Just because you didn't have thesame experience as someone else
doesn't mean that you didn't getthe exact experience that you
were supposed to. We always leave meditation with
something. Even if you do a meditation and
that day you do not want to meditate and you listen to a
guided meditation and you're actually just angry the entire
time, which I've been there and you're just angry.

(00:22):
You're like, I have other thingsto be doing.
I don't want to do this. You're just mad.
You are still, even if I come out of the meditation and it's
just a really bad week or something and I'm still mad.
I know that on some energetic component I got something out of
it. So I always know meditation is
never a waste of time or like setting out to work with your
guides or your higher self. So first, people need to

(00:45):
understand that. Second, the way to visualize
things is going to be different everyone, and I think that's
prevalent in the access Mundy. Why else would all of these
different cultures have? Aloha and welcome to another

(01:11):
show. Guys.
I'm so excited you're here todaybecause we have a very special

(02:21):
show, Tiffany. The last time we had an
enlightening conversation about energy alignment, crystals and
the tools people can use to erase their vibration.
So today I think we're going to go a little deeper into
something that I've never heard of.
So I'm really excited about this.
The access Mundy. I don't know if I'm pronouncing

(02:43):
it right. I think it's also known as like
the physical and spiritual bridge.
I guess the physical bridge between the two and a center
point between heaven and earth. That's what I read, but I'm not
sure. So I'm really looking forward to
hearing your take on it. So if you can explain to us what

(03:04):
is Axis Mundy, what is it I. Mean what you said was what they
say. I mean, that's what it is the
Latin term for it like world access, center of the world.
And it's like a cosmic access point.
So a lot of people describe it as that bridge or connection

(03:25):
between our earthly plane and a more divine or heavenly plane.
And the reason I kind of remember which culture it was
like I heard about it, it was probably when I was doing like
Buddhist stuff because I love toread like a bunch of Buddhist
stuff. And I like had heard the term

(03:49):
and then it was like, and it's something else where they
describe something. And I was like, that sounds like
the same thing. So then of course, you know, I
had to go down the rabbit hole. And historically, so many
cultures have this and they don't call it access Mundy, but

(04:10):
you know, something that they describe and essentially that's
what it is. So I always say if there's
something that is woven throughout different cultures
and times, there must be something to it, right?
So you can kind of think of it as in different cultures, like

(04:30):
it might be a tree, a mountain, a temple, a pillar of light.
So they'll talk about these likephysical place, these physical
lay points that are more highly, the frequency is higher, so it's
easier to tap into that bridge. And then we can also talk about

(04:53):
just the human body being a possible point of connection as
well, that we can access our owninner access mundi.
So most people have like heard of the Tree of life or like
there's different Mount Meru in Hinduism.

(05:14):
They believe that this is like this access mundi point.
But they're all like energetic portals or grounding anchors
that can hold us in both worlds, like 1 foot in each one.
So I definitely feel like there's something to everyone

(05:35):
needing to explore this and thatit is, you know, there's certain
things like if you, I don't know, made a checklist of
different things that people should explore and, and that I,
you know, everyone should meditate.
Everyone should really get to know themselves, get to know
their darker side of themselves.Another thing is, is

(05:55):
understanding how to access yourown connection to the divine,
whether it be internal or physical places.
And I do believe there's both, that, that both things exist.
Interesting. So this is a connection between

(06:16):
the two. How do we explore that?
Do we meditate to get there or do we go to this temple?
Like I guess it's different for everybody.
Is that what it is? Yes, I, I, yes, in a sense, but
I also, and, and granted, I've never would love to go to some

(06:39):
of these, you know, ancient sites.
I haven't had the privilege yet,but if people live near them,
they should go. But you know, there's even like
if you're in the United States, like I'm in Ohio and there's
certain hiking trails that are said to be more of a spiritual

(07:00):
space. Like people just kind of feel.
And I think everyone, when you go out into nature or in a
forest, there's that sense of connection.
So I, I do think that there is something to there being a
vibration to physical spaces, but also that we are always able
to access this within ourselves. So yes, we can access this by

(07:25):
meditating and also just by kindof understanding a little bit
about the history too. So like in order for people in
long time ago, different ancientcivilizations, they would have a
sacred space. So like a sacred mountain that

(07:46):
they would go to or a tree or they would build temples
specifically at these sites. And I know one thing that
people, it's always interesting to talk about is the pyramids
and how they perfectly align with different star systems.
And you know, how did they do that?

