Julian challenges himself, Kathryn and everyone else to stop and look at what they are giving so much attention to that might be taking away from other areas of experience and growth. While what you are fixed on may not be a bad thing. The better question is how much is too much and how can it be scaled back to allow you to really grow in other areas.
