Cynthia speaks about the challenge and the liberation that comes with the decision to open up to new ideas and narratives. Opening up to something we don't already know, or opening to something that challenges our strongly held beliefs will usually, if not always cause fear to arise. Cynthia shares her own experience and understanding that when one opens to something new, it is not the thing itself that liberates one, it is in releasing fear and limitation (ego) and giving space for that which we don't already know and that which is infinitely more creative then any idea or belief we may have. The times we are in call for more people to let go, to wake up, to speak up and to rise up. Warning for this Podcast: You may find that you are more then you could imagine and with awakening comes responsibility.