(08:07):
But one thing for sure is that anybody that you hear refer to
these places, they say there's something there when you
physically go there. And also, even those of us who
haven't been, why are we drawn to them?
Why? Why do you want to hear someone
talk about the pyramids or look at pictures?

(08:28):
I believe that there is something sacred to this in
these spots and that it's a combo of kind of all of these
things. It's not just one thing, but I
do think there was definitely intention behind why places were
put where they were. So like, if you look at

(08:54):
physically though, like Buddhists, we always hear about
the shocker system. So we could talk about that
being sort of a bridge throughout the body and
energetic bridge that could be the axis mundi.
And then if you go into like religion, so like Christians who

(09:15):
believe in Jesus, they kind of see Jesus as a bridge to.
So it's like a person who's a bridge between US and God.
So there's a lot of different ways to look at it and explore.
So it's not a religion. It seems like any religion can

(09:38):
do this, and different cultures may call this different, but
it's the same thing like you're saying.
Do do you know the history behind Access Wendy?
Yeah, well, I mean, not a whole lot, but yeah, I'll touch on
like what I what I do know, I'm definitely not an expert by any

(09:59):
means, but there's a lot of shamanic roots in this.
So one thing that's that's very interesting is that shamans are
said to the way that they heal is that they get into these kind
of deep meditations and they access access the access mundi

(10:24):
and that is where they're able to kind of pull these divine
healing properties in order to magically heal people.
So like in that space that you could shrink a tumor and make
that disappear or that a shaman could go to that space for
information like finding out where a missing person is.

(10:48):
And that in this space they say that all time and no time exists
and all space and no space. And so it's like this access
point that serves as like a kindof a like a central, I kind of

(11:13):
think of it, it's so hard to explain like this, like pole,
like an energy pole, right? And that in this, they were able
to go to the space and kind of pull from this energy.
And that that's, that's what in my head, I kind of see weave
throughout. But then we could also look at,

(11:37):
like I said, Buddhism and the sacred sites that are in like
India, so and well, Hinduism. So like Mount Meru, like I
mentioned in India, Mount Kailash and Tibet, those are
speculated to be points of access Mundy.

(12:00):
And also people say like when you get up these points that
there actually is a reason and closeness to the heavens from
the earth, or at least they saidthat.
And then Chinese civilization, they believed that in Mount

(12:22):
Mount Kunlun, Kunlun, which is regarded in Taoism as the
mountain in the middle of the world.
So a lot of these trace back to mountain points that they would
physics. So they would think of it like
physically getting as high as you possibly can, close,

(12:42):
physically close in proximity and then going internal.
Also trees, like I said, we're abig thing.
So like Norse cosmology, they said you could connect to
different worlds by a massive ash tree, which I always it's

(13:04):
your dress cell and I not like if anybody else, you know, is
listening and they know that stuff, they're like, Oh, she
butchered that. I don't know, it's hard to say N
stuff. So, and but they would say that
that was like their access Mundyalso in like Kabbalah, they they
have, you know, their version oftree too.

(13:27):
So trees, mountains. But then if we look at more like
current spiritualism, we can seethat it's more of an internal
thing described for us. So like Eckhart Tolle, which a
lot of people talk about him, hedid describe the axis mundi as a

(13:51):
vertical dimension. And he explained that people
were accustomed to living in a horizontal plane when we kind
of, and, and basically what he'ssaying is the horizontal plane
is the 3D because he was saying like when you watch the news or
you go to your day-to-day job, but then there's a point where
we can get with this vertical access and it's an internal home

(14:15):
with all of us within all of us.So I do like that aspect of the
eternal home and that it's like this point.
So he said explained it that youenter the vertical dimension and
you become present. And when you're present, that
the stream of thinking, your normal stream of thinking is

(14:37):
more replaced with simply awareness, which is just what we
talk about all the time with being mindful, right?
So with meditation. So essentially when you're in
that deep space of meditation and you feel that sense of
connection to everything and everyone, I think that's what he
was describing, you know, so this this point and and like how

(15:02):
he describes it as a vertical access.
I see this metal sort of iron pole, you know, that I can kind
of see as this almost like electricity that's being pulled
into it, you know, and changes the frequency.
So that's like how my brain doesit.

