(00:00):
So we got a question last weekthat just made me laugh out loud.
We were doing Alive and somebody cameon and say that, what do you
think of the solo stove? Ona scale of one to overhyped? Have
you seen the solo stove? Yeah, I've seen it, I think once
or twice in an actual like campgroundor RV park with somebody using it,
but I've seen it more often justlike an ads on the internet. I
(00:21):
don't know. I don't have anydirect experience with it. By I was
like, sorry, we haven't boughtone. I mean, it looks kind
of cool, but it's nothing weyou know, we just haven't been interested
in buying. And so his responsewas, yeah, my sister in law
bought one, and so I waslike, well, what does she think
of it? Well, she hasn'tused it yet. Oh well there's your
(00:42):
answer. Your answer. Welcome tothe Wandering RV Show, your bi weekly
source for our stories, our screwups, and our success is living the
(01:03):
full time our V life. I'myour host, Carol the Wandering our V
Babe, and this is my driver, Ryan how to Folks is so good
to see you. His howdies likehis introduction during the intro part of it
is always so fun because it's alwaysso animated and it's always different. You
know, I can't do the samething over and over again. I gotta
I gotta be entertaining. That's true. So today we're discussing how fall is
(01:26):
the best time of year for camping, it's the most magical time of year,
and why it's the most magical timefor camping. Yes, and we're
also so our pick up the weekis actually our two favorite fall camping accessories.
And then we are answering a verytimely fan question as well. That's
(01:46):
gonna wrap all into our discussion tonight, so stay tuned. But first we
need a foot update. The footsaga continues. So foot update, So
for anybody who's new just joining us. I hurt my foot on Memorial Day.
It's now been three months and I'mstill in a boot. I can't
walk on the ball of my footor put weight on the ball of my
(02:07):
foot, so I technically can't walkwithout support. Went to a doctor earlier
this week, got another steroid shotin my foot that felt real good.
But then he gave me like anew foot support that I'm supposed to wear.
And he like put it on whileI was at the doctor's office.
I'm supposed to wear that with theboot for like five days and then go
(02:31):
have it redone like reapplied, andthen do that for another five days and
then I'll see him in a coupleof weeks for a follow up. And
what was funny was when he wasputting the support on, he was like,
oh, yeah, like, bythe way, you can't get your
foot wet. So cool. We'reat a like water park as campground.
(02:51):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, Sowe're at a campground that is also a
water park, and we were planningon like chilling by the pool in the
evening and on the weekends and stufflike that. So we're still gonna do
it. But I I have likethe jankiest dy trick for this. We
have these gallon size ziplock bags andduct tape, and everybody's gonna think it's
(03:15):
really funny, but we do haveto kind of minimize the amount of pool
time that we have for the nextcouple of days. Okay, what is
so magical about fall camping? Idon't know. So I guess my earliest
memories of camping and this was likewhen we did tent camping, and we
(03:35):
were just kind of like really trulyroughing. It was always during like fall
weather. A little bit during summerweather too, but always during like fall
weather. And so we had acamp fire going and we would roastweenees on
the camp fire, and then wewould have smores, and you know,
just the fall leaves that we're everywhereand just hiking and having fun, snuggling
(03:57):
up in sleeping bags in the middleof the night, all that good stuff.
So it brings back a lot ofmemories for me. In fact,
what's funny is every time, everytime I eat smores now, I always
think back on this time when Idon't even know if it was during the
fall per se, but it waslike fall weather, but we were I
was with my family, we wereout camping. We had started a bonfire
(04:20):
essentially like collectively as a group, and so we had roasted weenies for dinner,
and then we were toasting marshmallows forsmores over the camp fire. And
I was a kid, y'all,so like bear with me here, I
was not an adult with a brainlapse like this. But my marshmallow was
(04:41):
about to fall off of the wirehanger that we were using as like the
stick for the marshmallows, because youknow, that's how we rolled in the
feral days of the early nineties, and so I went to go catch it
because I was like, man,I don't want to lose my marshmallow.
