow, a coincidence, but the
fact that mine sold so fast, I'mgonna, I'm gonna say that it's
not an accident. I was detachedfrom them selling. I did my due
diligence to look at otherpeople's ticket prices, so that

(01:14:40):
way I could put an informedprice a listing I was strategic
and made it $50 lower thansomeone next to me, because
sales psychology plays a bigpart in things. And I pressed
list and they sold. Old. I thinkit was even under a minute I was

(01:15:01):
I checked my email because Ithought it was a glitch, because
it was like, your your ticketsare now listed, and then,
literally, I get another email, your tickets have sold. And I'm
like, wait, what this is thepower of giving and receiving,
giving and receiving, giving andreceiving, I say it in that

(01:15:21):
order, giving and receiving. Andit's this beautiful cycle, like
it never ends. It's not like wegive and give and give and give,
it give and we're not receiving.
It's giving and receiving, giving and receiving, giving and
receiving. The the mini launchmethod that I teach on is built
on this energy of giving andreceiving. We many launch on

(01:15:45):
giving, and we many launch onreceiving, and we go back and
forth, back and forth, back andforth, right? And it's this
beautiful dance, and it feelsincredible. And also it works so
well when you work it, if youwant to make more money and it
to feel good, you've got to havea plan. You've got to have a

(01:16:06):
strategy. You've got to haveoffers that light you up,
programs that light you up,products that light you up. When
you can have so much morepassion around what you're
promoting, it will equal so muchmore profit for you, so much

(01:16:27):
more passion around what you'repromoting equals profit. And
continuing to take alignedaction and giving it a long
enough a long enough time towork is key right now, there's
an infinite amount of ways to dothis. People are super
successful on Tiktok, and I'mbarely on Tiktok. There's people

(01:16:48):
that are super successful onFacebook and and get great
results. There's people that aresuper successful with running
ads versus just organicmarketing or both, right? Like,
there's an infinite amount ofways to make this all happen,
which I find is where people getoverwhelmed, but that is a
choice. Like, I have stoppedmyself because I just I can't

(01:17:13):
stay in the overwhelm. I have togo take action. I can't just
keep being in that energy. Soanytime I get overwhelmed, it
just means it's a sign that Iget to take action. When you're
overwhelmed, it's because you'vebeen sitting for so long and
you're like your brain is anoverload of information, and

(01:17:35):
that makes sense. It's perfect, like it makes perfect sense of
why, why we get overwhelmed,it's because we're not in
motion, and our body is meant tobe in motion, and so that's why
we get to go and take moreaction. Okay, so I have lots of
tips and tricks around thiscategory. The biggest outside of

(01:17:57):
the Passion tip isaccountability. You like, it's
not that you need a mentor oranything like that, but find
people in categories that youstruggle with. So if you
struggle with strategy, thenfind somebody to help you with
strategy. If you struggle withlike, the admin task, find
somebody to help you with that.
If you struggle with offercreation, find somebody to help

(01:18:19):
you with that right, like, wherever your weak spots are,
find people to help you right, online co working like it's
essentially like, body doublinghas been a game changer for me.
I have done so much bodydoubling, like virtual co

(01:18:39):
working in these last fewmonths, and it is like it has
been a game changer, like GameChanger to the point where
that's why we built it into yourwealthy year, like you get so
much CO working built in. And wedo, like, 15 minute time
sprints. Every one of thosecalls get so much done, and it

(01:19:00):
doesn't surprise me, becausethey work so well, because
you're collectively feeling theenergy of everyone around you.
I love digital assets. I loveanything that you can do that.

(01:19:22):
Can you can do easily fromanywhere? I think is huge. So if
that's digital assets, if that'sone on one, or programs or
courses, affiliate marketingevents like virtual events are
great, like drop, shipping, print on demand, like all of

(01:19:46):
these things where they can it'svery low cost to get up and
running and maintain, but hasvery high profits. And there are
so many people on the internet.
Wanting that type ofinformation, wanting that type
of support and experience. Andwhen you can get that stuff

(01:20:06):
dialed in and start marketing itlike you can make a really good
amount of money, and for thenormal everyday person, even
$1,000 extra a month, which isvery doable in online space, can
be life changing for mostfamilies like want you to

(01:20:30):
imagine having an extra $1,000 amonth on top of all of the like
the automated like budgets thatwe've been talking about, that
type of stuff. I and thenimagine $2,000 extra a month
that you don't currently have.
3000 4000 5000 all of thesenumbers are possible. They're

(01:20:53):
happening for so many people.
Why not you? Right? Like, whynot you? Why not right? Now,
right? You're stopping yourselfand again, like, we just get to
take ownership of ourselves andstop pointing the finger and
blaming, you know, other thingsand other people. And like, if
you want more money, let's gofigure it out, right? Like it is

(01:21:16):
the most emotion. It's thebiggest emotional turn on for me
when someone's like, yeah, Idon't love where I'm at right
now, and I want to do somethingabout it, and I am doing
something about it. And can youhelp me, right? Like, oh my
gosh. I live for those type ofpeople, and also the people that
are like, Okay, I'm gettinggreat results. Can you help me
get even better results, evenfaster results? I'm like, oh

(01:21:37):
yes, let's go. Let's go. Let'sgo. Like, I it drains my energy
when people are just talk, talk, talk, talk, talk, talk, talk,
talk, they just go in circles,go in circles and go in circles
and go in circles and like, there's no breaking through to
them because they're so stuck intheir story. They're so stuck on
their blah ladder, like, and Ican't get I can't beg them like,
you can be the most successfulcoach or mentor, and if someone

(01:22:03):
is not willing to do the work,it does not matter. Like it has
to be an internal like, Heckyes, I'm willing to do the work.
I want to do the work. I'mexcited to do the work. I'm
going to make it happen, right?
Like it's not just having agreat coach or mentor, it's

(01:22:25):
being an energetic match forthat coach or mentor. I've never
said it that way, but that makesperfect sense. Like, Huh,
interesting. I'm going to haveto process that one so
emotionally turn on yourself byshifting right the thoughts, the

(01:22:45):
words, the actions, thethoughts, the words, the
actions, keep moving forward.
You can make huge strides in aday, in a week and four weeks
and six weeks and eight weeks, like it can happen so fast. And
I think that that's what, like, yes, it does take time, but you
can start to see the growth, right? And that is exhilarating.

(01:23:06):
It is motivating. It is so good, like, so freaking good. Okay, so
I'm gonna go ahead and pausethere, because my my brain needs
a little bit of a break. But Ihope you enjoyed this car sesh
with me, and I'm happy to domore on different topics or go

(01:23:27):
deeper on anything. So just letme know. I have been craving to
do like a giant, like actual Qand A, but I just knew it wasn't
going to be able to do that, obviously, safely while driving,
but that is something that I dodesire to do, because I love
answering questions as much as Ican. So I love you. And the best
thing that I would recommenddoing after this car session is

(01:23:51):
double down on the bucket thatyou know is holding you back the
most. And we go there and wework on things within that
bucket. So if you work with meprivately, or if you're in your
wealthy year, we can obviouslywork on this stuff too. But
regardless, I want to see youwin. I want to see you thrive.

(01:24:13):
You deserve to thrive. Youdeserve to win. And you're so so
capable of making it happen.
Okay, so I'm gonna awkwardlysign off here and do it safely,
but just know that I love you.
Okay, goodbye.