(15:22):
And so I think that is importantto visualize these things
because they are so abstract. So in all of my mentoring that
I've always done anything that we work on, I, I encourage
people to have some sort of sense of like, what is your
highest self look like? What are your guides look like?

(15:43):
And it, and it doesn't have to be correct, you know, or when
you manifest, where in your bodydo you feel manifestation?
When you picture your new job, where in your body does the
excitement reside when you're weighing a decision?
Does is it coming from like gut or heart?

(16:05):
So same thing, and it's understanding our own energy.
And I think that's how you manifest, that's how you
manipulate, that's how you control.
So the axis mundi is simply thatdivine God connection and it is

(16:28):
always internal, but I think that people have found ways to
magnify that via physical points.
That's awesome. So do you think crystals or and
maybe sacred objects enhance that connection to this axis
mundi A? 100% yeah, I crystals always are

(16:54):
able to amplify. Like I always tell everyone,
crystals are not going to cure everything.
They're not going to solve all your problems.
But they do have energy and everything comes down to energy.
It just does and we have to understand our energy and the
way our energy works with people, the way it works with

(17:15):
places and the way it works withjust different objects that
could possibly even even just like before we, you know me
lighting incense. So for me, I like to light
incense because it kind of my senses and gets me a little bit
more grounded. My life's super chaotic right

(17:36):
now, so I haven't been feeling very grounded.
I'm kind of like all over the place all the time.
So anything that you can do to help ground your energy is
effective. And I do think crystals are one
way of grounding. Crystals are one way of

(17:58):
amplifying. It's funny because I was just
about to ask you how important is grounding when working with
Access Mundy? So yeah, you'd answer that.
I think in Hawaii too, we like to walk their foot in the sand,
the wet sand. I think that's a really good way
to ground or even getting in that water.

(18:21):
It's yeah, it's really grounding.
And to feel that power in nature, you know, I, I tell
people because the water looks so beautiful here in Hawaii, you
need to sit at the Oceanside on the sand and watch and feel the
energy of that ocean. Don't just jump in because it is

(18:45):
powerful. It doesn't look it, but there's
certain points in the ocean where there's some under toes
and if you get knocked on your feet, you're going to get swept
away, you know, and it's beautiful and peaceful that it
could look. It may not be.
So you have to be very careful. Here in Hawaii, there's a lot of
tourists that's, you know, excited to be here and they just

(19:07):
jump in that water and get sweptaway or break their neck because
the wave, but they don't know isunderneath the sand.
When you first go in, it drops. So it, it just, it, it just,
it's level and then it drops down.
And when it drops, that's where that point of that wave comes
crashing down. And people don't know that.

(19:27):
And they go walking. They they, they drop a little
and the wave comes and they justget humbled all around.
So yeah. Yeah, the ocean of I've always
said you have to respect it. It's like a.
Powerful force and I think. It is.
Part of the reason that it is sopowerful to sit on a beach and

(19:49):
watch the waves come in and out or be in a forest and sit under
a giant tree is the realization of how powerful and how much
bigger these things are than us.Which kind of makes sense
because when that it would be a way to tap into access Moody

(20:12):
because when we're. In that space of understanding
how small we are yet how connected we are to these things
but that everything so much bigger than us.
That's divine thinking, right, like when we're thinking about
the bigger picture, that 5D perspective and how we are in

(20:34):
relation to everyone around us and things.
So absolutely regard wherever people live, there's ways to get
out into nature, get your bare feet on the ground and look at
things in awe. And I suppose even you could do
it in a man made way too. If you live in a city, you could

(20:56):
go just look at the skyline, youknow, or a giant walk, a giant
bridge. I mean, anytime I see bridges,
I'm always amazed that we made that because you know, it's
like, how do how did they do that?
So there's always a way to tap into that wonder and awe of
something bigger than you, you know?

(21:19):
For sure. I know in Japan they do the
forest bathing. You know, it's not a very, the
city in Japan is very huge and they may have such a small
little area where they have a little forest, a bamboo forest
or something. And yeah, it's called Shin Min
Yoku is forest. Bathing certified in that and

(21:44):
and to incorporate that at some point, but now we're we're in
this transition phase. So we'll see.
But I'm sure she's going to finda way to do that.
But it is becoming more well known, you know, as people
explore more and more of these concepts because the world is

(22:04):
insane and we have to do these things now.
I think people understand that you can't just go get medicated
anymore just to to numb it. Everything so much bigger than
us. You have to face everything

(22:26):
within you. And I do, like I said, I feel
like it, it is, it's come down to where I can kind of look at
it almost as a formula when whenpeople feel out of control, like
there really is a kind of a checklist to go through and
understand yourself. So it's not quite as abstract as

(22:47):
people think. And, and that's where I think
they get a little lost. And that's why it's wonderful
that like people like you are, you know, interview so many
different people to help people understand more about these
things because we have to like, it's just, it's, it's our job on
Earth, you know? Absolutely.