I don't want to have to likereheat up another marsh shmallow and that kind
of thing. I want to havemy smore. Well, then it was
(05:03):
like molten hot lava on my handand I just kind of stood there for
a minute, and my grandma like, without missing a beat, there was
an Olivier plant nearby. She snatcheda leaf off of that, sliced it
open, threw it on my fingerwhere you know, the marshmallow had landed,
and then taped it up and Ithink by the next morning it was
(05:26):
fine. And I just remember hertalking about, like, man, you
were a trooper. You didn't evencry or anything. And I was like,
I don't think I really had timeto even process what happened, because
you just like took care of itso quickly. Man. Grandma's grandma's always
know they do. And so anyway, that's that's one of my favorite memories
of and early memories of camping, which I think is why it's always a
(05:47):
nostalgic throwback for me when fall comesaround and we're in the camper or doing
tent camping or anything like that.Okay, we have a few more reasons,
but first, it's not actually fallweather for us. This was mostly
for visual effect. And it's gettinga little hot and it's sting in a
quick change. So here movie magic. Oh that is much better. Paul
(06:12):
says, No, don't catch it. I did. I already did.
I did, and I paid theprice, all right, said We're yeah,
we're camping in the fall, butwe're camping in Florida. Guys.
It's not actually fall weather here. It's like in the nineties and still very
very hot. But I don't know. Ever since we started full time,
it's been more and more obvious whyso many people love fall camping and just
(06:35):
like crave that fall camping. Oneof my favorite things about fall, or
just like the fall weather in general, is like screen door days, especially
if I can target, like screendoor mornings and screen door evenings, like
where the weather is so nice incommon chill, where you just throw that
screen door open, you throw allof the windows open, and you just
(06:58):
kind of have that indoor outdoor feedwith your camper. But then I still
like it to kind of warm up, if at all possible, warm up
during the day and where we cango jump in the pool or if not,
if it's that chili, maybe havea hot tub. Oh yes,
hot tub. Yes, hot tubsduring the fall are amazing. The other
big thing what I love about fallso far has been well, so far
(07:23):
my entire life. No, no, no, But like with camping,
is there always festivals and activities goingon. I mean there's always like a
pumpkin festival. There's always like anAmaze festival. There's just there's the greatest
They're amazing. Naturally, there's gonnabe something you're gonna do for Halloween,
of course, why wouldn't you.So Like, there's so many activities and
(07:46):
I love it. Yeah, Imean the smell of just like the pine
trees and all of the pinyiness thatcomes in and just like the forest feel
is amazing. Just the false smellsin general are are pretty great. Or
making a chili and soup, likeI don't know what. I don't know
(08:07):
about you guys, but for me, I cannot really enjoy chili or soup
when it's too hot outside, Likeif it's too hot, I don't want
it. I don't want something hot. I don't. I mean, I'll
drink a hot tea sometimes before Igo to bed, but that's about the
most. Whereas like during the fallup, especially as you're getting later into
it, it's like, oh,you could drink hot tea anytime of the
(08:28):
day. You can have chili orsoup or whatever your heart desire, like
just warm liquids. In general,I prefer stoop. So it's not soup.
It's not like super liquidy. There'sa good like like chunky pieces of
meat and veggies and stuff like thatto the liquid ratio. So it's more
of like a stew instead of asoup, which is which is kind of
(08:52):
like what chili is. It's alittle bit like a stoop. It's that
consistency. But yeah, definitely duringthe fall and of course going into winter,
it's not something I'm going to partakein during the summer when it's hot.
