E158:
At this point the internet has been here for awhile and most of us are consuming content from various places consistently so it’s time to take a look at where it’s coming from including this podcast. Short solo episode today breaking down where our content comes from and different approaches to control it, use it effectively, and stop it from some of the negative effect’s it can have on us mentally. Discussion on ways I’ve cut down on consumption, researched where I’m consuming from, and being more forward on how it affects my day instead of letting it tell me how I should feel and think. Content is great! But we need to manage it and understand it’s intentions for us while we interact with. Being intentional is everything.