(23:12):
Can connecting with the Access Mundy assist with manifestation
or healing? Yeah.
And I mean, one of the biggest ways is like that, that
shamanic, which is a whole interesting topic in and of
itself, essentially going to a different world to heal or to to

(23:38):
manifest or find out answers. And while all of us can't be a
shaman because you have to have like a calling to go down that
route, I think there's differentways for all of us to do that.
And essentially, again, we're all kind of accessing the same
thing. Through meditation, we can get

(24:03):
to a grounded place where we feel that divine connection.
And some people can do that morethrough connecting with their
highest self, connecting with your angels.
Those are great ways to kind of think about working with
archangels. That would be a axis mundi.
They would be a bridge between you and the divine.

(24:24):
And this would be a way for us to to learn our soul contracts,
why we came here, a way for us to access and heal ancestral
trauma, karma, and also our own trauma in this lifetime and past
lifetimes too. But manifestation goes right

(24:47):
along with that, especially depending on your type of
manifestation you want to do. If you want like, especially
like quantum timeline jumping, because you're tapping into
those different timelines, you need to get to the space of
connection and understanding howto plug in kind of.

(25:07):
So it is a different frequency than the divine frequency, but
same concept, you know, same thing with like accessing our
Akashic records. So it's like once you can
understand your own internal access Mundy point that it's

(25:30):
almost like all these little tethers that you can send out
depending on what you want to work on, whether you want to tap
into plugging into the divine, whether you want to go to the
Akashic records, access your trauma, you know, just meditate
and practice visualization. These are all like extensions

(25:52):
kind of of this bridge that we find internally.
That's awesome. I am.
I did this twice when I went to Mexico.
I had this experience with the shaman where you sit in a Dome,
a little Dome, and he makes it really hot.

(26:14):
It's called Tamasco. I'm sure I'm butchering it, but
you sit in his Dome. He earns these certain wood in
the center and you sit there either First experience was just

(26:34):
me and my husband, second experience was me and my husband
and another couple. And the shaman will sit there
and he takes you back to when you were in the womb of your
mother. And so that represents the Dome
as being in the womb. He, every step you take, he

(26:54):
heats this fire up hotter. So it gets hotter and hotter and
hotter. And he covers the front of the
opening. You have to crawl to get in it.
This little tiny Dome. You can, you can't stand and you
have to kind of hunch, but you're sitting and he covers it
up and he starts to, to beat this drum.

(27:18):
Boom, boom, boom, boom. It's, it's just so beautiful.
The vibration that you feel in there, your, your heart and I
don't know, you're starting to sweat.
And he walks you through the steps of going back in time to
when you were in the womb and appreciating your mother and
connecting that to the earth andeverything else.

(27:39):
It was a beautiful experience, which is why I did it twice.
Yeah, it was amazing. Then he would throw this water
at you so you can kind of cool down.
And when he puts the water on the wood, it steams up.
So now it's even hotter, but a different hot.
And then that burns off and it'sjust, it's, you're just
sweating. You talk about a detox.

(28:03):
It was amazing. I loved it.
Do it again. Like sounds so like.
The way you just described it made me think it incorporates
the elements, you know, for likebody, like like earth, air,
fire, water. I, oh God, I would love to do
that. Did you have any realizations or

(28:25):
visions or anything, or did it feel more just like a cleansing?
For me it was more like the cleansing.
I didn't see anything the first time I did it.
I didn't know what to expect andI, I don't like to be confined
in a little area And it was, it was so hot I couldn't breathe.

(28:48):
I almost had to get out. So I was panicking.
Good thing I don't do shrimps orsomething like that because I
would have been probably flipping out because I was, I
was literally panicking the first time.
I kept telling myself relax, calm down, but I couldn't
breathe. So I have to put my face really
close to the ground because it was cooler there.