What about like walking around on likethe dead leaves and crunching. Oh
man, yes, it warms myheart to step on a leaf that's especially
(09:15):
crunchy. I actively will try tolike plant my feet in a way to
stop trying to purpose. Yeah, that's funny. I think the other big
thing is like, there's no mosquitoesreally during the fall. I mean they're
sometimes if you're in the South therethere still are, but for the most
part, the mosquitoes are gone, and it is so nice not to be
dealing with the mosquitos. Yes,I'll be honest. I never really went
(09:39):
fall cap camping until you and Iwere in college and I introduced him to
it, and it was after wegot married we went tent camping. But
I will say that first time wewere wholly unprepared. We were I took
for granted the fact that like,as a kid, had always gone camping
with my parents and other other adultswho we're like, we're very, very
(10:01):
knowledgeable about camping, and so Ididn't think through all the things that we
would actually need, and we madelike a cardinal mistake in just taking our
tent and a sleeping bag, andwe didn't ensure that we were lifted off
of the ground when we went tosleep. That ground got so stinking cold
(10:22):
that we were trying to like huddleup together to like have that that warm
body heat and it just it wasnot enough and we froze all night like
we weren't awake all night long becausewe were so stinking cold. Yeah,
that's so true and one of ourbig mistakes. We figured it out down
the road. We picked up afew more items along the way, and
(10:43):
then eventually we got out of tentcamping and obviously moved and upgraded. We
upgraded to glamping exactly. TikTok.It is time for a little bit of
a comment break. We're adding commentbreaks in when you get to your destination,
do you decorate for the holiday? No, we so we would if
we kept our Christmas decorations with us. We keep them in storage back at
(11:07):
home, and the last two yearswe haven't been home long enough to really
make it worth it to pull outour decorations. I think if we had
more storage we would because it's justa small kind of beIN that we have,
but there's not really a great placeto keep it here in the camper,
And so I think if we hada little bit more storage in the
camper, I probably would carry alittle bit more decoration with us, just
(11:28):
to kind of make it festive. It takes up a lot of storage space
for such a small like I don'tknow, I don't know that it like,
it doesn't bring me that much likejoy just to have like things decorated
for one reason or another. Yeah, Yeah, I think that's the main
I think that's the main thing isright now, space is at such a
premium that we need stuff here thatwe are going to use on a regular
(11:50):
basis or that's like multi purpose, and so it's just not feasible for us
to have decorations pretty much with doingthe full time get egg, I think
that'll certainly be something that we lookfor when we actually go to look for
a different camper. Is really similarto what we already have and the things
that we already love about our camper, but a little bit more optimization in
(12:13):
terms of storage where we can carrysome of those things with us that we
maybe only want to use a littlebit out of the ear. Paul says
that stews and soups chilies are coldweather meals. Agree one hundred percent.
Walk crunch leaves, walk crunch leaves, and sip stoop from a thermal mug.
Oh yes, by the fire, sure. Yeah, Like, I
(12:35):
don't know, there's something about fallwhere I just want to be outside all
the time. You know. Summertime, if I'm outside, I want to
be in a pool. But youknow, and then wintertime I don't really
want to be outside. I wantto be like cozy, curled up with
like a blanket and have the firegoing inside the space heater that has a
little pretend fire at it, nota real fire pit in the camper.
(12:58):
But in the fall, outside ismy jam. So now let's get into
the nitty gritty of what you canbring to make fall camping amazing. Oh
yes, you do that. Whatare some things you need to make fall
camping amazing? You need fire,You need fire. You need fire fire.
(13:20):
You're such a little piro. Iam a little pyro. You need
a camp fire. There are somethings though, to keep in mind when
you go and take a camping tripin the fall with camp fires. One
of the things to keep in mindis there are a lot of campgrounds that
will not let you bring in outsidefirewood. They will require that you buy
(13:41):
the firewood when you arrive at thecamp ground. That's for a really important
reason. And I know a lotof people like to blame, Oh well,
they just want the money from thefirewood. There probably are a few
campgrounds out there that do that, but it's really about the bugs, the
bacteria, everything. Bringing that infrom one area to another as a tendency
to cause those bacteries and bugs toflourish where they otherwise weren't and can absolutely
(14:07):
destroy the habitat of other things inthat environment. So it is very very
important that if honestly, just myrecommendation really is just buy firewood at the
campground, don't try and sneak aroundthe system, don't do anything, and
just don't try to bring your own. Honestly, it's just better to keep
nature natural and let them provide localwood that they know has been vetted and
(14:31):
it is correctly done for yeah, just for that ecosystem exactly. Yeah.
The other thing that's actually something thatyou have to pay attention to is burnbands,
and they can be in place inall parts of the country wherever you
go, so you do have tokeep that in mind. And with those
(14:52):
burnbands, sometimes getting a propane firepit and bringing that with you instead of
having a wood fire pit is abetter alternative because some of those are actually
rated for the safety of being ableto use it. During a burnband,
you still have to double check withthe campground and make sure that they allow
it. But a lot of themwill actually be able to be used.
(15:13):
So you can have your camp fire, but you can, you know,
even if you're in a burnband area. The only limitation though with the propane
fire pits is it's really not agood idea to cook over those because the
drippings from the food will come downinto that like propane ceramic. It's not
(15:35):
good bin or tin or whatever itis, and that's not a good thing.
