Unknown (00:01):
All right, it's time
for our fourth big money tip in
the big money series. I'mcombining two together because I
really do think that they arevery connected. So this is a way
for me to double dip and addalmost two tips together. But I
do the reason why I'm addingthem together is because I
really do believe that they gohand in hand. And I'll explain a
(00:23):
little bit more so you get toand I haven't talked about this
in the series, so we'll just addit in here, because, you know,
hashtag flawed and fabulous, Ido want you to define what is
the next level of big money foryou. So if you're used to making
(00:46):
$1,000 a month, or $10,000 amonth, and you can, you can just
take top line revenue to make iteasy.
Is my like, quickrecommendation. If you do, if
you want to change that you can.
Or if it's like a certain amountof clients. Like, you can play
with this, but like, what isthat next level of big money for
(01:06):
you? So we actually have a clearsales target, so I have not
addressed that, and I feltcalled to, like, just sprinkle
it in. Like, yes, we're onnumber four, but it's never too
late to mention that to you. Andso the the very specific tip
that I have for you here iswe've got to have big marketing
(01:29):
and big networking, like you getto market and network your butt
off. Now this doesn't have to beexhausting, it doesn't have to
be draining, it doesn't have tobe blah. Actually, it will work
way better when you are so madlyin love with your content, when
you are having the time of yourlife, making new friends,
(01:50):
networking, whether that be inperson or online or a mixture of
both, but your network is yournet worth. I have been really
leaning into my network recentlyand challenging myself to ask
for favors, because I do not doit enough, like I anytime
(02:10):
somebody comes to me and theyask for a favor, I'm like, Oh,
absolutely. Like, let me, youknow, spend whatever amount of
time doing that, and I'm delightanything I can do like I'm I'm
here to be a resource like I am.
I'm so willing to help as muchas I possibly can. And typically
that will be like, a tip orpointing you in the right
direction, or, you know, a lotof times an introduction, if I
(02:32):
if I can. And so I again, givingand receiving. I'm like, I get
to practice, you know, askingfor some favors and nothing,
like, uncomfortable, but like,Hey, do you know of anyone can
you introduce me? Like, and someof the most beautiful things
have been happening recently.
Like, people genuinely want tohelp. And guess what, I've done
(02:55):
it, and then people don'trespond, and that's okay,
they're busy. Like, when we justdon't take anything personally.
Like, I love that in the FourAgreements book. Like, don't
take anything personally. It isso freeing when you just, like,
let it be right. Like, it'stotally like, also, like, the
Mel Robbins, like, let themright. Like, and I don't take
(03:17):
any of it personally. I'm like, okay, they'll get back to me
when it works for them. And ifnot totally cool, I know the
notifications world, like I missthings and notifications and
text messages and emails.
There's a lot going on, right?
Like, there's so much going on,even outside of social media,
there's a lot going on in life.
So anyways, we had to reallystep up your marketing game. I
(03:39):
can't tell you how many timesI've gone to business owners
social media and there's likenothing about their business.
Now you could argue like, Well,I'm not like utilizing my social
media, but why not? If you havea big money goal, we get to
leverage every single asset thatyou have that you are pouring
(04:01):
time and energy into. Now, ifthere is a social media that you
literally just go to and youdon't want anyone to know that
you're there and you're notposting, and you're just
literally like, that's where youlike go veg out, that's a
different strategy. But ifyou're at all networking,
talking, connecting with people, sharing things to your feed. We
(04:23):
need to make sure that we areleveraging that asset. Okay, and
so there's a lot here, and I'mnot going to be able to cover
everything. This is where, likeyou coming into our mastermind,
where we can go deep. Marketingdoes not have to be hard.
Marketing does not have to betime consuming. It does not have
(04:43):
to be complicated. You get to beconsistent. More than anything,
your marketing is not about theinstant gratification of instant
likes, instant sales, if andwhen those things happen,
awesome. But. The whole goalwith marketing is, when somebody
learns who you are, they can goto your Facebook, they can binge
(05:06):
watch a few things like you'redoing with this right now, and
they can get to know you alittle bit more, and therefore
also your product, your programor your service. They may hear
about you on a radio right like, maybe you have advertisements
happening there. Maybe they'reat a lunch, and someone's like,
you need to really look up Meli, like she's all about helping
(05:27):
moms, right? You just never knowwho is talking about you or
where else you're promoting. Butthen somebody comes to you on
another social media platform,or they stumble upon you like
because of the algorithms. IThis has happened to me, where I
stumble upon somebody else, andthen I go to their social media
(05:48):
to look at it, to binge theircontent. And when they do a
really like, even just a decentjob, it works, right? And so you
get to utilize your social mediaplatform and platforms like
depending on where you'respending your time, and really
leverage it from marketing yourbusiness. And it's not just
(06:11):
saying what your product is,what your program is, what deals
you have going on. It's so muchbeyond that, like that is just
one pillar, and this is why I'mlike, we don't have enough time
to talk about all of this. Butin 2025 if you've got a big
money goal, we get to up yourmarketing game. And if that is
not something that comes easy toyou, then you've got to hire
(06:34):
some support. Like just tryingto fumble your way through it is
going to be long and painful andconfusing and hard. Okay, so
reach out to me. Would be happyto talk to you about that. When
it comes to networking, we canleverage Facebook groups, we can
leverage in person events.
There's so much we can do withnetworking. Who's already
(06:55):
following you, who you'refollowing, all of those things.
You have a bigger network thanyou may even realize, and us
focusing there first can be thefast pass to your big money
goal, and we can create Win, winopportunities you can get in
front of other audiences, likeyou could be at your big money
(07:18):
goal, so fast as fast as youwant, and it can be fun and
impactful, and you can change somany lives. And the coolest part
about the big money goal is it'snot just about the money. Years
ago, I was at a conference, andthe person on stage said, if you
want to change a lot of lives,go build a big ass business. And
(07:40):
I couldn't agree more, like it'snot the only way to change
lives, but it's a huge way tochange lives. And people value
things more when they pay forthem. You can get things free
and still value them, butthere's something to be said
about when you pay forsomething, you value it so much,
(08:01):
and that can help create thetransformation that somebody's
really, really desiring. And soI really want you think about
how you're upping your marketinggame to reflect the big money
goal, and how you're upping yournetworking game. And the most
important thing is your effortwill lead to the big money goal
if we are putting in the propereffort for this big money goal,
(08:24):
we can't be really upset that wedidn't hit it. And the more
effort that you put in, it willit will absolutely pay off. And
it may not be in your timing, but it will happen or something
better. So shout out to KristenO'Rourke with busy mom Bob for
sponsoring this episode.
Marketing, Marketing, Marketing,networking, networking, network,
(08:44):

like I said, Please, I'm aresource. I'm here to help. This
is where I've got, I've gotresources galore for you, but at
the end of the day you doing itis going to help you get better
at it and just meet yourselfwhere you're at, but you digging
into these two categories thatare connected. So the marketing
(09:07):
and the networking willmassively help, because you can
have the most life changing, bigenergy and high income skills,
but if no one knows, then you'rejust going to be a really happy
person that's not reallyfulfilled and like hitting their
goals, right? But you'll behappy. You'll have lots of
energy, which is still reallygreat. But if you have a big
(09:29):