(29:10):
And my husband, because you're it's actually a dirt, you're
sitting on a dirt. So there was this big bug that
my husband kept trying to push away.
He was trying to concentrate. So the first experience was kind
of like we didn't know what to expect.
And yeah, so no, I didn't. But after I felt so lensed and

(29:32):
so light and we, my husband and I walked to this little walkway
or bridge, I guess to the ocean and we threw some flowers in
there and we're like, we're going to come back Mexico.
Thank you so much. It was such a wonderful
experience to be here in Mexico and to experience the the Mayan

(29:53):
shaman like ways. You know, it was it was
beautiful. So when we came back the year.
Yeah. Oh yeah, it was, it was, but it
was in our, the hotel that we were at.
They bring the official shaman to us to the hotel, which is
great. And the second time we went, he

(30:16):
wasn't there. It looks like they were closing
up the, the, that Dome area. So I'm like, Oh, no, third time
we went, we had asked and it, he, he was coming back.
They were just, I guess under repairs and doing stuff.
So the second time they went back, there was no more dirt.
It was like concrete, which was kind of good because we didn't

(30:37):
have to worry about no bugs. Again.
My husband's like, I don't know what kind of bug it was, but I
kept flicking it so it doesn't bite us.
I'm like, oh, great, good thing I didn't see that because I was
already panicking because I couldn't breathe.
But yeah, this time, the second time I I was sitting closer to
the door, so I don't know if that's the reason why I

(30:58):
shouldn't say door. The opening.
Maybe that's why I wasn't as hotthis time.
I'm not sure. But yeah, the first time it was.
Expect, you know, and when we get hotter, you know, I, I,
that's what I worry about that experience that I, that I would

(31:18):
panic. Yeah, only because I don't like
tight spaces like that. I just don't like that.
So I didn't know what to expect. But I did know the second time
and I was like, I'm doing it again and it was great.
The second time did I feel something?
I was really strange because just when you're getting into
it, the couple that was with us,it seemed like she started to

(31:47):
bring out something within him. I don't want to say demonic.
His voice was like angry. He was screaming and we're like,
oh really? What do I do?
You know, I'm the shaman is at the door.
Like he sits right there in front of the opening with it

(32:08):
close and I can't pass him. He's got the drum there and like
this guy is freaking out. So.
Yeah. So that experience too was
different. He was yelling and screaming and
I don't know, and saying stuff. I don't, I don't know.
I, I didn't understand what he was saying because he was
speaking in Mexican in Spanish. They were, they were from there.

(32:31):
And I guess they came, they livethere and they came to see him,
this shaman. And yeah, so he was like.
She looked freaked out. He was like yelling, screaming.
And so we left and then when he was, we were done, he, we left
and we did a sound therapy and other stuff at the very end,

(32:55):
which they didn't have the firsttime.
We went and the shaman stayed back and did more prayers for
him. That's what the, I think the
wife said that after they came out, you know, I, I saw him as
we were leaving and I said he didn't speak English very good
and I couldn't speak Spanish very good.

(33:15):
But I'm like, are you OK? He says sorry, sorry.
I said oh, it's OK. So I gave him a hug.
I was like, it's OK, it's OK. I pray for you, brother.
So yeah, but. It was like expelling something
demonic. That's what it seemed like.
So I was like, oh, boy, yeah, yeah.
He was like angry screaming and yeah.

(33:37):
And he's a guy, you know, I'm like, oh, crap, I'm stuck in
this Dome. So yeah.
So just when I was starting to get into it, I couldn't because
he was screaming. I was like, Oh my God, like.
Interesting. Yeah.
Like for them to do that, like it kind of takes over your whole
experience. Yeah, but it was interesting to

(33:58):
watch cuz he was totally gettinginto it.
Cuz when he says like, I forget like he says, you know, thank
your mother. He's beating the drum and he's
he's like almost singing it, youknow, and, and his voice just
just resonates in that Dome. It's and he has this beautiful
deep, low voice. And so we're like, OK, thank
you, you know, to my mother, thank you, Earth.

(34:19):
And he was the guy was like, what's going on?
He was really getting into it like that, you know, And the the
deeper we got, the more into it he got.
Like he was like, really? Yeah.
And he was a very upset at the very end.

(34:40):
So the shaman went in and did a little prayer and stuff.
So they were, he was probably with him for another half hour
in there and he was yelling and screaming inside for like, whoa,
know what's going on? Couldn't understand.
That's fascinating. I yeah, all of those shaman like
shamanic traditions and stuff. It I it's so fascinating.