So as pros and cons to it. But camp fires are quintessential for
fall, and as Sean Henson says, support your local campground buying their firewood
honestly is just helping them maintain andkeep running. Absolutely, that's a great
point, Sean. He also says, Smoky the Bear knows his ish,
(16:00):
so watch for those bands. Ilike that. That's awesome, all right,
So really important fault question. Hotdogs over an open flame or burgers
on the blackstone? For me,at least, I'm gonna throw my burgers
on the smoker. Oh yeah, yeah, no, no blackstone here,
(16:22):
we have a smoker instead. Butif we're doing hot dogs and it's fall
and we already have a campfire going. Oh my gosh, hot dogs on
the campfire are amazing. You canget them super crispy on the outside.
I mean, since we're on thetopic of food, we got to talk
about dessert because we already started thattopic. S'mores the next thing. You
(16:45):
gotta have s'mores. We have afamily debate going, okay, on what
the correct toast level of the marshmallowis, so I need y' all to
sound off what is correct? Soall right, has changed over time.
But as a kid, I lovedwell, I kind of do still love
to catch him on fire, butI love to like catch him on fire
(17:07):
all the way around, and thenI would blow out the fire. And
then I would like pull off theouter layer of the marshmallow until the marshmallow
got just like really small, andthen that's what I would use for my
smore. But now I kind ofjust like it to be golden brown all
the way around, but like oneside of it I catch on fire and
I still blow it out just forold times sake. Of course, you're
(17:32):
just a little is that okay, you're a piro. We already established this,
So is that what happened when youburn the marshmallow that almost burned you.
Yeah, it was on fire.I went to go, I went
to go blow it off, andthat's when it started to fall and that's
when I caught it with my finger. And yeah it was like molten lava.
But you purposely got it on fire, didn't you? Of course?
(17:53):
Yeah totally yeah. Yeah, mylittle piro here, what about you?
So what is your perfect done this? So mine is brown all the way
around, Like I want there tobe a nice like enclosure, so like
it kind of like holds itself together, but then the inside it's just starting
to like teeter off of your offof your stick, so it's like just
(18:15):
getting loose enough, so just beforeit's about to fall off. But never
black, never on fire, alwaysjust brown and crispy all around. Just
see you create this nice little likeenclosure for the gooeiness inside. Yeah see
that's perfect, except you take ita step whither. You just catch it
on fire and then you blow itout and then you're good to go.
(18:37):
You are such a little fire.I don't know. I'm trying to think,
like is there any other way,Like I'm trying to think of all
the people that we've gone camping withlike they're either on the like catch on
fire side, or they're on thebrown side. I'm trying to think,
like, does anybody like their marshmallowlike not brown at all? Like they
just want it warmed up? Doyou like your marshmallow rare? I like
(19:00):
that. I like my steaks inthe mid rare, but not my marshmallow.
We'll be there, TikTok. Thecomments agree with me. Toasty brown
but not on fire. Oh,y'all are just wrong. It's okay,
But a few more must have tohelp if you're if you're used to camping
in the summer, here's a fewthings that you probably need to bring that
(19:22):
you probably weren't doing during the summer. Winter blankets. That would be the
first thing to bring. That wasone of our fatal flaws. And the
very first time we went tint campingas like a newlywed couple, we thought,
because it was still warm enough duringthe daytime that it was going to
be fine and we'd be totally warmwith just our sleeping bags because they were
(19:42):
like nice sleeping bags. No,no, no, no, we should
have brought some winter blankets with us. What else, full propane tanks so
fill your propane tanks before you getto the campground. I know it sounds
weird. A lot of campgrounds havepropane filling stakes, but some of them
overcharge. Yeah, and I getit, Like support your local campground for
(20:06):
sure, but at least come inwith my recommendations. Just come in with
some full propane tanks. Go toyour local tractor supply or wherever makes sense
for you, and get your tanksfilled before you head out for the fall.
It's so much easier. Tractor supplywill fill by the gallon or by
the pound, so you're not payingfor the whole tank. Whereas like,
(20:26):
there are some places from what I'veheard, Lows is one of them.
And there are some campgrounds that we'vebeen at where they just charge you a
full tank, a full tank nomatter what, because they just don't measure
whatsoever. And yeah, that's notthat can be a little costly, and
so I'd rather just come in witha full tank so that way I know
that I can go somewhere that's goingto charge me the correct amount at a
good rate. I mean, it'sjust like buying gas. Like you're you,
(20:48):
you'll look around for the best pricefor gases. You'll look around for
the best prices for propane. It'sjust it's just how I do it,
and so I like to come inwith a nice full tank. Yeah.
