Coach Dickinson has been leading the Warrior Wrestlers since 2019 and has a lot to share about the program and its mentality. He knows what it takes to have a "Warrior Ethos" because he's also been a soldier in the Iowa Army National Guard for 17 years and will soon be heading out the door once again to serve our country.