(35:03):
I know it's definitely it is, yes.
And this guy is really good. I forget his name off the top of
my head, but he's a really good shaman just and I just his voice
was you get mesmerized just by his voice.
Yeah, yeah. Hey Ohana, I hope you're loving

(35:26):

Mahalanui loyal for being part of our journey.
Now back to the show, how do youpersonally work with this Access
Mundy in your daily life or practice?
I don't know if I think of it like I don't set out to

(36:10):
specifically, you know, it's notlike I'm doing a meditation to
work with my Access Mundy, but just more something that like
understanding the concept, you understand what you do that
already works with that because I I work with my highest self

(36:32):
all the time with with my guidance or my readings or
healing. And I very much feel like my
highest self, I guess is my access Monday, because if I
think of it like, you know, my highest self is my bridge to
that divine power that I can access, that everyone can

(36:55):
access. And but it's simply different
for everyone. And that I think is, is
important for people to know because I think a lot of times
people will listen to something and they'll think, oh, I want to
try that. And they get discouraged after

(37:15):
trying it once because someone will say, Oh, I did a meditation
to meet my Star Seed family and I saw all of these things and it
was amazing. And then someone does the same
meditation and they don't see anything, don't hear anything,
don't feel anything. And people will be like, well,

(37:36):
I, I'm doing it wrong. And immediately, like, as
humans, we go to, I'm doing it wrong.
I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
And this is what. And people like all the time
would come to me and say this and they're so frustrated.
And I always would tell them, just because you didn't have the
same experience as someone else doesn't mean that you didn't get

(37:57):
the exact experience that you were supposed to.
We always leave meditation with something, even if you do a
meditation and that day you do not want to meditate and you
listen to a guided meditation and you're actually just angry
the entire time, which I've beenthere and you're just angry.
You're like, I have other thingsto be doing.
I don't want to do this. You're just mad you are still.

(38:19):
Even if I come out of the meditation and it's just a
really bad week or something andI'm still mad.
I know that on some energetic component I got something out of
it. So I always know meditation is
never a waste of time or like setting out to work with your
guides or your highest self. So first, people need to

(38:42):
understand that. Second, the way to visualize
things is going to be different for everyone.
And I think that's prevalent in the Access Modi.
Why else would all of these different cultures have this
concept in so many different ways?
Because someone thought that. And probably just geographically

(39:06):
where you lived, there happened to be an amazing tree.
So that was what where they all went to commune and meditate or
pray or whatever. Other people live in a
mountainous region and there's agorgeous mountain.
So that's why the mountain again, something bigger.
So I think like for you, the ocean could be your access Moody

(39:27):
point physically. And then when we do these
meditations, once we start to kind of understand what we
resonate with, it'll help you tochoose the correct meditations
or to visualize effectively for yourself.
For example, the Akashic records, there's a million

(39:52):
meditations out there. The majority of them will have
you visualize going up through kind of dimensions or upstairs
or sometimes downstairs, but essentially accessing kind of a
different dimension. And the majority of people that

(40:12):
will work. I had one woman I was working
with with mentoring and we did along Akashic record reading and
she like I saw stuff but she didn't.
So at the end she said I don't know.
And I was like OK interesting. So we had other sessions

(40:34):
together and I started to noticethat when she talked to me about
meditation or experiences she's had, I always would get this
visualization of like her needing to root.
And I kept telling her that. And I was like there's something
like from the very beginning I was probably like at the first
like 3 minutes of meeting her, Isaid you have a special like

(40:54):
root connection. And so it kind of clicked.
And that's how it always is. Usually like we get little
tidbits of information and then my highest self will just kind
of give me the answer because ifthey give you it right away, you
won't usually understand it. So I said we have to anything

(41:16):
that you want to access, I thinkwe have to go down.
So I custom like made the meditation for her and we went
like down to the earth rooting down and then down into finding
this tree that she went inside of the giant trunk and went down
through the tree and and that worked.

(41:38):
She was able to access her highest self.
She was able to access the Akashic and started working like
that. So it was, it's really neat when
we make those discoveries of what makes people unique.
And I do think there's a reason for all of that, that

(42:03):
understanding the way her energyworked and the way mentally she
had to kind of travel her energyand her connections would help
if she ever wanted to do healing, would help if she ever
wanted to work on her intuition and give readings of some sort
or whatever you want to do. And that is why I push everyone

(42:28):
so hard to understand their energy because even when I
started first healing for me, I,I was originally working with my
angels and that was before I really had a super strong
connection to my highest self. And I was kind of told in
meditation to work from my heartspace.