I think the other thing to keepin mind is even though I love the
fall leaves and crunching those fall leaves, you do have to keep an eye
out for them and the pine needlesthat will fall from the trees. Especially
if you're camping in a camper thathas slideouts, you definitely want to clean
(21:14):
those off, hop up on theroof and sweep those off before you pull
those slides in, especially if you'renot going to be taking your camper out
again for a little while, becauseyou don't really want to get those pine
needles in those leaves, like upunderneath the slide seams where they can just
you know, cause gaps and thingslike that, or just get inside your
(21:34):
campers. So that is something youhave to kind of keep in mind,
especially during the fall when those leavesare just falling NonStop. Yeah, totally.
And another big thing obviously when yougo camping, you like to minimize
what all clothes you're bringing. Soif you're planning on going for the fall,
plan for winter weather in the evenings, like bring winter jackets, maybe
(21:56):
some like beanies or toboggins or whateveryou want to call them, so that
way in the evenings you can stillsit out and sit by the fire and
just give yourself some variety there, because fall, depending on where you're at,
can range vastly in temperature from midafternoon being eighty degrees to fifty degrees
once the sun goes down and it'sare colder than that, and we're colder
(22:18):
than that, honestly, Yeah,So just be prepared. Bring some of
those extra clothing. I know somany people who go out for the summer
and they just bring whatever, likethe very minimum they need for whatever their
expected temperatures are. Also, keepin mind during the fall, it can
go cold randomly, and just beprepared for that. A real quick aside,
if you're not planning to do anyfall camping or when you're done with
(22:41):
your fall camping, you do needto winterize your camper for storage. Yes,
this includes purging all of your waterlines and then fill them with RV
safe winterizing any freeze. You canbuy it at almost any RV store.
Just make sure you bypass your tanksso you don't want to fill those with
it makes but make sure your tanksare empty. Yeah, yeah, you
(23:03):
should definitely empty your tanks and bypassyour water heater. There should be some
sort of control knob somewhere on yourRV that will bypass your water heater,
so that way, when you fillit up with the anti freeze, it
does not go into the water heater. But the other thing is turn your
water heater off and make sure thatit is also dumped as well. So
there's going to be a drain onyour hot water heater, make sure you
(23:26):
open it up, release the pressure, and then open the drains so that
way it all drains out, andturn it off. Yeah totally. The
other thing too, is and someof this sounds like common sense, but
you'd be surprised how many people forgetto do some of these things. But
purge your camper of any kind offood at all, or perishables or anything
like that, especially if you're gonnastore it for a while. That's going
(23:48):
to prevent bugs and mice and thingslike that from getting inside your camper.
It's also going to prevent things likemold growing and just stuff that you don't
want to have to come back towhenever you go to your next camping.
So just do that and then reallyreally clean your your camper really thoroughly when
you go to store it, sothat way no crumbs or anything like that
(24:10):
are left. That can again attractsome rodents and bugs that you may not
want in your camper. Yeah, and a lot of people actually leave their
fridge open when they store it,because I've seen so that, like you
get your your fridge cleaned out,you obviously you have it off, you
have all the food out, butthen you leave it open, both your
fridge and your freezer, so thatway it's it's airing out and that way
(24:30):
it doesn't like build up any smellsor anything like that, because when you
close that and and there's no coolinggoing on, it's it's amazing what smells
can develop in there, just justrandomly. So it's just really helpful clean
it out obviously, but then ifyou want to, I don't know.
We don't. Obviously we live fulltime, so we don't. We don't
do this very often. We don'tstore our rvy. But there are plenty
(24:53):
of people I've heard from who sayit is a life changer. It makes
it so much cleaner when you comeback to it in the spring. So
go ahead and take that advice ordon't your choice. Yeah. The other
thing too is your propane lines.Make sure that you bleed those lines,
make sure that you turn off thepropane, ensure that you've got those burners
(25:15):
turned off as well. You don'twant to have a fire hazard going off
on, so definitely make sure thatyou take care of the propane and don't
let it, you know, continueto run when you're storing your camper.
