Oscar Onley on his remarkable breakthrough Tour de France | Watts Occurring

Pre-Tour de France, a lot of names were thrown around for the top 10. Not many lists had Scotsman Oscar Onley on them. And yet the 22 year old from Kelso enjoyed a breakthrough ride at the world's biggest race. Fourth place overall, with a remarkable eight top-10 finishes, Oscar announced himself on the biggest stage and finished just a minute off the podium. We knew we had to get him on the pod - and of course, Luke had to crown him as our Continental Tyres Chapeau of the Tour. Awards in cycling don't get bigger than that.