(42:51):
So that was the way I started like was projecting energy,
essentially pulling it through my heart chakra and going
through other people's heart chakra and healing parts of
their bodies. And that's become much different
now I, I don't work that in thatsense, but I do still very much

(43:16):
tune into chakras and energy within the body.
But I also work with my highest self who gives me constant
downloads during a healing session.
So if people want to start working with Access Mundy or
anything else that they hear on these podcasts, I think it's
important to understand that this is simply information for

(43:42):
you to continue to learn and continue to question things.
And none of us are experts. And anybody who tells you
they're an expert, I don't want to talk to them.
I'm so sick of all of these false experts.
I'll never say I'm an expert in something.
I think we're constantly meant to be students and evolving and

(44:06):
growing. Because if once you become an
expert, you're essentially saying that you don't need to
grow anymore in that area. And that to me is ridiculous
because I think nothing isn't possible.
You know, I, I, I think there's no limit to how far we can go,
you know, So just keep at it basically, you know, and, and

(44:30):
don't get frustrated if you think you got quote UN quote
nothing out of your experience. Yeah, exactly.
Yeah, Even like with my shamanicexperience that I had, I may not
have experienced something at that moment because I was kind
of preoccupied. But after I, I did feel, like I

(44:54):
said lighter, I felt like I can get into my meditation zone
quicker, you know? And so yeah, definitely I would
do it again. And yeah, I don't regret doing
those for sure. Any of those healing things

(45:15):
again, like nothing's going to cure everything in which is why
when people come to me, I alwayssay I'm going to explain to you
different things that I do. I usually give them like
homework afterwards because I'm like, I can clear things, which
is that's what it sounds like for you.
Blockages were cleared, you know, but if we don't change or

(45:39):
acknowledge why those blockages were there in the 1st place,
we're just going to put them right back.
So you're just right back to square 1.
So we have to continue the work also on our own.
Yeah, exactly. It's funny, yesterday I was
watching this show and my son was telling me about this too,

(45:59):
about this tokerage that the people go to in Japan where they
hit the 88 different temples. I guess it's in a certain area.
Some people walk it, which takessix weeks.
Some people drive, I would thinkmost people drive and they, I
think when you drive, it takes 10 days to hit all of these 88

(46:20):
temples. And when you go to these
temples, every, every one of them does little bit different
things, I guess. And people get the Japanese,
the, the, the writing that they do and get it stamped, this book
stamped. And I think each temple they're
supposed to reach their higher self a little bit more.

(46:44):
And most people stay at the temple or near the temple.
I guess there's camping, I said camping site, they called it
camping site where they park there and use the facilities.
There's onsen, which is the natural Hot Springs that you can
sit in. And so, yeah, so experiencing

(47:05):
all that people reach there by yourself and they do it for
different reasons. Each one has their own reasons
why they go in and experience this.
But it's something I think that would be interesting.
I would like to try someday. I never heard of it like that.
And I'm Japanese, half Japanese.I never heard of this.

(47:27):
So I was like, wow, really? That's cool.
I'd like to do that. So yeah, 2.
Seconds with you. Japan is it's the number one
place that I want to go but yeah, all of everything,
Japanese history and everything that all appeals to me.
I don't know, it feels like homeand I've never been there, but.

(47:50):
Yeah, yeah, it's a it's a amazing country.
Even though it's so crazy busy in the city, there's still a
little temple to the side or a little something that takes you
away from the city. You don't see it.
You don't see the city. You don't feel that when you're
at that temple or at this specific site.

(48:12):
Yeah, it's amazing. I got tired of seeing temples.
I told my husband I seen templesso much or I'm done with temples
for a while but yes. I mean, it almost sounds like
that whole journey is similar tolike the, you know, UN alone,
like the the path to enlightenment.
So yes, which again, it's like another one of those things that

(48:36):
is found in so many different cultures that you could but it
but it all like it all boils down to the same stuff, you
know, which is beautiful. Yeah, absolutely.
Well, maybe we can end it at that.
So thank you Symphony or coming back to the show and sharing

(48:56):
your credible insights with us today.