And honestly, like the safest waythat I have found to purge the propane
lines is to just go turn onone of your stove top burners, get
(25:37):
it going, and then go turnoff the propane tanks and that flame will
go down on its own, andthat's how you know that for the most
part, the lines are pretty muchpurged. If there's anything left in him,
it's so minimal it's not really afire hazard at this point. Yeah,
and then turn off that stove afterthat, just to make sure that
there's everything is closed at every end. And if you follow our recommendation of
(25:59):
keeping your RV ready to go refillany of your health or cosmetic products that
you're running low on that's that's yourtime to do it is like, oh
we were low on scope, let'sput some new scope in there. Yeah,
you want to, you know,it's always nice to be able to
know that your camper is like goodto go and ready for you to use
in a moment's notice. And maybeall you need to do is just bring
in some clothes and bring in youknow, your food and that kind of
(26:22):
thing for each trip. But anythinglike your toiletries or things that you know
are going to store really well, just restock those supplies, all right.
Pick of the week, Yeah,I think so, pick of the week?
What is your essential item for fall? It's gotta be a propane fire
pit because it's so versatile and it'sso useful. Like I said, the
(26:42):
limitation is you can't or you shouldn'treally cook over a propane fire pit,
but the usefulness of it of justbeing able to have a fire going even
if you're in a burnband area andnot having to mess with and deal with
this smokiness that comes from wood firecamp fires or having to chase down firewood
(27:07):
or places like that. You canjust carry a propane fire pit with you
and it's just it's so nice tojust be able to use it more conveniently.
So that is mine, what isyour must have? Mine must have
is got to be our's got tobe the smoker. It's got to be
the smoker. I mean, it'sjust that when you get into the fall,
it's just something about smoking meat isjust I don't know, like it's
(27:32):
it's totally a mental game of like, this is the time when I want
to have meat that's been sitting onthe fire or sitting over the smoker for
hours on end. Button lieu ofthat, if you don't have a smoke,
or you don't have the space tostore our trigger tailgate smoker, we'll
link that in the description, likeit's super small, super easy, folds
up, well not super small, the legs fold up, but the legs
(27:53):
fold up, making it really convenientto store. We stored in our basement.
But in lieu of that, justhaving a grill or a griddle or
something so you can cook out, like fall is cookout time during the summer.
Yeah, sometimes it's too hot tocook outside. You just kind of
want to stay inside, stay wherethe acs at, or you want to
go be hanging out at the pool. You don't really want to be cooking
outside, but during the fall,I love to be cooking outside. Yeah.
(28:17):
Yeah. So our fan question ofthe Week this week was really timely
and it was how do you keepmice out of your camper when you go
to store it. I think weanswered some of that with, you know,
just making sure that there's not foodleftover and really really cleaning your camper.
But a couple of other things thatyou can do to help keep mice
out of your camper is one, check all the seams, make sure that
(28:38):
you don't have any gaps in theslides or in some areas where mice could
get in. They can fit intoreally really small spaces, so just ensure
that you don't have any gaps inthat your camper is closed in are tight
for the most part. I guess, I know that's not probably the right
word to say, but you knowwhat it close enough and what I'm putting
(29:00):
down. And then the other thingtoo is, you know, as a
fail safe, put off some trapsin some of those areas where they could
easily get in, like in thebasement area would be a great place to
just put some traps just so thatway you can ensure that if for some
reason, Little Mauskowitz makes it intoyour camper, they don't make it that
far. Well, and also checkyour underbelly, like you you're driving this
(29:22):
thing down the road. You neverknow what kind of underbelly damage you might
get. And it really easy fix. Not the greatest of stuff, but
buying great stuff. The brand nameis a foam sealer, filler in or
thing that you can basically kind ofuse for some of your underbelly stuff.
That's yeah, it's usable, ithelps, it's a temporary that it's a
(29:45):
temporary fix. There's a lot ofcampers that come straight from the manufacturer with
that. Oh like your low pointdrains on some campers, they'll just cut
out a hole in the underbelly andthey'll just fill that in with great stuff.
Oh I had no idea. Allright, Well, so there you
go. But hey, friends, thanks for watching, Thanks for listening.

(30:52):
Shor's, Alabama. I think theyhave three locations, but that was the
one that was closest to us,and we had heard some really great things
about it. So when they're withsome friends over the weekend and we had
a blast. They had these phoneparties every hour on the hour. They
had these random dance parties where theywould get different people up on tables and
dance. And then of course thefood was great. We had the seafood

boil and they had gelato there too, which was super tasty. So it
was blast. But yeah, thephone party, that was the first time
